I followed Scott Ferguson from his previous salon and have been very impressed at Looks Salon! The employees are great and always welcoming! It is well organized and decorated too. Scott has been taking care of cutting, coloring and stying my hair for 7 years now and I have never been disappointed. He is gifted at being a Master stylist and always gives great advice to make sure your hair is looking beautiful. Would highly recommend checking out Looks Salon and Spa and especially Scott! Love the shampoo staff especially Nyla and Thein!

Jillian is by far the best stylist I've ever had do my hair!! I am very picky about who does my hair and this is the 2nd time I've scheduled with her and she does absolutely amazing work!! She actually takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and offers great advice. The whole experience was top notch and her customer service is so personable! Thank you Jillian, I love my hair!!

The quality of your cut and color here depends on who you choose, and I highly recommend opting for the senior or master stylists if possible. The shampooing experience is always a treat—it includes a relaxing massage that makes you feel pampered. I’ve had a great experience with Rick. He’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and truly listens to your goals. He’s especially careful not to overprocess hair, making him a fantastic choice if you’re aiming for a natural look. On top of that, he’s a great conversationalist—funny and always tells it like it is, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. During my first appointment with Rick, my hair didn’t turn out exactly as I had hoped. I sent in photos, and he immediately understood what I meant. He graciously corrected it for free without any hesitation. His professionalism and dedication were impressive. Of course, I tipped him again because his time is valuable, and the final result was exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be returning to Rick for future services!

Ileana has done a fabulous job, both in coloring and cutting my hair for many years! She takes into account my age, skin coloring and lifestyle when providing services. I trust her completely, and she is very personable, which makes the experience fun! Great shampoo staff as well! I ❤️ LOOKS!

Rick is absolutely AMAZING. He made me truly find what best looks on my hair it being so thick and unsure how to style my curls but- I’ve never felt more like myself after my haircut. Thanks to Rick for his BEAUTIFUL work. The whole studio is fabulous and clean. I can’t wait to comeback again!

Rick is freakin phenomenal !! He transformed years of damage and destruction to my brassy, disproportionately highlighted hair and made it look fabulous!! I cannot say enough but Rick has so much experience and is so talented I won’t ever trust anyone else to do my hair; oh -he is also hilarious! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful experience getting my first curly cut. My stylist Alysa was amazing! She took the time to explain how to take care of my hair at home and gave tons of product recommendations. My cut worked so well for my curly natural hair. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend for anyone with natural or curly hair.

Jessi is a hair color queen. She was recommended from a hair stylist friend of mine as someone who was great with blonde balayages & highlights. I figured if another hairstylist recommended her, she had to be great. 5 years later and she is the first and only person to ever color my hair.

Rick is amazing! He is my hair stylist and I am always so excited to go in to get my hair done by him! I always come out of the salon with beautiful hair and I always get compliments on it. Went to Looks to have my hair styled by Scott Ferguson. Staff at reception is friendly and helpful. They are warm and welcoming but maintain that air of professionalism. I was offered a tour of the facility upon checking in. I found that the salon itself is massive; clean, fresh and well-appointed hosting a multitude of services. Was met promptly by my stylist Scott Ferguson who consulted with me, and really listened! He assured we were on the same page with an agreed-upon plan before guiding me to the shampoo area. Shampoo and scalp message from Nyla left me completely relaxed and ready for my next step. Scott then provided me with a meticulous cut, taking into consideration my requests and the idiosyncracies of my hair. Couldn't be more pleased with my results. Highly recommend!
