I love coming to lush nail I have never left disappointed. Very welcoming very clean ! I have gone to many other places and always leave not happy with what I get defy leave lush nail lounge satisfied and exactly what I ask for I would recommend this place 100% I’m always complimented and asked where I get my nails done. I’ll never change places

I called earlier to book an appointment, I came on time, I waited patiently for 30 minutes, they kept on telling me they’ll get to me and were being super disrespectful. Someone comes after me and they take them in without waiting not even a minute. Turns out they double booked 4 other people for the same appointment.

Very disappointed in the service provided. I had an appointment at 6. They didn’t start working on my nails until 7. I got the dip powder. Two days later my nails were chipped. I called them and they were busy told me to send them a picture of my nails and they would get back to me to see the best time to come. Still haven’t heard back.

Wonderful experience! Jay fit me in right away after I called and he fixed my nail for me! Lovely environment and I always leave Lush feeling very happy about my nails. They always end up exactly how I had them in my mind. This is my go-to nail spot in Tucson.

I came here for an acrylic fill and with an appointment it took over 3 hours. I got a plain color and very short nails. My appointment didn’t even start for almost an hour after it was booked for and the actual process took way too long. Very inefficient.

I wouldn't return here if my life depended on it!! First of all, she put too much water for jelly pedicure, someone else had to add another pack, I had to buff, trim, and shape my own toenails because all she did was clip them a little bit and went on to start polishing, the appt started at 430pm, it's 630pm and I was supposed to get a fill in as well! I asked for the glow in the dark matte 036 polish and she gives me the gel version, I said that's not what I asked for and the younger woman said $10 extra!! EXCUSE ME! I THINK NOT! UNACCEPTABLE! PISS POOR SERVICE, QUALITY, AND ACCOMMODATION!

I have been coming here for the last year and I have never been more happy to have found them. The owners have a true passion for their business and are always up to for different style designs. They have a wide selection of nail polishes and always stay up to date on the latest nail products. I highly recommend Lush Nail Lounge!

I've been going here for about 8 months--many manicures with all different nail techs, and they do a great job every time. They can almost always take walk-ins but I try to schedule in advance just to be sure. The tools and equipment always appear clean and well-maintained, and they are constantly improving the equipment and the space. They offer many types of services, from super simple to the most artful and extravagant. I highly recommend this place no matter what you're looking for.

Today was my 2nd time coming to this salon. I’ve been to a few others around town, but this one really stands out for its quality and its price ($37 for a classic mani). Both visits have been superb. My manicurists go above and beyond and pay extremely close attention to detail. Most salons these days will just use the filing drill to complete the prep work. Not here! They spend their time really setting the base for a beautiful manicure. They’ve gained a loyal customer from me!

I had a nail crisis that needed assistance ASAP because I'm going out of town in two days. Jay was able to see me in the next day and performed a careful and amazing work. I'm so thankful for Jay and the Lush team to get me in so fast. Highly highly recommend!!

Very disappointed in my experience. This place is overpriced for the value you get. I paid $61 for a pedicure with gel polish (was pressured to upgrade to a more expensive package) and $80 for dip manicure with design, all before tip. My nails were cut much shorter than I asked for and look sloppy up close. It took a total of 3 hours for the 2 services. Not the cleanest facility. Overall fine but I would not recommend over other places in the area.

I’ve been going to Lush for over a year now and it’s hands down the best salon I’ve been to in Tucson. All of their nail techs are extremely talented and friendly, and make sure to foster great relationships ships with their clients. Everyone at Lush is creative, careful and always wants to make sure you leave happy! I can super picky with my nails and they always do an amazing job.

Jay and Melissa are beyond amazing. The friendliness, the cleanliness of the location and the phenomenal artwork skills. Jay left me without words.. I will definitely be returning with wild ideas and see them come to life on my nails thank you guys so much. I highly recommend.
