My experience at Lotus has been full of great services, quality products, a beyond flexibile owner who is kind, knowledgeable, and provides around the clock encouragement so that you can obtain your personal wellness goals. I would recommend Dr. Qiana 10 times over and over again! She is dedicated to her customers, offers steller products and it is always an absolute pleasure at each of my services. I finished my laser hair removal package and I must say it was worth every penny. Thank you Dr. Johnson for helping me get rid of these stubborn lip and chin hairs. I used to be self-conscious, because the hairs were course and they grew very fast. When I started treatment at Lotus wellness I noticed a difference after the 1st session my hair was starting to grow back slower and finer. I completed a 8 session package and now my hair is barely growing 🙌🏾 and the little that is there you can barely see them. Again thank you Dr. Johnson the treatment definitely worked for me and I am absolutely satisfied!

Dr. Johnson her staff are very professional and give very detailed information about the services provided. I especially appreciate the quick and personal responses to emails and phone calls. She truly empathizes and cares about the wellness of each and every patient. 🤗💜 The one-on-one time she provides is exceptional. She takes the time to understand your needs and concerns, offering valuable insight on what you should and shouldn't be doing. Very positive and peaceful atmosphere. Dr Q is very knowledgeable and she ensures you are well informed of the reason for your visit. She is very professional, courteous and kind. I will continue to go to her for other treatments in the future. I would give her a 10 star rating if it were available.
