Grace Coles is so amazing!! She is so communicative about every step of the process and ensures that you get the treatment and haircut that you want! The salon has an amazing ambience, and Grace does an amazing job at making it feel like a cozy and relaxed experience. Also, her scalp massage is the best in the whole wide world. And not to mention she encourages you to do your own thing with your hair!! For real the best in salt lake!!

I've been coming to this Lunatic Fringe since I moved to Salt Lake, and my stylist Madi is amazing. She is so knowledgeable about various products, heard me out and offered solutions when I brought up financial constraints, helped me envision the way I wanted my hair to look and feel, and executed this AMAZING shag/layered look that I'll definitely ask for again. I always feel very cared for by Madi and by all the sweet staff at this location in general!

Everyone here went above and beyond in giving me the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. From delicious caramel mochas, to dark room spa head massage hair wash, to my wonderful haircut, to the ease of checking out and making another appointment. I’m hooked! I absolutely love this salon! I have a traumatic experience from a haircut in my childhood, so I have a very hard time trusting people to cut my hair. Anna has been a God send to me! She listens to what I want and helps me with her expert opinion. This place is off the hook! You get a free drink and free snacks while you are there. The room they have to shampoo your hair is a dark quiet place for you to close your eyes and relax. Anna gives the BEST head massage as she washes your hair! Not only does the cost cover your cut and shampoo they also style your hair as well! This place is more like a spa than it is a salon! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I got my hair recolored by Grace this morning, and she did such a beautiful job!! The color was absolutely perfect, and she gave me really great recommendations for products based on my hair needs and goals. Lunatic Fringe is also such an accommodating salon, the customer service is outstanding and the hair washing room is just incomparable to any other salon I’ve visited. Will be continuing to come back!

I had a bunch of grays which Grace Coles did an amazing job at covering up. She is super friendly and cute! She listened and was patient making sure she understood what I wanted. I love the location and environment. They always have some signature drink. This time it was lavender chai so yummy! They always have snacks too like chips or a kind bar which is amazing when you are spending 2-3 hrs getting your hair colored. It is super clean and has the best vibe. I’ve seen 50/50 men and women. I love the lather lounge where they wash your hair. It is dark, has great music, and they give you a scalp massage. Grace layered my hair without making it look stringy which is hard to do with long hair. I’ve been going to this location since I was 16 and continue to love it because they are so welcoming.

I had an amazing experience here. My stylist was Grace Coles, and she was the best. I hate giving reviews - I just don’t get it even when you have a bad experience - but my hair has never looked better so I gotta say something. As a guy there’s a bunch or barbers who give fades and what not but she cut my hair perfectly. She asked questions gave a killer head scrub shampoo thing idk what you call it and just did an all around great job. Highly recommend and give her a raise.

Grace is amazing! Got a dimensional color with layers, and face framing bangs. She was very attentive and regularly checked in to make sure to answer any of my questions. Love the final color and haircut

I’m always nervous about cutting my hair, but Madi does a fantastic job! This has now been my second cut from her and I love my hair! She gives me exactly what I’m asking for and goes over everything she is doing. She really calms my nerves and I always leave feeling really good. Thank you Madi! :)

Grace did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. I was unsure of what I wanted and Grace helped find something that I loved, while constantly making sure I liked where things were going with my hair. The building was very warm and inviting and all the other staff were kind. 10/10

I have been coming to this location for just about 2 years. I would be lost without Madi!!! Madi is so knowledgeable about what she does, my hair is always amazing, but even more she has taught me about hair care and products and in 2 years I have gone from very very thin shoulder length aging hair…you could see through to my roots and scalp and I l or have long thick beautiful hair!!! It’s fun to come in because we celebrate everyone how long and thick my hair is! My color is always gorgeous and her head massage is unbelievable 😊💙

I’ve been going to Lunatic Fringe Parleys for a little over two years now! I recommend this place to everyone, especially my hair stylist Aubrey. She does a great job cutting and styling. Her scalp massage is what dreams are made of! I love my hair every time I come out of the salon. I’ve gotten a couple treatments done here as well, and I’m always pleased. All of the staff is so kind and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough!
