Hey ladies and guys! I have been comimg to Lucky 🍀 Nails and Spa for years! The owners are extra welcoming and nice. I am always greeted with water or soda and help with my color! Being indecisive is not a problem here, they help you make your decision if you ask! The pedicures and manicures are top quality. I usually fall asleep in the massage chairs 😆 I Have been to many nail salons and this one is my favorite 🍀💅😁❤️

I have been going to lucky nails for several years now and I absolutely love the service and quality! They provide amazing service with a very bubbly and enjoyable environment! 10/10 would recommend!

This place use to be amazing but today the woman didn't do anything she was post to all she did was cut my nail and rub lotion on me then paint my nail didn't Remove the dead skin or anything time to find a new place because I want pay 60 dollars for something I could have done at home.

I had a seventh experience as a walk in. I tried the dip nail manicure and was very disappointed when they all fell off in less than a week. The couple just 2 days later.

I went into Lucky for a pedicure and I’d never been there before. It was May 24th and I only went there because it was convenient. Where do I start. The tools were in a jumble on a tray. I watched her rifle through the pile to choose which one she wanted. She poured something over the nippers which I assumed was a disinfectant. She did use other instruments but nothing was poured over these. I have NEVER had a worse pedicure experience. Everything hurt. When I told her so she said it was because I didn’t come every two weeks. I should have watched more carefully but I’d never had to before. My nails were being cut to the quick to almost bleeding and one of the toenails was practically cut off. I was not happy so they sent over someone else to do the painting. That was not very well done and I was there for almost two hours! How has this place stayed open?

I've been to quite a few nail salons& I enjoyed my experience at Lucky Nails. Kim has went above & beyond to make sure I got my nails done n did a great job. I have referred them to my friends n they are happy they decided to come here.

Kim give me one price and the guy charge me 5.00 more said it was for the manicure. The powder coat I was talked into said it would last longer didn't last a week wasted money , I just wanted the normal polish insisted on the powder coat.

The “man with the hat” as i have read in the reviews has had very many complaints. Today i went to “Lucky Nails” for the first time and wasn’t pleased with my results. I was cut not once not twice but three times by this man, my nails came out so crooked, and his customer service was terrible he didn’t listen to anything i said and barely knew how to do the design(which was white ombré dip powder). He also left my nails way to thick. And not to mention when my sister would come to check on me as she would leave he would proceed to ask me if she had a boyfriend and then laugh he didn’t ask me this once and not even twice but every single time she came over to me. This place has a very good layout and as i have read from the reviews and believe my self the other employees could do better work. It seems to me that the “man with the hat” is bringing you business down tremendously.

This is my favorite place. They’re clean, attentive, so incredibly kind, and take care of my nails. Instead of ripping them off with a tool (which I’ve experienced at other places), they actually spend the time and have the patience to let them soak off. I see Paxton & I’ve never had any issues. I am so completely satisfied with my new found nail shop! I loved them from the minute I walked through the door and was greeted with eye contact and a smile. The greatness continued as I received the best customer service and nail repair service I’ve ever received. My new nail tech Understood the assignment and quickly fixed what someone else messed up and he did it gracefully without badmouthing the tech from the other shop I went to. I am grateful for the experience I had and I will definitely be back for more. Idk how they have been there for 3yrs and I never knew about them. I do now!! ❤️

Let me tell you!! I have never experienced great customer service from any nail salon. The two ladies that were working were kind and Customer service was amazing! Thank you Lucky nails!

This place does amazing work! The staff is very professional, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the nail salon is extremely clean! They do amazing nail art as well! I cannot say enough good things about this place! You simply have to experience it!

Wish I had never stepped foot. Waste of money. Went in to get my nails soaked off because I wanted to save the nail underneath. She ended up ripping them and seemed to get impatient each one she did she broke the corner off them so when she walked away I slowly did a few on my own in fear of her ripping off more. I was going to just leave because I was upset that the ones she removed broke. She talked me into doing a manicure because my nails looked so bad and she had to clip what I worked hard growing out just to make them even with broken ones. Gel polish was put on so thick it started cracking just 2 days later. Should have stuck with who I trusted.
