I’ve been going to Luxe & Luna for a while now, and every visit has been an incredible experience. Summer has consistently gone above and beyond to analyze my skin with such care, ensuring that I get the best advice and treatments tailored to my needs. Her thoroughness and deep knowledge of skincare make every appointment not just effective but truly enjoyable. She takes her time, never rushes, and always makes sure I leave feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing. On top of that, the entire staff is always so kind and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where you not only receive top-tier treatments but also feel genuinely delighted and uplifted every time you walk in. Luxe & Luna is truly a gem, and Summer’s expertise, along with the warmth of the entire team, makes it an experience I look forward to every single time. I can’t recommend it enough!

My wife and I did the couples Luna massage. It was both of our first times to a massage. She would have liked a more firm hand that got into her knots a bit more. I felt like mine was perfect as far as pressure goes. The charcuterie board was great and they let us bring our own champagne and supplied the glassed. The waiting room was very nice and relaxing. We left with a little goody bag with some chocolates and some water. Overall 9/10.

I’ve been going to Luxe & Luna for over a year now and I can’t say enough amazing things about it! I started with massages and facials and quickly fell in love with their treatments. Leading up to my wedding, I booked a series of oxygen facials and dermaplaning treatments, and wow, my skin has never looked better! Shay, my esthetician, is an absolute gem! She’s incredibly sweet and so knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin and guided me on the best products and skincare routine tailored specifically to my needs. I’ve learned so much from her about how to care for my skin and it’s made a huge difference. I would recommend Luxe & Luna to anyone looking for spa services in Nashville!

Everything and Everyone were Amazing! I drove in from Huntsville to do a spa day with my close friend who flew in from Vegas and we enjoyed it all. Everyone was so kind. The place is so elegant and the service was amazing.

I enjoy the massage services here a lot! I do however think one of the co-owners is incredibly rude and unprofessional based on a recent experience. I came in to purchase two gift cards with another person in the lobby area as well. I was talking in a very normal voice and the same volume as the other co-owner. Lily (co-owner) came around the corner to sush me, not say hello. I understand keeping a peaceful environment, however I was not talking in a manner different from anyone else in there. This is not the first time she has been quite rude to me and others. everyone else at the spa is great!

I have been coming to Lily for 8 years before she opened Luxe and Luna. She is so kind, thoughtful, and we always have fun things to discuss. She remembers things about my life, my family, and and is able to do all of this while giving me gorgeous eyebrows! I’ve also gotten a fantastic massage here. Lily has made Luxe and Luna beautiful, interesting, and a great environment. It’s a relaxing and refreshing place to come for all of your beauty needs.

Holy moly - what can I even say. My facial treatment today was with Sydney and she is incredible. Not only intimately knowledgeable with the skincare lines they use, and skin in general, but clearly is mastering her craft as an aesthetician. I regularly receive facials and medical aesthetic treatments, and this is the first time I’ve been this “blissed out” after a service. I feel so fortunate to be a client here and I look forward to my next visit. The ladies (and gentlemen) and L&L are doing it right!

I have visited Luxe and Luna twice; both experiences have been top-notch—incredible results. The only problem now is I am addicted, haha. I have had facial treatments by Shay and Sidney; both were incredible. I have been to many places worldwide and had facial treatments; hands down, Luxe and Luna facials have been my favorite.

I will judge ALL other massages by the one I had with Gretchen. Extraordinary doesn't even come close. The dry-brushing at the beginning felt like having an itch scratched that I didn't even realize I had. I added that to a 90 minute Zen Massage. I haven't even mentioned the copious amounts of scalp massage she did! I could die happy. Completely blissed OUT.

Clean and relaxing spa. My massage with Rachel was high quality and she took the time to customize the massage to meet both relaxation and help with sore muscles to feel better. There is easy parking in front and in the area. Luxe and Luna also gives back to community organizations. Overall a wonderful massage and experience. Thank you.

I can’t believe I haven’t left a google review for luxe & Luna before! I have been going here for almost 3 years and somehow get even more impressed every time I visit. Summer is the absolute best Aesthetician I have ever worked it at any spa across the country. She is so knowledgeable in her field and every service has been amazing and left my skin feeling wonderful. Everything from getting a luxurious robe to lounge in while relaxing in their beautiful waiting area to checking out where water and chocolate are waiting for you is seamless and I count down the days until I can go back again! Everyone should go to luxe and Luna to experience what a true treat your self day should really feel like!

I've been meaning to write a review for quite some time but kept forgetting. I had such a great experience so better late than never! My husband booked me a surprise appointment when we were visiting Nashville. I can't remember the name of the therapist, but its was a male and I had the reflexology treatment. The ambiance of the spa is very elegant and inviting, and the service was incredible. I've been in the spa industry for close to 20 years so I'm a bit particular and I literally was on a "massage high" for half of the day. It was one of the most relaxing treatments I have ever received. I highly recommend a service here if you are in the area!

Kristie gives the most amazing prenatal massages! Strong yet gentle. And always pays extra attention to any tight areas I may have. I’ve been to her twice now (during my pregnancy) and each time I leave feeling restored and refreshed! Would highly recommend her for anyone, but especially for a pregnant someone wanting a relaxing yet good for your body/circulation massage. Luxe & Luna is a super cute boutique spa w/ the kindest staff. Love having it in our neighborhood!

Rachel is an Amazing massage therapist. I’ve had severe sciatic issues and I went to her every other week for pain relief. She understands the pain of her clients, talks to you about it and does an excellent job with all the magic in her hands. I rarely feel any pain now. I will definitely keep visiting Rachel.

This place is beautiful and relaxing! I went in for a consultation related to their Morpheus8 treatment. They failed to mention that their equipment was down and would be out of service for the next few months.. after never hearing back from them (even after being put on their ‘waitlist’ for when the machine is fixed) I walked away feeling like they just took my money from the consult knowing they couldn’t offer the service any way! And that just doesn’t seem right.

Finally got a massage from here this past Saturday. I called Friday and they had an open slot on Saturday, terrific! I arrived 25 minutes earlier and relaxed in the quiet waiting area for a few minutes. The massage was great, I am in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. I will be coming here again.

I suffer from vestibular migraines and TMJ. I’ve been in twice now for an Indian Head Massage and can’t praise it enough for how much relief it’s provided me. It is so relaxing and has helped alleviate pain, not to mention how much better I sleep after treatment.

Easily one of the best facials if not the best I've ever had. I received the Luxe Facial and brow tint. Lilly was fantastic. She was easy to talk to, helpful, and did a fantastic job with my facial and brows. Some parts of facials can be uncomfortable and I felt relaxed and at ease for the entire duration. Front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful. They were able to fit me in without an appointment which was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely be going back!

My fiancée nearly cried when she came out after her brow appointment and looked in a mirror. Despite her showing them example photos and telling what style, they reduced her brows to virtually nothing and they do not work in front of a mirror, so while the damage was being done, she was completely oblivious. Completely unacceptable service. Brows take a long time to grow back, and sometimes never grow back the same. Also, the location is very inconvenient and not at all a "luxe" location. It's a tiny building in the middle of nowhere that's falling apart. Check the street view if you don't believe me.

Rachel is a great massage therapist. I have been going to her for months and asked her to specifically help with ongoing pain in my arm and hand. I generally see her once a month, and I am happy to say that I rarely feel any pain or discomfort in my arm or hand anymore. She has helped me so much, and I will definitely continue seeing her!
