My mom and I have been coming to Lovely Nails for several years now! The owners and nail techs(their daughters) are always so friendly and helpful! My mom is disabled and they always make sure she comfortable while providing great service! It doesn’t matter which nail tech does my nails, I am always satisfied!

Had a walk in appointment at Lovely Nails for a pedicure. The young lady that supplied my service was very thorough and made my time there very comfortable and relaxing. The end result was excellent. I would go there again in the future.

I’ve been a regular customer for a few years now and Lovely Nails never does me wrong! Everything is always very clean and organized, everyone is phenomenal and very gentle with the drill and the cuticle nippers. It’s family owned and operated which is a huge plus for me. Also the prices are also very reasonable.

let me tell you NEVER AGAIN!! will i ever return back to this place yesterday i went in for a gel manicure and pedicure it was very last minute because i desperately needed my nails and toes done they had really terrible service the woman nina was super rough on my nails and toes was very rude towards me and my nails had bubbles in them i told her and she said it will go away but i said no can u redo them and she refused to do so i asked her to just remove them and she charged me 20 dollars extra i was very upset i will not be returning. don't waste your money here very bad service.

I had my nails done here yesterday. I am from out of town and had been to this salon before and had a positive experience. I knew by the time I made it back to my home state my nail salon would be closed for new years. I had my nails filled and polished a matte black. I told the lady working on me that it was bubbling up. She told me it wouldn’t show once she put the top coat on. When I left they looked like they had veins running through them. When I woke up today and showered this is what they looked like. When the top peeled off they were still wet under them. I didn’t bother calling for them to fix them after reading everyone else’s review of their experience with a complaint so after spending $60 which included a $10 tip I’ve been left in tears. My nails have never been so gross and ugly. I’ve worn solar nails for approximately 25 years and everyone compliments them. Today I was embarrassed for them to even be seen!

My nails were so big and ugly I will never go back to this place. Customer service was also horrible they charge extra for every little thing literally I don’t mind paying if the service is good but the service was not good here. Even my pedicure was horrible the polish look like a kid did them my toes actually looked better when I walked in Oan they talk too much the guy talks a good game but his service is just as horrible as that lady both are weird

One star is too much for this place. The technician did my manicure in less than five minutes, and no wonder why this place is empty. Horrible service!!! And the nail polish is too old and expired.

Please do not waste your money here. I went here about a week ago and got a full Gel Set and and Gel Pedicure. Within a day, one of the gel polishes peeled off. At first, I didn’t think much of it. I went back very politely and asked them to redo that nail. They did with no issues. At that time, the husband told me this happened to another customer and its due to the new base coat he recently got. He then said he will switch them all to the old base coat so this will not happen again. 2 days later, another nail came off. This time when I went it, I politely asked if they could redo all of the toe nails with the old base coat so this does not happen again. Both of them refused. They said I would have to repay for the pedicure for them to do so and the husband “checked” to make sure my polish would not come off again. I did not respond negatively at all, I tried my best to be polite to these people, I was not asking for a lot. At this time, another customer came in complaining of the same issue and they refused to fix it for her. The wife started to blame the gel peeling on the customers skin and oils, but this was simply an excuse because the husband already admitted that they used a base coat that was no good. The next day, another polish came off, just like a sticker the rest of them. I called and asked if they could please fix it for me. They refused. So now, I have to hurry up and find a new salon to go to and repay for my nails. This is very upsetting, I have been nothing but nice and patient with them. They are rude and try to blame the issue on you! Please do not waste your money here!

Please spare yourself the experience of the “gentleman” (I assume he is the owner) who gave me a rough, rushed, go-through-the-motions pedicure this afternoon. Barked directions at me, told me I needed to figure out the massage chair myself, and then made me get out of the chair and pay—and leave—after about 3 minutes of drying time—this despite the fact that there were still two clients in the chairs. Take my word for it: go a little way up 34th St. to Meraki Nails.

They did a good job on my color change however, they charge for every little thing. I spent $35 on a gel color change. They charge $6 just to even cut your toe nail down. I didn't even get a pedicure. They're spa pedicure is $35. I should've just got a pedicure if you were going charge me the same. Customer service horrible. Look under for response to my review.
