Luxury nails, more like trashy nails I asked for a simple, navy acrylic and I came back with acrylic nails that are not shaped correctly and weird glitter that I never told them to put on my nails and he charged me extra for the glitter. Don’t know who these people think they are but would not recommend.

I love this place. I tried a new product recently and I did not like it at all. I went back in and they redid my nails to my liking for free. Highly recommend great customer service!

I went to this place with my daughter for a pedicure. I am diabetic so I always let a professional cut my toenails. The spa and massage of my feet and calves was exemplary. My daughter got to choose her new nail colour from a huge range of varnishes and there was no wait at all. The price is a very reasonable $35 per person. Highly recommended!

I have been going here for 7 years and it is convenient very clean and friendly. Because I am not there to talk or make friends, I don’t care if they talk to each other a bit while they do their work. John is great!

I moved here 3 years ago. I have tried more than 5 different salons and Luxury Nails is by far the best! I don’t need to specify anyone special, they are all great professionals.

Luxury nails have many employees who talk to each other in their native tongue while servicing you. When I was there, they kept jabbering loudly over you, laughing, and elling each other stories. I found it impossible to relax and enjoy the service I was getting. I understand they need to talk, but this was beyond that. The woman sitting next to me actually asked what they were talking about and if they were talking about her. They stopped for a few minutes and just looked at her. It was just rude, annoying, and not relaxing.

My first time at Luxury Nails today for a mani/pedi. Nina gave me the best spa pedicure I’ve ever had. Also I rarely have color applied to my fingernails, when I declined clear polish she kindly offered to buff my nails to make them shine. The salon is also the cleanest I’ve been to in the Naples / Bonita area so far. I will be going back!

Very rude customer service. Would not ever recommend. I don’t think they liked we were there with younger teens. We were a few min late (not familiar with area and it was empty) and they said they could no longer do any of our 5 appointments. Oh well, their loss- went to a much better place- Secret Nails- who was extremely accommodating and friendly especially to our very excited teen girls.

Well, I thought I would try a local place - won’t be back, the guy that did my pedicure was the most unhappy, kinda rude to be honest. I will continue to go to my favorite place on pine ridge and airport. Should have looked at the reviews before I went-

Daniel was the one to do my pedicure. Laughed at me when I showed him the design. It is a diagonal line of rhinestone . Did a perpendicular line that is crooked. He did not want to carry a conversation, was rude when I gave him the tip which he did not deserve. These people are snobs and do shoddy work, I would not spend another $50 in this place . Be fore warned…

Such a disappointment. My mom and I both had a pedicure that lasted less than 25 minutes start to finish. They basically soaked our feet, briefly rubbed the bottoms with a pumice, a VERY BRIEF massage, and polish. Cuticles? Nope! We could have given each other a pedicure of better quality from home! Don’t waste your time or money here!

Very relaxing place. They play quiet piano music. John is very quick AND precise. He does a wonderful job. The salon is very clean and well cared for. They are always busy so be sure to make an appointment

My nail tech gave the absolute worst leg and foot message today I have ever experienced during a pedicure. I was looking forward to it and she was a total let down when it came time a a lousy short message all for a whole 1 minute each leg barely feeling a thing. I will ask for Brian next time. He was giving the lady next to me a nice message taking his time and making sure she was getting her $30 for her pedicure. I made sure to get his name maybe if I go back there, I'll ask for him! I guess my nail tech isn't into the message thing but I was disappointed when I left after looking forward to that.

I brought my 3 year old in today, and it was busy. So they told us to come back in 30 minutes. My little one was so excited to pick out her own nail color (purple) and it was her first time getting her nails done. He was very patient with her and my daughter was so excited to show off her "fancy nails". We will definitely be going back. Great experience. It was a fun "mommy and daughter" date. 💜 Thanks!

I had a great pedicure with a great leg and foot massage with Brian today. This was as good or even better pedicure as he hit all the points in a great massage, as I always experienced back home, not many are like that here in Florida! Thank you Brian!!

I’m not sure why there are so many low reviews when I have experienced nothing but exceptional service here. Everyone I have seen is beyond kind and I am always pleased with their service! I schedule my appointments with Jenny who is as friendly and professional as can be! She always does her best to squeeze me in even when she is booked! They even go above and beyond by fixing a nail that has chipped free of service. Their prices are extremely reasonable which is just another bonus! I am thankful to have found such a friendly group of individuals!

My mom went to this salon for years, now my sister and I both go. None of us have ever been disappointed. You'll find quality work, at a good pace - you won't feel rushed, but you won't feel like you've wasted 1/2 your day. I also like that most are quite easy to communicate with.
