I come up from Florida every year. My daughter-in-law granddaughter who's four, always go to lux it's been our tradition for the last probably 3 years for my granddaughter coming with us and we went even before with my daughter-in-law myself her mother always had a fantastic experience. I always bragged about how good the nails were compared to some of the salons I've gone in Florida but this year was a whole different story. My daughter-in-law was having a pedicure my granddaughter. She's 4 years old when we got there they put her mother and her side by side my granddaughter soaked her feet for at least 45 minutes before somebody worked on her while her mom was being attended to. I asked the man who was doing my daughter-in-law's pedicure to make sure when he went to my granddaughter put an extra coat of whatever the finish is so she can't peel it off. Cuz we know kids will be kids. Shook his head yes. But then 30 to 45 minutes later another lady was doing my granddaughters manicure and pedicure. The nails she painted absolutely not horrible. She didn't even go down to the cuticles and the sides were showing I mean it was horrible. her toes were much better I don't know if he didn't or this other woman who did them. I always do dip on my fingernails I had to have one of my nails redone as I'm walking up to the cash register I'm looking at it and it's all smudged and they asked me oh do you want us to do it over. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ I said yes so he called the guy back up who is doing my nails he didn't completely redo it but I did whatever just to make it smooth. It's only been 5 days I'm back in Florida my thumbnail is got so many cracks underneath the finish with a Polish and dip or whatever is and this is only been 3 days. I'm going to try include a picture if I can. 🤞 I tried to take pictures they come out too blurry so I'll have to wait till somebody can take a better picture but it's ridiculous. Stay away!

Absolutely my new favorite place!!!! They were able to squeeze me in super fast but efficient my nails turned out amazing! Also loved the kind atmosphere and the fact that they even had a full conversation with me!! 100% will be going to them regularly

Went for a pedi and mani. Got my pedicure and while still in the chair he decided to do my manicure very uncomfortable and felt rushed. He did a poor job of cleaning up my nail bed and didn’t even use the brand of nail polish I asked for. Cost $60 and not worth it at all

After two years of going to this salon to get my nails done and giving a chance after two mess ups. I paid 70.00 for my nails for the paint to chip on a Saturday and with in one week all my nails are gone because they broke. The cat eye was not worth it. Went with a friend several times and same for her. The nail policy only covers about two days and I worked on a Monday so could not get them fixed. Avoid this place

Been going to this place off and on for three yrs. Today , 10/28/2024, went for just a change of color. All seemed to have gone well, I even asked Siri to set a timer for the 15 minutes the man told me to wait at the fan. I left and by the time I made it to a Subway a block away, the polish was all wrinkled on every finger. Nothing like this had ever happened before. I was running late and could not go back so I wasted money on something I had to re do as soon as I got home since like I said I was already running late. Did I get the wrong polish? Was it the top coat? I know it wasn’t anything I did. I was very upset but no point on carrying on with being angry. Will definitely not use this salon again.

Great experience, went in for a pedicure with Nancy and she did a great job! I also had gone in to get my nails done about 5 days ago, and one of my nails had chipped and they offered to re paint all of my nails for free! Thankyou Daisy and Nancy!!

Love this place, its definitely my favorite nail salon in the Cleveland area. They take care of my nails and nail beds unlike some other nail places in Cleveland. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants beautiful nails.

They were so friendly and accommodating. I had gotten my days mixed up and overbooked myself and I was extremely late coming from a hair appointment and they said not to worry just relax and enjoy the day. I apologized profusely and even called to let them know I’d be really late and we could reschedule if needed. They said no ma’am come in we will take care of you no problem!! It was the best experience I’ve had while getting my nails done. I loved everything about the place. Will definitely go back when it’s time to get things redone.

Alex was great! He was very nice. I have gone to several other places and have always had appointments but when I actually get there, I would be in there for 2 to 3 hours, which is ridiculous when you have an appointment so I thought that I would try out Lux to see if they could focus on one appointment one person at one time and Alex did amazing. I’m very pleased with his work and he had me completely in and out in 35 minutes. The last place I went to for SNS dip I literally was in there for three hours, And I said I would never go back, so I will return next week to have a pedicure done and hopefully receive the same great service. ☺️
