Bunch of crooks. Charged my mom double the amount they were supposed to. My mom only speaks Spanish and unfortunately she went to this place alone and basically got robbed. When we tried to get a partial refund, because they were only supposed to charge her $65 and they charged her $116. They threw the biggest fit and thought we were lying. I will never let my mother or anyone I know go here. Also, I’ve seen the other reviews with pictures of their nails and what they paid. You guys are all getting overcharged for crappy work.

Every time I ask nicely if they could fix my nail or if they could redo it bc it’s crooked they start talking crap in their language and argue that it’s “not finished” but yet expect a good tip. I asked for almond shape and got short round and would not shape them how I wanted. When I ask for William to do my nails cus his work is somewhat decent he gets upset and rushes and pulls my arm. Pedicures are not great, they do not remove ingrown nails or paint nails all the way. They send texts with 10% off coupons but when you present it to them they roll their eyes and get upset as if I would pay $100 for crappy service. I only went there bc my boyfriend cuts his hair next door.

I went with my friend to get pedicure. I got the Organic package $50. It says it includes "EVERYTHING" the Deluxe package plus mask 7 min massage. In the Deluxe it says paraffin wax. But they never gave it to me, once confronted the owner William fought me for it and say it doesn't not inclued that. Well I should have just bought the $40 dollar Deluxe package. I feel robbed. Also, my friend was laughed at for her toes and the color of choice she picked. Emmy did great with my nails, I gave her $20 tip. The owner and other lady would have got zero if we would have stood down to their level. This salon has not been the same since Anna sold it. Don't go here!!

I came to get my pedicure done but had the WORST experience!! I will not be coming here ever again! After the nail lady start to clean my toes with the same pedicure tools that she had just use on another client. I told the lady and of course she acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying. She also lied tell the cashier that I had gel nail which I did NOT, I ALWAYS unpolished my nail before heading to the nail salons! I felt so disgusted after she had used the pedi tools on me. I am diabetic she supposed to used CLEAN TOOLS FOR EVERY NEW CLIENTS! I will be reporting this to STATE OF AZ ACUPUNCTURE BOARD OF EXAMINATION for not using clean proper tools!! They deserve no stars!!

I started coming here after my friend recommended it and I love it. I really like Tina's pedi service. I usually get the pearl package, and it's worth getting it with her she takes her time. I always leave relaxed,happy and with pretty feet😊. William also always greets us.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went here for a dip set and it was absolutely horrible. The man (whose name I believe was Vu Thenguyen) was clearly rushing on my nails. Meanwhile, I was the ONLY person in the shop. I really blame myself because I should've known that they weren't good. Their shop was literally empty. I was in there for a whole hour and nobody else came in. This was literally the worst nail experience I have ever had and I've been getting my nails done since I was about 15 years old (I am 25 years old). I will never go back here. I wish I took pictures so I could show y'all how bad it was. I left this shop IN TEARS and ended up going to Herbal Nails & Spa across the street so they could soak off his work and do a brand new set. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of their work at this shop. Do not go here if you want quality nails.

Sunday 7/16/23 Went in with my little sister & will no longer be coming back. I thought I’d give them another chance since a couple months ago state board walked in & caught them using products that shouldn’t be used. I’m assuming it must’ve been MMA. Yesterday, a women with blue hair took care of my sister and the whole time I was noticing she was rushing and kept looking at other customers. You can tell she did not care to converse with my sister or tried to work for a tip. Once we left my sister felt the need to tell me that she was talking to her and she said okay okay okay multiple times insinuating to stop talking to her. Had I known that I wouldn’t have tipped her 20% because she did not deserve it. Also they won’t give you the 5% off when paid with cash. My total was $104 and William “discounted” 5% and gave me back $1. This place is a joke.

Worst nails experience with Sharon nail tec ever nail broke 2 hours later after nails were done Friday afternoon couldn’t go back due to being closed then my 2 nails in black had bubbles n got ruined for my weekend event out of town went in Sunday afternoon to get them fixed blamed me for them being broken n it was my fault don’t waste yr time here I don’t knw how people even have a license on wall to do this kind of work n give u attitude after they didn’t do their job right never coming back if I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 star waste of time/bad service/rude……. I have no interest going back if that’s the way u treat yr customers
