She does a great job listening to what i want, offering suggestions that will be flattering and cutting my hair. She's very skilled at creating layers that are flattering.

I got a balayage done today and I’m so impressed with the service. Brooke did an amazing job on my hair! Everyone at the salon is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends!

I gave this place a 3 because I did like my hair cut and color. I booked an appoint for balayage and I arrived at 10am with the anticipation of leaving no later than 12 or 1pm (since the website says the service at a 2 hrs service). The owner did provide a consultation which I appreciated but she did not perform the color service. Another employee arrived a few minutes after I arrived and started my hair but I guess she was too tired not sure but their cleaning lady or assisted (honestly not sure her position) she finished my hair color. It took forever for my hair to finally take the bleach(I assume) I was fine until it was time to pay. The total service was $408 which included a service charge and, according to the owner, they don’t get that money. I think it’s poor business to charge so much for a service and then charge the customer for their credit card fees. The service charge was almost $20 so just beware of that before booking. Oh also the owner will charge you $30 for a protectant but my hair feels more stiff now than before.

Noreen, her husband, and everyone at the salon were all so friendly! It was my first visit but they greeted me by name when I walked in, and did an amazing job making me feel at home. My hair looks amazing, and I’m so pleased with the whole experience. I have really fine hair that’s difficult to cut and style without it looking flat, and the way Noreen cut it to give it volume is incredible! Can’t wait for my next haircut!

Love the whole team at Magari! From Noreen’s husband for being so welcoming, to Brooke and Noreen for being so friendly, attentive and great at their craft! Special shoutout to Noreen for giving me such an amazing haircut and styling my hair with so much volume and beautiful waves. The best salon I have ever been to! The hospitality and kindness is unmatched. Like someone else said in earlier Google reviews, the Magari team makes you feel like royalty with the way they take care of you. Noreen is such a talented stylist and trains up her team on technique and customer care so well! Really grateful we have them in Katy. Definitely going to go again!

Noreen is both a polite and skilled hairstylist and I really love my new hairstyle!! She takes her time and makes sure you like it too. I felt very comfortable through the hair process and there is also complimentary coffee. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends :)

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience at this salon! I have been going to owner Noreen for quite some time, for both event makeup and for haircuts. After decades of long black hair, I was ready to take the plunge into a totally new hair color and trusted her to do a balayage on me. I was still a bit nervous because this would a major change for me…! Noreen did a consultation with me and a test strand to see how color would lift and still maintain the health of my hair. She also guided me on a color that would still look natural and beautiful, given my very dark base color. I must also give high compliments to her assistant Brooke for the application of a lighter root color and the long process of expertly applying the bleach in just the right way to achieve my desired effect. After *many* hours, of roots, bleach and toner I have the most gorgeous reddish brown color (even a few shades of blonde!) and the result is breathtaking!!! Additional conditioners and leave-in treatments to help maintain the health of my hair were also applied. I am SO satisfied with the gorgeous final look, customer service and attention to detail. If you need a new fun color for summer and want to upgrade your look, THIS IS THE PLACE! ❤️❤️❤️

Noreen and her husband have great customer service. Loved her hair cut Noreen gave me. She customized the hair treatment according to my hair. It was raining hard and her husband made sure he dropped me to my car with umbrella making sure my hairstyle does not get messed up.

Didn’t love it. They seemed super salesy from the beginning and honestly my haircut wasn’t the best. She said she’d give me face framing bangs and my bangs are still super long even tho I said I want them to go up to my jawline and they’re below it by a lot. Wasn’t worth the money to be honest. Not a bad a haircut but not the best. I asked a hairstylist about what she thinks she also said it’s not the best

My experience today 04/18/2024 at Magari Hair Salon with Noreen was amazing. Noreen gave me a beautiful change in my hair, and she made me feel very peaceful and calm, her attention and professionalism is incredible, the place is beautiful, she uses incredible hair care products and I loved that. I recommend it as a spectacular place to take care of your hair, she also does beautiful makeup.💗💗💗

Noreen and her whole team is absolutely amazing! 10/10 on hospitality, amazing skills and knowledge, very entertaining too especially her assistant ☺️. There’s a small room at the back for hijabis and Noreen understands all of it very well for muslims. Everyone was very accomodating eventhough we stretched to a much later past closing hours. I’d recommend Magari to anyone and everyone ☺️

I think I have found my forever salon. Noreen and her team are such an amazing, caring, and detailed bunch. Every time I visit, I am treated like royalty. Make sure you ask for honey butter sourdough toast while you are here. Haircuts, blowouts, and even color services are always handled with such amazing care. Beyond satisfied with their work!
