Queenie gave me the most beautiful full set gel acrylic yesterday and gel pedi! Lux has the sweetest, most professional employees of any nail salon I've ever been a customer of. I've been getting my nails done here since high school and the service/environment has always been the best of the best. Thank you Lux for being so consistently wonderful!

Excellent service , great costumer service , I went once to the nail salon by big Y in Kingston and people were rude I going this one on duxbury and it's going to be my fav place for good they sooo great and do an tremendous job on manicure & pedicure.

Went for a wax, Hannah was amazing. Have had nails done there before and had a great experience as well. Will be going back next week

Was very disappointed. Rushed me and my group out quickly, never cleaned the bowl before us and left dirty towels from client before. Also using dirty brushes and not sanitizing after each use. My daughters nail polish was half off before the end of the day. Felt as if I was just another dollar. Could be a great place if they worked on customer service and cleanliness.

I have been to Lux several times and have always walked out very pleased with my manicure or pedicure. The staff is friendly and the environment is lovely. They do a very good job!
