Great experience! I got a pedicure and manicure for my wedding and everything turned out perfectly. I had a relaxing experience and my nail tech was very professional. Highly recommend!

Was able to get the gel manicure completed within the time frame of my lunch break. Taylor did an excellent job. My nails turned out beautifully. I will say, be sure you know what you want going in. I had a question and the language barrier made it hard to get the answer. But I got what I wanted and my nails turned out great! Next time I'll just be sure to either learn the language or Google what I have a question about. Lol Will be going back!

I got a pedicure it was nice, but I also wanted to get a wax and it didn't look like they had enough staff so I just ended up leaving. I went back again and over the last year or two they have added new options to their pedicure selection. I got the new on with the collagen and I get the foot wax at the end. I must say, I really enjoyed the pedicure it was nice and relaxing and the massage was very good. I did leave a nice tip and I really took pleasure in the whole experience. There was plenty of staff. I recommend going on a day during the week instead of a weekend, because it's not as busy and the nail technicians aren't rushed. If you decide to visit they have a selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.

I showed the tech a picture, which they provided, and my nails look NOTHING like the picture. No apology from tech. VERY VERY disappointed. What happened to paying for what you want and people doing there best? Nakia

It seemed like the guy that did my pedicure had never done one before. He cut my nails and dremeled the surface of the nail without soaking my feet. He did not bother cleaning under my nails, pushing back my cuticles, or properly shaping my nails. He literally just cut a strait line across the top of the nail and moved on. The "exfoliating scrub" was wiped on with no effort while he watched the TV behind me. Then the massage with lotion was lackluster and feeble. I've had better massages from old ladies. He didn't even touch my calves. I would have given only one star, but the ladies tried to fix the situation by touching up the nails and massaging again. Vicky gets the extra two stars..... but you shouldn't have to ask for another person to complete the job properly. If you're not going to do the job right, go home.

I am a frequent customer I've been going here for a year or two I pay at least $100 or more every visit me my daughter and my granddaughter come here and this was the worst experience ever me and my 6-year-old granddaughter was having a pedicure and manicure day it was a disaster they were rude the only one was nice was the one that did my nails and toes all the other staff I encountered was very rude...lost a good customer...I will never go back...nasty and rude ....do better...an I always tip them too...smh

Taylor was fantastic!!!! Found this lil gem on a whim, tucked back behind a restaurant, soooo glad I did ❤️❤️ reasonable prices, fantastic pedi massage and she even came to the drying desk to add another topcoat!!! If you're in Gainesville, definitely worth a stop

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done and the sad part it it was a fill and I walked in with better looking grown out nails than what I was leaving with then when I went back to have them remove had the nerve to tell me my nails look good .. like how do you take people’s money then give them a terrible service ?

I had a great experience here! Son did a pedicure and Long did a full set of acrylics for me for my graduation. Both took their time and did an excellent job, and were super nice and friendly. I highly recommend both the salon and them!

I used to have some great thoughts about this place before my last visit. The day before my renewal ceremony, I was surprised with money to get my nails done. Due to previous experience there, this place was where I wanted to go- NOT ANYMORE. The guy that did my toes took advantage of the fact that I was on the phone with with family and friends (mind you, I also had my 4 year old daughter with me) to make sure the ceremony was going to go as planned and he charged me $12 more as well as gave me services that I did not ask for, even after I had already told him that I did not want the service he was offering to me. The gentleman that did my finger nails was so sweet and seemed to be very excited for me and I appreciate him for that. His graciousness though isn't enough for me to go back ever again though. So, when you go get your nails done here, don't get distracted by anything else, pay attention to what some of them maybe trying to do.

Vicky is the best nail tech! She always does my nails EXACTLY how I want them, and she’s always available when I need her. She also knows how to do designs really well!! The place is very clean, staff are friendly, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed 😌
