This spa is nice but it has it's problems, mainly they charge A LOT of hidden fees. We booked a couples massage online with 2 facials and 2 scalp massages. We got a phone call the day of our appointment stating that we would have to pay for an extra service if both of us wanted both add-ons. Sorry, that's a big problem when it is a couples package and the add-ons are expensive and are supposed to be for both people. They force you to place a credit card on file for payment when you make an appointment online. That's fine. But nowhere does it tell you that they also charge almost 10% fee (!!!) for paying by credit card on top of an already more expensive service. We were not prepared to pay by cash to avoid the fee. They use Square to process transactions which I use for my business. Square charges 2.6% so a 10% fee is outrageous (and illegal in California). This spa is trying to get you to pay cash so they can cheat on their taxes, for sure. Finally, they don't allow you to tip staff on the transaction - you have to bring cash. But the ATM in the lobby (which charges ANOTHER fee...) doesn't work with our regular normal debit card and the staff don't know why (it was not declined). The poor lady at the desk had to loan us cash for a tip and we repaid her by Zelle... which was really nice of her. She shouldn't have had to do that - she's just a staff member. My massage was good. My partner's massage was not good. My massage therapist was communicative and skilled, but my partner's massage therapist didn't introduce herself, ask about pressure or even say thank you. She was rough and did not care about a relaxing treatment. I really liked this spa the first time we visited a year ago, but I won't go back until they eliminate

Lovely, relaxing environment and very fair prices. I'm a student and server so my neck/shoulders and lower back are always a problem. Coco was my provider and she did a lovely job. I will be back to try more of their services as part of my regular self care and wellness!

Took my wife for a "celebrate" package for her Birthday, not cheap, but well worth the money, started with a glass of champagne, followed by cbd oil relaxation therapy, deep tissue, full body scrub, by the time Wendy (who was freakin amazing) told me to roll over I felt like I had gone over on time, but no, just hit some kind of zen, it was 4 hours ago yet I still feel amazing, Im in the service industry, Server/Bartender, so i usually hit 25,000 steps a day, I cant remember a time my legs feet and sciatic felt this comfortably relaxed, this place is wonderful, keep them in business. Oh yeah, there was hot stones in there, too. Everything was perfect, my wife thanked me all day for this, and would not stop talking about how wonderful Ella took care of her.

A great local spot that has great hours and can get you in at pretty much any time you’re needing, is priced very well, and provides fantastic service. I’m no expert, but I think the massage therapists do a great job of incorporating some Asian massage techniques in with their Swedish massages such as the stretching and knocking components, while keeping the session majority of a Swedish style massage. The 3-4 times I’ve been there have all been excellent and I look forward to making another appointment.

Let me begin with the most important thing, customer service. It was amazing! I booked an express facial for myself and my fiancée and we were on our way to our appointment when I realized I forgot a gift certificate I had. We called to ask about their late policy and they said they would be accommodating but that our appointment may be cut short. We were okay with that since it was our fault. We arrive a little over 15 min late but they still gave us a full express facial. Very appreciative of the manager for accommodating our lateness and the staff for giving us a full experience giving the time. Our facial did last 30 min which in believe is the advertised length. The facial itself was very relaxing and our skin felt great afterwards. Would definitely book again! (Except arrive on time and not late!)

To end my husband’s surprise birthday getaway weekend, I found this gem of a spa. From booking appointment to actually experiencing their “Spa Dream” package for 2, was a whole vibe. The staff were amazing, attentive and super welcoming. We came out feeling relaxed and satisfied. Definitely a place I would recommend and come back to. 😀 Such a great way to end the weekend.

Very overpriced. I paid an extra $10 for deep tissue. I was given a soft Swedish massage. I asked twice for more pressure. Which she accommodated for a minute and then switched back. You have to pay in advance. They charge 8.75% to use a card to pay or they have an atm machine that charges $2. The massage therapist left the room during my massage. She said the receptionist didn't come in. Very disappointing. I would not recommend going here. There are many massage places in riverside that cost less and give a much better massage.
