This place was magical and Vivian the therapist was one of the best! So accommodating and really took the time to listen and work on areas of my body that needed a little extra TLC! Convenient parking, the place itself was supper clean. Overall the experience was a 10/10!!!

Went here for a lymphatic massage as well as a TMJ massage facial. I was told that the TMJ facial would target and help my TMJ. The location is not very nice, it's right on La cienega boulevard, behind some gates. I did my TMJ facial with Lubia, whom I was told was coming in on her day off to do my facial and I did my massage with another therapist. I started with the massage and the room was ICE COLD. I spent most of the massage just shivering and saw zero results from it afterwards. Their response to why the room was cold was: "I’m sorry that you have been feeling cold, but the room temperature needs to be lower to avoid bacterias." I then went into the facial where everything just kind of felt like she was going through the motions. And it was very apparent that she came in on her day off and really didn't want to be there. There was no real warmth or care that I look to experience when I go to a spa. She spent a few minutes pinching and massaging my cheeks and lips, but never actually asked me where my TMJ issue was OR even touched the muscles where TMJ is actually located. My chiropractor and dentist both give that area more attention in 2 minutes than my entire 1 hour facial. So basically, it did zero to even attempt to work on TMJ. It feels like it's just a marketing scheme. Everything else she did very briskly and quickly. For example, she used a high frequency wand, and just sort of passed it over my face for less than a minute and then moved on to the next thing. At the end, I went to the front and requested that a receipt be emailed to me. She assured me that she would send it immediately and then never did. At the end, I also went through a 5-minute spiel trying sell me packages of massages. And when I would say I wanted to think about one, they would offer a different option.... " Oh, you don't want to buy a full package for yourself... Well, why don't you buy it with a friend and split it with them? " It was a really bad way to end everything, and felt really uncomfortable because I already knew there was no way I would return. The following day, I received a text asking about how I felt about everything. And I was pretty open about being unhappy with the quality and care of the service. And they were just kind of like, "oh well. Hopefully next time you like it better." They made zero attempt to rectify the situation at all. The entire and ONLY attempt to address my dissatisfaction was: "We really sorry that you hadn’t an excellent experience during your visit. Hope that next time we could do better to provide you the best moment possible. 💖✨ take care " I've been to many places over the years for facials and massages.... And this felt like the most uncaring, effortless experience I've ever had.

I really enjoyed this experience. I got cupping and myofascial release massage. It was amazing. I work as a personal trainer & doing massages like this helps so much for my recovery, living such an active lifestyle

Lubia is amazing! I would drive all the way from riverside county after surgery to get my post op care done by her and it was worth every minute every penny. I had fibrosis and she really helped break it up with her hands and various massage techniques! She really cares and puts her all into the session and I don’t mind paying her rates because she truly is WORTH IT. So many others claim to do post op but they just do gentle strokes without even opening the lymph or they do the opposite which is way too hard and they create more scar tissue. Lubia really knows her stuff, she knows what to do with your body and what your body needs. I trust her completely and I continue to see her because I believe in her ability to assist in my healing and recovery.

I experienced the best Brazilian Lymphatic Massage today by Juliana. She targeted my abdomen area which I noticed results instantly. The staff was friendly. The price was very reasonable and the atmosphere was serene. I left there booking another appointment.

I was doing one month detox and I decided to get some lymphatic massages to be less bloated and have a better shape from my body. I always exercise but in conjunction with the massages my belly fat was reduced significantly and I was very happy with the results. I highly recommend this place.

Lubia Beauty is a wonderful place, from the reception to the treatments offered. Lubia is an extraordinary professional, with a deep knowledge of the body and the treatment guidelines. She and the whole team were always attentive and kind throughout the process. I had the treatment combining Detox and Body Shape Massage and managed to reduce my size and lose weight, exactly as I wanted. Now I want to try the other types of massage. I highly recommend it.

The people here are very nice, the massage was good and strong, but honestly there was zero results. While making my appt I was assured that my waist would slim down right after. I told her I wanted to target the cellulite on my thighs and butt like it was mentioned on ig. She said to tell my massage person and she will target that. Well...I did and my massage person said that was a whole other massage. I told her that I didn't see it on the list of services because i would have booked that. The person at the front desk told me it was there. Then she double checked and it wasn't on the website. So basically I wasted my time because my cellulite was what I specifically went in for. Right after, there was 0 inches or centimeters gone from my waist. I asked how long should I expect to see a result and she told me i will only see a result if it was water weight. Hmmm, why wasn't this specified when I asked the same exact question to the same exact person BEFORE I made my appt? For the record, I'm 5'5 and 130 lbs so I would see a difference if there was one. I also use a measuring tape. This is also something they should use. I didn't feel any different either. No more energy, my skin wasn't any different, nothing. In conclusion, very nice people, but don't expect to see any results after 1 session like they claim on ig. If they they didn't make this claim and didn't tell me that over the phone, then I wouldn't be making this review because I would not have expected results after 1 service. Only expect to be shown packages of 10 massages. Very disappointed and I recommended this place to someone as I was driving there but then took my recommendation back.

I found Lubia Beauty on instagram.. booking my appointment was easy and staff is genuinely nice! I had the lymphatic drainage massage… soooooo good! Nothing is rushed.. and you feel super relaxed afterwards.. highly recommend! I am definitely coming back 😊

I had a Brazilian body shape massage by Jade and a wax done by Lubia. They were both really nice and professional. I had not been waxed in over 3 years and was nervous however, Lubia took her time and was extremely gentle. The receptionist was friendly and the place was relaxing and clean. I look forward to going back!

Had an ok experience… good customer service I was greeted by Lubia, I was asked if I wanted a detox before my massage. Said yes well the whole thing costs $400 It’s a $50 dollar deposit then 30 minutes in a small sauna and wrapped in plastic for $150... Then a 45 minute massage $200 by one of Lubia”s employees. For a minute I thought Lubia will be doing the procedure over all it was a bit pricey, and long drive there .
