Every time I go to the salon to get my face wax I leave upset! I’m not sure why I keep spending my money for the ladies to always make me feel worse about myself. They usually would wax my face and then thread, but they don’t thread my chin and say it’s in-growth. First of all, you didn’t even try to thread that area! Why don’t you try to thread it before saying it’s in-growth.

I am so happy I walked into this Salon. Hameeda is a very skilled hairstylist. She understood right away what I was looking for, something many other salons failed to serve and I paid so much more. I also had eyebrows threaded and every beauty stylist at this salon is very good at their job. Please try them, and give hefty tips! They deserve it!

From the time I started to come the service just k or getting worse yet I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They chopped off a chunk of my eyebrow right before an important event. And it’s the last time they’ll ever see me again. Then they want to say that’s my eyebrow shape.Don’t waste your time or money Or you’ll end up crying like me.

Disappointed… my first time here to do my eyebrows and although the price was nice $4, it was uneven and quite literally the bare minimum of getting them threaded. No arch to my brow or anything. :/

Love getting my eyebrows done here and now love getting my hair done here! They consistently do an amazing job. I have been getting my hair dyed and cut at Lotus for the last year, and I love how thorough they are, and they always make sure I’m happy with my hair cut and length. My go to place

They don’t have someone’s value of time . First they gave me appointment on phone than in rain I reached their place than they told me the person I maid appointment she is off today and will come tomorrow…. Very unprofessional people

This is the only place I trust to do my husbands eyebrow properly. He hates threading and will only get waxed. They consistently keep him looking sharp with a great shape. It can get crowded, there can be a long wait, it sometimes has fumes from the beauty salon (needs better ventilation), these are the reasons I’m giving 4 stars and not 5.

When I asked the cost of a service I was told more than the listed price which I saw when I went to pay. They did not live up to my expectations. I will not go back.

I came here to do my eye brow threading. It was a nice place. I waited a few minutes. The threading is $4. The person who did my eyebrows did it very quickly. I didn't have a chance to look at myself fully in the mirror. But from a far it looked great. When I had a chance to look at myself fully at home... my left eye brow wasn't even with the right and she didn't even fully finish...it was disappointing, I wanted to give this place a good rating... But the place offers many services & hopefully that was one time...but I was slightly upset, and had to use my tweezer before my vacation.

Update on the review below: Went four times after this experience and each time it was a different staff, each time it was rushed. Cut two of the three times, once near upper lip area which the scar is still there (and I stopped going after this!) Of the four times, twice got facials here and the room and towel wrap had hair from previous customers. The Shanaz 24K gold facial may have gone bad as the smell + skin reaction after was horrendous. Previous review: Just went to lotus today for threading and a facial after 10mos! Kamal was fantastic. Prices are reasonable, products are good quality, and they've taken all COVID safety measures for clients, staff and guests
