I will never go anywhere else. This place is top tier. The service was fabulous, from the pedicure to the gel builder. My nails haven’t looked this good in YEARS. Tracy did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. If you are going anywhere else for your nails then you are greatly missing out. Gel builder with extensions and gel polish plus a spa detox pedicure with gel polish only came to $175. You can’t beat the service or the price. I’m so happy I found a new nail home

This nail salon is way too much for the 13 year old. I really thought lower than $60 but the woman spoke their own language with her co worker and they charged me $85 plus tax all together $87.55. Is not perfect the way he did it but still too much expensive. I won’t never go again this salon . If ever you wanna come over here please ask them the price before they charge you after the service.

I’ve been here many times now since moving to Macon and the service is always top notch. I had their new pedicure treatment today and it was so good. If you are looking for a relaxing time with a lot of attention to both you legs and feet it is the way to go.

Overall my experience was good. All employees were very nice, the service was decent. Half way through my nails, my nail technician was told her next client was there and she rushed through the rest of my nails. I got SNS on my natural nails, with chrome. My total came out to $70. I had nothing extra but the chrome, no drinks, just the SNS. When I check in, SNS was listed as $45?? But by the time I got back from washing the oil off my nails my technician was already starting on her next client. My nails are beautiful but there’s too many small flaws to pay $70. I will not be returning, but that does not mean they are not worth giving a try!

Super pleased with this nail salon! I book my appointments a couple hours before my desired time and they are ready for me when i come. After a week of having my SNS completed, one of the nails popped off. I went back 1 week to the date and Kevin gave me a new set without charging. I’m super pleased! Will be going back!

Cathy did an amazing job on my SNS, I can’t say enough good things about her customer service, speed and detail. The salon is very beautiful and clean, feels like a luxurious experience.

I'm not one to write a review but this place used to be amazing the last few times I've gone the have not been good I went tonight to get my nails fixed that I got two days ago and the manager whom was the one who did them had a bad attitude towards me as if it was my fault the nails broke I knew they were going be trouble from the moment I got them done they were bending but like I said I'm not one to confront someone about doing a bad job but tonight did it for me the manager who did them was named Huey I can't speak for everyone's experience because I know there are a few good people that work here but he's not one of them especially to be a manager . He asked me if I had a picture for the color and got mad when I said no, acting like I would have known I had to get my nails fixed two days later? He told me to get up and find my color so I did my sister was helping and the decided to get disrespectful again. I got the nails fixed but I won't be coming back again .

LOOOOVE this place!!! I drive over an hour to get here because the salon is just beautiful, everyone is very nice and they do a great job. Get the natural beauty pedicure. It’s worth every penny. They spend lots of time working by on you and always do a beautiful job. I will never go anywhere else and can’t recommend this place enough! Ask for Tommy and/or Alex. :)

The manager, Tracy is extremely rude! After I signed in and sat waiting to be serviced she approached me to tell me that I was unable to get a service that l'd received before. I replied that I would speak with nail technician that I usually does my nails on how l'd like to proceed, she again tells me that I am unable to receive the service, and I again tell her that although I hear what she is saying, I would discuss how l'd like to proceed with the person I actually have an appointment with. She begins to speak over me for the third time...telling me that it was her business and huffs, rolls her eyes and storms away. I have seen her be unprofessional and demeaning to her staff in the past, which is unacceptable, and is equally unacceptable to be unprofessional and demeaning to a paying customer who didn't come to be serviced by her. If you do not want to be spoken to as if you are a child, DO NOT patronize M Vince. But if you must be serviced here, DO NOT request Tracy! It is also obvious that corporate will not address rude behavior as they will believe Tracy’s lies regarding me being rude to her, so please know that your complaints will also go unheard and unreconciled.

Ms. Tonya is the shaping queen!!! She does me right!! I have really sensitive skin and she was very careful to make sure she didn’t cause any irritation!! Ms. Kim is also super sweet and took the time to talk with me and Ms. Tonya while i was getting my nails done!! Love this place!! !!!!

Tracy was the BEST! She saved me in my emergency nail experience 🥹 I’m leaving for Italy for my one year wedding anniversary with my husband tomorrow and she fixed me up and made them perfect, taking her time and doing all the extra stops for me! She was the sweetest! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

I just want to thank M Vince Nail Spa for saving me on my wedding day! I got my nails done at another salon two days before my wedding and it was the worst manicure I have ever had. It looked so terrible I was almost in tears. Given that I had a massive bruise under my thumbnail, I was told by the other salon that there was no way to hide it. I walked into M Vince and they fit me in between their appointments and absolutely saved the day. Tracy was able to give me a beautiful french manicure and magically hide all of the bruising. I was so impressed and also thankful for their kind efforts. I will be returning to M Vince for all of my manicures in the future! If I could leave 10 stars, I would!!

Really needed a new fullset and pedi done for a photo shoot everyone else was closed this was the most painful new set my french tips look like press ons the acrilic doesnt look natural at all and I paid 30$ more than I usually do didn't help the lady doing my pedicure kept laughing I know my feet looked jacked up I stubbed my toe and broke a nail
