I’ve been coming to Lux 365 Thai Massage since 2022, and every visit has been fantastic—but my first massage with Nita truly stood out! From the moment I met her, she was warm, professional, and attentive to my needs. Her technique was absolutely amazing—she applied just the right amount of pressure and intuitively focused on areas of tension I didn’t even realize needed attention. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The overall atmosphere at Lux 365 remains serene and inviting, and Nita’s exceptional care made this experience even more memorable. I’m so glad I had the chance to book with her, and I’ll definitely be returning to see her again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wasted $120! I have never, ever had a Professional Massage before and I was really looking forward to it! Sad thing, my 4yr old Granddaughter could have done a better job! I paid for Sweedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone amd Tiger balm. I requested mainly neck and shoulders and even circled the target areas on a diagram. She barely touched my neck/shoulders. Kept rubbing my lower back in a circular motion with cold, wet rocks. No technique or skill. No tiqer balm or massage oil. Just water. She didn't speak any English and just kept "Nodding and smiling" when I would again request neck and shoulders. Entire time sans 5 min was spent on lower back. Nothing to front or requested target areas. Spent maybe 5 min between both feet pressing with her thumbs in what I am only to.assume was suppossed to be some sort of pressure point. My Nail tech does a better job! The massage was $99 and I tipped $20. She had the audicity to ask me for more! And stated "Why you no tip me?" She is lucky my Moral Compass gave her that. Horrible experience. A total wastenif time and money! I would give negative Stars if possible!

The quality of this service was worth far more than what they charge— it was like a chiropractic adjustment, physical therapy, and a massage all in one. I felt pain relief in parts of my body I didn’t even know were knotted up. This was my first time trying Thai massage, and my first time being worked on by a male masseuse, but he was exceedingly respectful, professional, and clearly an expert at his craft. I will definitely be back with an even heftier tip! I feel absolutely wonderful!

Great experience, with the Thai and Swedish massage. Came in with my mom and had two female massage therapists. They did an incredible job especially with the necks and arms! They used hot stones and hot towels that helped a lot. They really took their time to make sure all our muscles were nice and relaxed!

I took my mom on a little date to the Lux 365 Thai Massage today and Kathy was Impeccable. I will ask for her every time!!!! She used all her might and all her weight to make sure I felt relaxed and got all my knots and tension out. I would’ve paid for another hour if I could. I am a caregiver who has started 4 consecutive 12 hour shifts a week this week. And I am beyond overworked and under slept. I don’t have time for myself or dealing with certain stresses. I thought my mom would enjoy it and I definitely did. Her girl was way tooo eager to get the exact tip Kathy did and I was going to give them the same and I did even with her push I was, even after my mom said that she was way too rough although my mom didn’t speak up. It pissed me off because Kathy was nowhere to be seen when giving her tip. She knew her worth as a masseuse. She was Amazing! I really hope that my moms masseuse learns to feel for tension. My mom is a very calm person and doesn’t have much stress, her being rough made my mother sore. I wish her the best but she shouldn’t be so eager to be tipped , it made me want to give her nothing.

I’ve gone to a few massage places in the area since moving here and Lux365 is by far the best. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She asked if I had a lay trouble areas and focused on them.

Massage was very good, I called in and was able to get same day appointment, as soon as I entered, I was given a sheet of paper to mark the body parts where I need to be focused and the overall session went well with right pressure and felt relaxed.Overall recommended this place.

Really good place to get a massage! I highly recommend it. All of the staff is very professional. When I went for the first time, they gave me a chart with a picture of the full body for me to circle pain areas. That helps the massage therapist know what muscular issues you are having. They also have a loyalty card system which is nice. I have only gone to Nikki because she gave me a perfect massage both times I have come here for a massage. She does an incredible job. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and focuses on your problem areas. It’s a very therapeutic massage. I haven’t gone to the other therapists but I am sure they are great too. If you want a really good massage, come here to get one.

An amazing massage with a professional masseuse every time I go. The prices are fair for the quality and care you get. Tipping should be done reasonably off of how much work they have to do, and any massage is a lot of physical work. I love that they have fruit and water for you afterward as you'll need it after deep tissue work.
