I've been coming here for a while. All of the stylists are very talented and supportive of each other. Shout out for Maryann, as she's my stylist and never misses the mark. She's very good. Lori at the desk is the best! Always looking to make it easy to get in. Very friendly and professional, never any drama.

My mom has been going to Madison and Lex for 11 years . She gets a blowout with curling iron. Maryanne and Cheryl have done an amazing job with my moms hair. Lori at the front desk along with Maryanne and Cheryl knows my mom has dementia and have always kept a watchful eye on her. I moved my mom away but just recently made her an appointment there because we had her granddaughters wedding. Maryanne made a special trip and came in early To do her hair that day. The caring is wonderful. The hugs she received from them made her feel like a star. I wish my mom could go back to them on a weekly basis but she lives too far!!

Very happy with my new highlights and cut. Thanks to Lex. I haven't highlighted in years so she helped with my new color and haircut. Always a great experience. Even the bagels and coffee on a Saturday morning are a nice touch.

I love coming here! I go to Amanda and every single time she does my hair it always comes out incredible. There's no pressure to purchase additional hair products and Amanda always tells me what would work best for me and not to just get more money out of you. I love this place!

I made an appointment for my daughter here to have her haircut. She showed Jeannine the haircut she wanted and Jeannine was so patient and she really did her best to copy the haircut my daughter showed. We love her haircut and my daughter received a lot of compliments from it. Just after 2 weeks my mom in law asked to make an appointment for her, her haircut was nice too! It was our first time to go there and everyone was nice.

I wanted to dye my hair for the first time and Cathy was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the process. She was patient and helped me choose a color that would work for me. It was a great first experience and I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

My 1st time here, and I had a mani pedi with Beth. She was awesome! And the staff was friendly. I'll definitely be going back. I'm thinking I'll also try getting my hair cut there in the future.

They are busy. As a man I think it's quite easy to do my hair cut. And men should not have to pay 28 bucks a haircut. After tipping you're paying $35 to basically get a 5-minute haircut. Which looked good. If I didn't need it in an emergency a $15 haircut would look just as nice. Women might have a completely different feeling. And they will also be paying quite a bit more. But they do a good job and it's clean.

My nail person Bernadette is professional and delightful. She always does a great job and makes sure her area is clean and neat. I really enjoy coming and having the opportunity to still come makes my day.
