Got my roots done and it all literally washed out the next day waste of almost $200 . Bleached it and everything and it still looks yellow compared to the rest of my bright blonde hair .

I LUV ❤️ this salon, mostly because my friend Amy always gives my 2 daughters and I THE BEST haircuts and is a great person as well! The salon itself is very light, bright & pretty, too. Will definitely be returning as long as Amy's there!

I used to love this salon. I saw Avenlee for cut and color. But when I called to make an appt they said that I need to contact the stylist directly for services now. I tried contacting her over the last several months and she won’t respond. She ghosted me after doing my hair for almost 3 years 😭 the only thing I could think of is she stopped wanting to do it because i wasn’t dying my hair blonde anymore. Because I was pregnant and then had a newborn. So I couldn’t stand the smell and then didn’t have the time or ability with a newborn. I was just getting my hair cut. It’s really sad to be left with no response after years with a stylist and getting to know them etc.

She may do a decent job with extensions, but for cuts and foils - head a different direction. I am NOT confused with salons. You do know who I am and the mess you made of my hair. Isn't it odd that every negative review on your salon, you simply comment that you have no record of the clients visit. Pathetic!!!

I found luv because my normal place was booked out and I couldn’t wait. And I am sooo glad I did! At first sight I walked in and the style and vibe of the salon was like out of a NY hair salon magazine! The atmosphere was contagious. I loved the energy between all the stylists and customers. I hit it off with one of the other customers and we were cracking up with each other. I loved my stylist, Mackenzie, and Dana the owner!!! What an amazing fun place to get your hair done!!! It was the first time I didn’t want to run out when my hair was done. I kinda wanted to stay lol. Love this place and they probably just won over a customer for life. Not joking.

I called to ask if they had any availability for today and they were about to get me in! Kyra did an amazing job on my hair! She took her time making sure the color was perfect. I did a full highlight and a trim. The color was the best I’ve ever gotten! This place is on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend Kyra!

Hannah is a master colorist. She is awesome at listening & making your vision a reality. She has excellent technical skills & I love getting my hair done by her. I also love the cool vibe at Luv Salon!

I absolutely loved all the girls there. I gave Tatum full artistic freedom for my color correction and she did a fantastic job! The girls there were happily invested in my hair and how it would turn out, they were bouncing ideas off of each other, and hyping me up in the process. It was an amazing experience and if you’re looking for a beautiful salon with incredibly friendly stylists you need to try Luv Salon!

I always have a fantastic experience with my hairstylist Tatum! She was not only friendly and easy to talk to but also listened attentively to my preferences while offering excellent suggestions. The salon’s warm, stylish, and inviting atmosphere added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend you to book your services Tatum, my hair came out sooo good!!😊😊

I was seeing Taylor, which was amazing! We were doing what I would call a color journey. -going from level 1-2 to more my natural with highlights. Which was going to take several months. Taylor was doing what she called teasy highlights (loved). Sadly Taylor left 2 weeks before my next appt. They called and put me with someone else. Extremely bummed but I will give it a try. No, nope. Disappointing, Taylor kept no notes. So the next person had no clue what was going on. She tried her best. But it was a painful teasy highlight experience. And even though I was asked about covering up my grays I left with them. Now it's my mission to find my stylist which I loved. However the ladies are so nice, the salon is stunning and clean.

I’ve been going here ever since I moved from Washington state 4 years ago and everyone has been really kind and friendly. I went several places before, and couldn’t find a good fit until I found Luv. I just went to see Tatum today for full color with highlights and cut. She also styled it and it turned out exactly how I wanted it and from the photo I shared. I’m a brunette with highlights and it turned out amazing. Highly recommend I’ve never been disappointed by anyone there but Tatum was very sweet!

Never, never again!!!! 😢 I am so upset!! Sadly to say, after all the money I spent, I am just going to have to cut my losses and look elsewhere for correction. My hair has always been hard to mess up!! I can’t just keep going back! 😭 I don’t want to be seen be seen out in public!

Tatum was absolutely amazing. Happily taught me things I didn't know about my perm. She was super non-judgmental about my lack of knowledge. I also have a very difficult time making decisions about my hair because I don't know how to even blow dry it, let alone style it. She helped me make good decisions and taught me simple things I can do myself that make my hair look good. This will be my new regular salon and Tatum will be my new stylist.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a hair salon. I had an appointment at 4:30 and the stylist still hadn’t come over to say anything to me when I finally walked out at 4:55. When I saw her bring another client over to her chair at 4:50 I realized she still had to cut, dry, and style her hair. She didn’t have any decency of apologizing or letting me know she was running at least an hour behind. Unprofessional, rude, and I don’t know how they are still in business when they have zero respect for clients.

Ally did an amazing job on my hair!! I got an all over color & an extension install! I left LUV Salon feeling so much more confident & very happy with my hair! She was so nice as were all the other employees there! The salon is beautiful and very well kept! Definitely recommend for all of your hair needs!

I contacted Abbi At LUV salon just before the holidays and she was able to get me in right away! I’m new to the area and was in the process of correcting my color when I moved. Abbi was patient in listing to my hair mishap and my journey to what I wanted. In one visit she nailed it and my hair never felt healthier leaving. Since then, I have returned and she had installed extensions. She was diligent in making sure the extension hair matched my natural hair for a seamless look! She was gentle, kind, and extremely informative about the process of installation and care instructions. The salon had great energy and is very welcoming! I’m sure all of the ladies at LUV salon are amazing, Abbi is who I worked with and I 100% recommend her to anyone who might ask.

I've been seeing Dana for many, many years and was one of her first clients at the LUV Salon. Dana is the whole package! She is professional, giving, a great business woman, loving mother and a personality that is hard to resist! All of the stylists are hand picked by Dana and she consistently works with all of them to make sure everyone provides the level of excellent service that has become her trademark. All the ladies in the salon have such passion for their work and are always discussing new techniques and make fresh recommendations. Over the past 14 years, Dana has styled my hair short, long, extensions, dark, light - pretty much the gamit! I strayed a couple of times, but ALWAYS come back to Dana because no one I've found is as talented. Highly recommend Dana and all the ladies she works with!

We loved McKenzie!!! I swear I didn't know what she was going to do and she managed to make my highlights so soft... A beautiful honey tone. And she blowed dried my hair perfectly! I haven't felt my hair this soft in ages. I ended up purchasing the cream she applied to my hair before the blow dry. My cut was clean and she kept my hair long. I am so happy with this salon and hope you ask for McKenzie! She is so laid back and nonjudgmental. I felt so beautiful after - thank you, LUV! 💗💗💗
