Brandie gave me exactly what I asked for when it comes to my hair. After going to multiple stylists to fix a bad box-dye job, she pulled the orange/red out of my light brown-blonde hair and it's now a light brown golden color, which is exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely loved the place, so cute and the boss is so darling! I loved my stylist Amy she was so sweet and I would def go to her again, however. Prices were not discussed. I did expect my hair to be over 200, but not all the way up to 450! This place is absolutely wonderful over all and I can't wait to go back❣️

Amazing experience all the way around! Brandie is a true artist. I gave her Carte Blanche to work her magic. She brighten my hair back closer to my natural color than it’s been in 30 years! I’m so grateful I found this salon!

Best Salon!! Loved every moment of my experience! I got the Celebrity treatment experience and it was all that and more! I went in before my appointment and had a consultation with Scott. He talked with me about what I wanted and he made it happen! He texted me before the day and I knew that he had thought carefully about what he was going to do and exactly how he was going to achieve it. What an artist! My experience was fantastic!! I felt like a million bucks! Thank you Scott!! You’re amazing and fun! Looking forward to next time! M. Scott Salon is a must for hair artistry!!

Brandie did exactly what I wanted and more. Overall a wonderful experience and am SO happy with my hair. Would recommend. I would give 10/5 stars if I could! I was amazed with my results! Also a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I love the environment they have created.

Honestly? I’d give 10 stars if I could! Everything, from the experience to the services, was everything I could’ve asked for and more! Amy and Scott are such amazing, talented, and passionate people - something that I was able to tell from the very first time I visited for my consultation ^-^! To put it lightly, they love what they do and it shows! Amy and Scott were so patient with me throughout my consultation and there was just something about them and their genuine interest in getting to know you as an individual that’s was so comforting as someone who wanted to try something new with my hair for college! Amy is a master at her craft and in general, she’s such a lovely person ^u^! She talked me through the entire hair coloring process and honestly, I felt so spoiled and before I knew it, 4 hours had flown by! And my hair? Let’s just say that I’ve honestly don’t remember the last time I felt so pretty, like, three weeks later I still can’t stop staring at myself in the mirror! I would highly, highly recommend booking Amy if you’re looking to color your hair! And Scott’s Long Layer Cut is to die for! I’m obsessed with how they look and I’m already looking forward to going back! Going pink next time ^u^!

I cannot recommend Scott and the salon family enough. I've been seeing them for over a year and am always overjoyed with not only the service I receive, but the warmth of the people. I've never found another salon where I feel so welcomed and get excited to go to an appointment. I've recommend M. Scott Salon to multiple friends and family members and none of us are ever disappointed. I wholeheartedly challenge you to find more talent and more lovely people than you find in Scott's salon.

I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at this fine salon! Scott and his team were exceptional at discussing my needs and offered the perfect solutions. Scott (cut) & Steve (color) provided professional services and did wonders for my difficult hair. Brandie stepped in and made my brows look better than they have ever looked. She is skilled! I recently moved to SLC and was searching for a new salon family. The search is over and I couldn't be happier!

I had a great experience! Christopher was amazing and the whole staff were so delightful and accommodating. The haircut itself is a longer experience depending on what you get, which is very clear on the website, but it is a while experience so just plan accordingly. I do like to give constructive feedback when possible so I'll say that my appointment did start about an hour later than scheduled so I was there later than expected. I understand that can happen sometimes, but for customers, I would recommend making sure your schedule isn't too tight following your appointment

I had my first haircut at M. Scott salon and could not be happier with their time and attention to detail while cutting and styling my hair which is not easy given it’s thickness and length. So nice to find a wonderful salon!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting M Scott Salon and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the owner Scott was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. My stylist, Brandie, was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. You could tell right away that she genuinely cared about her clients and their needs. I had come in with a bad haircut, but Brandie was able to fix it and really listened to what I wanted. As someone who just moved back to Utah, I was thrilled to have found such a wonderful salon. The level of customer service and care was truly exceptional, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. Overall, I would highly recommend M Scott Salon to anyone in the area looking for a reliable and trustworthy salon with talented stylists who really listen to their clients.

I was a little worried about getting my hair done at a salon after a bad experience at another one. Scott put me at ease the moment I reached out. He introduced me to Brandie, who is an absolute doll. She truly listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect cut. I admire how much everyone in the salon cares about their clients. Needed an emergency hair assist. Scott opened his salon on their day off, brought in his stylist Christopher and they went to work. It’s the best haircut, color and keratin in years. I don’t live in SLC but I am here a few times a year and plan to return every time.

Recently learned about M.Scott and booked a wash, cut and dry with Steve. I'm very happy with my haircut and respect how diligent the salon is, requesting details about their clients hair before booking. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and there was just a straight up pleasant and fun vibe. I'd recommend the salon, and particularly Steve, who cut my hair! I have thick, wavy hair and not all haircutters have the patience to fully dry it, but Steve took the time needed. I went out with friends the night I got my hair cut and the subsequent night - I've never received more compliments on how good my hair looked!

Scott and his associates take great care of their clients, and they're highly experienced, talented, and passionate for their craft. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've gotten four haircuts from Brandie now, and she has a great attention to detail and takes her time to create the perfect style and cut. Everybody is friendly and there's always drinks and other offerings as part of the experience.

Scott and the staff are so warm and welcoming. I cannot say that I have ever experienced this type of customer service from a salon where everyone there made sure that I was comfortable and welcome. Scott and Brandie worked together to help me make the decision on what would be best for me. I cannot express how wonderful they all are and I absolutely love my HAIR! Why this place ROCKS! 1. Service: I’ve never seen anything like it in Utah. Genuine. Real. Relevant. The red carpet had been rolled out in small and simple ways and I left feeling like a rockstar. 2. Professionals. Literally. Passion with an Obsession. The owner Scott is a legend in the industry and has orchestrated a team dedicated to be the best in Utah. It shows. A perfect example was the guy next to me spending his entire free time in between clients feverishly working on a Mannequin to further hone in his already elite skills. These guys eat & breathe this stuff. 3. The Best Want the Best. Local Celebrities know where this “secret spot” is and I witnessed some of them come in and out while I was there. 4. Results. I came in & told my stylist Brandie what I wanted. Before I knew it, the owner Scott was part of the conversation. During my time there I think a total of 4 individuals collaborated to perfect my process. I left with something EXACTLY what I was going for. Brandie did her magic & the results were spot on! GUYS: it’s time. Get in there and get it done. To look your best you deserve the best & now you know where it’s @. LADIES: you already know the value of what a high end hairstylist can do. I live in Phoenix, (new hair after recovered from cancer) and have had difficulty finding someone who would or could do a long layering with curly hair. After reading M. Scott’s bio I felt fortunate to get on his books. There are not the words to say how grateful I am to have my hair back that I remember precancer. The color is natural, the cut is a pleasure to play with AND I finally feel like myself again. The environment is very chill and friendly. The stylist are so wonderful and kind. My hair was just not doing what it was supposed to do, but my stylist Amy stuck with me do achieve the look I wanted.

i love what Brandy did to my hair! i didn’t explain perfectly what i wanted but she did exactly what i wished my hair looked like. i got my hair toned, cut, thinned, and styled. everyone in the salon was so friendly and i was very comfortable!
