If I could give this place a 0 I would. I paid $295 to go blonde and I ended up with brassy orange hair and I have to spend additional money to go with someone else to fix what was done to me! My hair stylist never apologized and I will never go back! Do not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Went in for a hair cut unfortunately I felt rushed when I got there. I was the last client as it seemed so the stylist was definitely doing it in a hurry. Took about 15 minutes to my hair. Wasn’t impressed with cut at all. Unfortunately I didn’t get the best service.

Absolutely in love with my results! Went with Andrea to get microblading for my eyebrows and it was a great experience. Was absolutely nervous for something that would last on my face for quite some time but absolutely no regrets in choosing her amongst many other microbladding artists. Andrea took her time mapping my eyebrows and her attention to detail and dedication to her work is admirable ! She’s a perfectionist and did such a great job. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in this procedure.

One of those ladies is a person I know. How many more bad posts do you want? Who is the owner? If I was her I would do away with the hairdressers and start all over. Now if you ask for money down ,You keep your end of the deal ,then you get your money back. Not ignore, or lock door. Please woman, really, do something about it.

I went to get microbladding for the first time , and Andrea did a really good job. She was really nice and walked me through the steps before getting started, and after how to take care of them. I loved the results!! Definitely recommend!!

WOW!!  I just had my eyebrows microbladed by Andrea at Lola and Hope and she was amazing and they look AMAZING!  What I really liked was the time she spent planning the shape of the brow.  When you are getting something fairly permanent on your face you want to be really happy with it, and I am in LOOOOOOVE!! Her patience and her attention to aseptic technique is superb. Thank you so much Andrea! My brows are PERFECT! I can hardly find words to express my gratitude!!  She's a true artist for sure. Whether you want your hair done or your eyebrows, Lola and Hope offer many other services, they are an excellent establishment.  Highly recommend. Mil Gracias, Andrea. Me encantan!!

Definitely don’t recommend this place at all!! We started on the wrong foot to begin with. I had booked an appointment for 5:30 I didn’t get seated till about 5:50. I’ve done my hair plenty of times before. This time around my hair got so damaged. It’s just terrible. I had let my hair grow out for a few years so it was all my natural hair. I never complained but this time I had to speak up. When I did I was just told it’s basically normal. No way it is!!! Then to top it off when I was seated she had given me one price, then when I was paying gave me another. We had basically done a whole breakdown when I said okay go ahead. Then to top it off it’s insanely over priced. They claim to give you a discount when you book but no way they do.

Ridiculously overpriced for my hair to look damn near the same!!! She did not respect that I wanted to go lighter. I’m so disappointed and won’t come back again. $300 dollars down the drain. My hardworking money…sigh…and on another note, there were bugs there and one bit me in the neck!

Used BLEACH instead of color remover to remove color to save time. My previous color and bleach had been done here on virgin hair. No test strands done at all. My hair turned gummy and the stylist had wanted to bleach it again for some reason. My hair would’ve been bleached for a THIRD time. Overall just a messy experience. I cannot recommend this salon for its price point. I simply didn’t do enough research Just terribleeeee I’m chopping my hair and leaving it alone.
