When I tell you that Kenny went above and beyond to make my girl feel beautiful, it is not an exaggeration! He absolutely killed both of our nails, and we had an amazing experience! We will definitely be back because they were so gracious and accommodating! I will recommend them to everybody that I know!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past year and a half I love mr.henry however I called to make an appointment to get my pedicure and the manager of the salon answered the phone and she told me if I come don’t bring my daughters … I asked why she said because it’s to much travel with my kids… I don’t know what that mean my daughters are 7&9 years old they are very well mannered kids they sit on their tablet sometimes I even get their nails and toes polished … I’ve been in this shop numerous of times and I’ve seen numerous of kids in there doing the same as my kids even the worker kids are in there so I was completely lost and hurt by her saying this about my kids. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON.

RACISM… I want to start this off my saying that the little girl in there who they have breaking child labor laws and the older male employee , have better professionalism than any of the others in there. That little girl is so sweet and intelligent… they should let her be a kid. I came here out of emergency, the place is clean, they have good styles( I’m not gonna lie when things are good). Now on to my racist encounter with the women with the short hair that is poorly dyed.she did my nails. She was rough with me and giving me dirty looks like I did something to her. I promise if you were to pull camera footage, I didn’t say or do anything, I tried smiling and nothing. I tried not to make it about race until I kept noticing the difference in attitude and reaction when WHITE customers came in. her tone didn’t change until I handed her a tip in cash. I still tipped her because she did her job and I’m better than her behavior, I have decency and integrity, which she lacks. You are missing out on money because you’re bias towards black people, but that’s okay, our money shouldn’t go towards people like this anyway.

My mother and I have been loyal patrons of Love Nails for years, visiting monthly for some top-notch pampering. Everyone at the salon is absolutely wonderful, making each visit a delight. This last time, we treated ourselves to pedicures too, and oh, were they fantastic! The big massage chairs are so comfy—they practically swallow you up in the best way possible. We both opt for dip powder manicures and have consistently walked away with flawless results. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Came in for my second time on Saturday and had yet another pleasant experience. Staff were all very friendly, the lovely lady who gave me my pedicure did a fantastic job and nailed the exact design id showed her. They always have a really cool rustic cooking show playing on the TV, which I absolutely love watching. 10/10 🥰

waste of $70. i really did not like my experience here. i picked a purple shaded color and i got a nude. (107) the nails weren’t even fully coated and the service was rushed. the design was fine but i’m just really upset with the color. i told the lady it wasn’t the same and she did nothing about it. the lady’s were nice at least.

It's the inconsistent prices for me. After a fill on my short nails I was charged $52. The owner told me I paid $57 for a full set 2 weeks ago but she is charged me $52 for a fill. Does that seem accurate?

My pointing figure is hurting. It took over 2 hours for toes and nails I already had nails on and she charged me 70 something dollars for my nails to just change the shape and my tip color like really now I have to come back because my right hand hurts. But I’ll say they look great but seriously $119.00 I’ll never come back for the high of a price for toes and nails especially if I already have a set on

Newer place with extremely awesome massage chairs while you get your pedicure! However, I don’t think the products they use are as high-quality as many other nail salons. My friends and I have had issues multiple times now with our gel manicures and (regular) pedicures not lasting very long compared to other places. I think we’re going to go back to our old favorite.

Wonderful! I'm so pleased I was told to go to Love Nail Spa, I was not disappointed. Hannah, the manager, was so kind taking time to ask me if everything was OK during my visit even though the salon was quite busy. Kayla did my pedicure and did a fantastic job, she took no short cuts I got a true pedicure not a half type one that most salons are going to these days. Her attention to detail was so refreshing! The price is right as well. I'm very pleased and will be returning, I also happily recommend Love Nails!

$43 down the drain. Horrible run ppl like cattle. Tried to tell me they don’t clean the nail bed with a dip manicure. My fingers are covered in base coat and black powder but o don’t worry it will wash off..you mean if I go home and peel the base coat off yea… fix your mistake do not tell a royal repeat that suddenly you don’t do basic steps. Dont talk about customer in another language thinking they don’t understand you as well. I didn’t cause a scene I paid and tipped. But you should be ashamed. Allowing a customer to feel this way and walk out of your salon cause u want to rush ppl through. Then when the customer tell u please fix it u just stare at them.. I am so upset I could throw up. I don’t want some sorry google reply of ooo come back we fix. I begged in store not to be sent out like this and was brushed off. Should have never happen the first place! You lost way more than just one customer..seeing my whole family goes here..well now use to. Refund my card and treat whoever returns better than you did me in the future cause I will never be back after years of loyalty

Do not waste your time or money. I have come here a few times and they are severely overpriced! I always receive mediocre nails, and every time they burn my fingers or cut my skin due to lack of caring or skill. I got my nails done as a full set and my toes painted(no pedicure) and that was 130$. for just green french tip nails. I had one nail that was severely crooked like 45° nail tip and i repeatedly asked them to fix it and all they said was sorry. i go to get them filled today, and i want my crooked finger fixed, and my pinkie nail tip broke. they said 90$ for the fill of i got a flower sticker on two nails, and 30$ without the design. so i skip the design because that’s ludicrous for flower stickers. THEY STILL CHARGE ME 70$ for a fill! I ASK REPEATEDLY to fix the crooked nail. She says yes, gets nearly finished with the set and then says she can’t fix it my nail is just like that. Absolutely ridiculous, my nails are lumpy and she filed them down paper thin when i asked for thick acrylic. There is bubbles and debris in my polish because she didn’t ask me to wash my hands, and the application is lumpy and she even made another nail crooked somehow by filing too much. Not only that she burned me multiple times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. These people don’t have their licensing hanging up like other legit mail places. They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. i will never return and they lost a customer, and the people i have brought into this place over the times i’ve come.

I was a walk-in on vacation and originally requested a gel manicure, which they were able to accommodate. There was a large polish color selection (~200). The manicure with Cherry was extremely enjoyable, and my nails have not looked better. A base coat, three coats of gel polish finished with two coats of gel top coat. And all of the other steps. Less than an hour for the manicure so I decided to add on an eyebrow wax and a deluxe pedicure. Great additions!! The gel pedicure was my first, and I truly enjoyed the mango scented soak, scrub, and lotion. The hot towels and massage made it perfect!! With a convenient location next to the Oaks Mall. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town!! Thank you, Cherry!!!!

Love Nail Spa is so enjoyable and relaxing. I’ve known Hannah and Amy for years, and I prefer to go to their salon because they such beautiful work and they are so lovely! The salon is absolutely beautiful! I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do and will continue to want to go back again and again. Great job, Hannah and Amy! 😊 The color is called Funny Bunny (my favorite)! It’s a soft white neutral with a slight pinkish tone. This is a dip manicure finished with gel.

My daughter in law, Sophia, brought me here for my first mani pedi a couple months ago. We have been back three times since. I am hooked now. The atmosphere is great, people are friendly. And a great job on my nails. I'll never go anywhere else.

They got me and my boyfriend in for a last-minute pedicure and were super friendly. The water was quite hot but they were kind enough to adjust the temperature to my needs. The massage chairs feel great, and the atmosphere is pretty clean. Great customer service and a wonderful selection of nail polish!

Very nice people and my nails were done to perfection. I have been to several nail salons in the area and this one is the best by far. Clean, many color options, and I was able to walk in without an appointment very quickly. Great job!
