Spent 3 weeks there and I didn't think it was possible to lose the amount of fat I did whilst also building muscle. I was hoping to lose "not too much" muscle but actually added. The coaches all brought a unique perspective and were great to work with. The food was outstanding. Everyone cared about getting results for the participants and monitored and adjusted what you were doing. The participants bonded and it was such a fun, challenging atmosphere. Going back to finish the job in a few months!

I have been to many fitness retreats over the past 20 years. Up until this point I have not advocated for any one in particular because each one has it’s pros and cons. Today this changes. I have attended Live In Fitness at four locations over 12 years. One thing that LIF data has shown me is that I have lost 18 lbs of lean muscle in that time. Wow. That was a shock for me. My weight was up but lean muscle was down. I also have played pickleball over the past five years 3 to 5 times per week consistently. My RMR was great as was my heart rate zones, clearly showing my fitness but muscle was a problem. Eric went over everyone's results together so we could learn from each other and understand what part of our personal journey needed adjustment. In Eric’s words, he has become a lean muscle expert unintentionally. To stay young we need to keep and build that muscle and LIF with Eric’s formula does just that, measurably. This is a workplace. It is not a spa. It is not a resort. If you come here, come to work and to expect the best results in the time you commit as long as YOU do the work and put in the effort. To that expectation I have a few suggestions: 1. Do not bring shoes out of the box. Wear them before you get there. If you do not, expect blisters. 2. Bring blister fixes. Be prepared. If there is a hot spot, cover it immediately. Blisters are awful. 3. Don’t bring a fitness watch and pull it out of the box in the van. Pull it out, charge it and figure it out at home. Find a watch face you can see well that will show heart rate and calories. Relying on others that have come to LIF to sort you out on the fly is inconsiderate. 4. Speaking of inconsiderate, please be considerate. Everyone is an adult and no one is there to clean up after you. Turn out lights, clean up in the bathroom, turn off the TV, use earbuds so that others are not bothered, bring a sweater to wear if it is chilly and don't expect the whole area to be at a comfortable temperature for YOU if it is not for all the others. 5. The hike Wednesday is Pinnacle. If is numbered and goes to 102. One of my co-campers stopped at 90 as he didn’t know it went to 102. 6. The pool is awesome. All lane swimming. Worth working it in. Bring goggles if you are going. 7. Try not to sit, especially not in the same spot lots of the day so it seemed like your name is on the chair. See 4. 8. Friday Lucas goes over the FitCulture App. Open it and sign in while he does it. I thought I could do it later and struggled and then had to contact them for extra help. Do a better job than me. Haha 9. If you are at Rocking you are picked up in the morning and need to bring everything with you for the day. Bring a backpack. I like to change out of my hiking gear for the rest of the day. I saw people working out in their hiking gear. Not my favorite. 10. Bring hiking shoes if you have them. Runners are ok but hiking shoes are better if you are on the rocks. No slipping. 10. Bring Advil, cold medicine, roll on muscle relief. 11. If you drink coffee, slowly stop before you come. If you don’t you will get a headache. There are enough things sore here. You don’t need your head to be one of them. 12. You will hear this many times on the first day but be positive, Don’t complain. Look for solutions. Be the solution. There were times my last trip that the negative complaining effected the campers and the guide. Wrecks things for everyone. There is always a solution. These scenarios were all experienced the last time I attended LIF. In conclusion, I will only be attending LIF in the future. I found clear answers and measurable results.

My experience at live in fitness has been a positive one.I signed up for one week to start this year on a healthier lifestyle. At age almost 80 I realize my health is my most important job. I wanted to learn proper exercise plan and a good eating plan.it has been hard but the staff has been very supportive.since I have not been working out they have shown ways to get started and motivated me to push myself to do my best. The meals are delicious and very filling. The staff showed us ways to have good tasty and balanced meals.

If you are looking to get fit with body and mind search no further. My story…..I am 56 and pretty fit but was “stuck” I felt I needed to change my diet push myself more and have more positive energy so I went thru and looked up fitness camps. I called and Jermaine was wonderful in setting me up for a stay. I just finished on the 21st of December…….the week EXCEEDED all expectations, no sweets, no caffeine and a diet catered for each client. Every day was a test of body and mind but starting with incredible 2 hour hikes. The owners, coaches and staff and measurement technology, work out space, meals and accommodations were 5 star. Not to mention the other clients……all incredible with their own stories and physical strengths to push each other and encourage……..wish I could give them 10 stars, they changed my life forever for the better. I came out stronger, balanced and positive. I hope this review finds you well and I hope if you read this your next step will be to call Sarah or Jermaine and put you on the path to balance of physical, mental gain. I also in 5 days dropped 1.50% body fat one gentlemen in three weeks dropped 30 pounds……everyone had fat loss and lean muscle gain😀 Love you guys at Live in Fitness❤️

This program is the only one I know of that combines rigorous scientific testing, professionally and perfectly prepared food, top notch training all day every day, and a fun, inclusive, knowledgable and motivating staff. They will work you, they will support you, and you will find that you can genuinely shift your life here. I came here looking to reclaim my athleticism and find, for the first time, some comfort and pride in my body. And dammit, I got it. I admire myself in the mirror now. I lift because if feels so good. I eat well because I want to give my body the consistency it needs to function at its happiest. I loved my four weeks here. Cannot wait to go back. It is not easy. But I can guarantee you that you're capable of so much more than you think...and this program will help you find it. Go for it.

I valued the science of their testing and meal planning - I feel like I got what I signed up for and I signed up for two more visits with a longer duration. They also focus on dealing with underlying issues that effect our decision making so that we can make better decisions. Staff were all supportive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Food was delicious!

This journey has been great! The week I was in LIF was a great learning experience, physically demanding sonI could get out of my plateau, I made many friends and the trainers Mel, Michelle, Lucas, Lisa and , of course, Erick - the founder - are all very knowledgeable and they encourage and challenge you and all makes the fitness journey a joy despite the endurance. The places they take you for your daily walks are incredible beautiful too. And last, the food is delicious and you learn a lot about nutrition form Chef Jason. A big thanks to all of them. I lost 3 lbs in just one week!

I chose LIF bc it is Scientifically based. From the Vo2 Max test to determine your exact cardio zones, to the RMR test to determine your Resting Metabolic Rate which determines your precise calories and Eric's Macro ratio based on your goals. This far exceedes any other program i was able to find. Finally and most importantly, you are weighed in the dunk tank every week to provide the most accurate progress from your weekly work out. So the weekly work outs...WILL kick your A$$. While your results will depend on your effort, you cannot go without making progress. I went as a 65 yr old out of shape fat man who couldn't get up and down on the floor wo great effort and basically would just fall down the last 6 inches. I left being able to do the "inch worm". My results. Week 1 14lbs of Body Fat BF. Week 2 10lbs BF. Week 3 Plateau Week 4 8lbs BF Total BF lost 32lbs. Dropped 3 inches in my waist (have dropped another 1 inch since returning home). I went with a goal, to go from size 40 waist to a 34. I made it to 361/2. I couldn't quite get the 36s buttoned. I worked hard, with the greatest team of coaches and trainers. I had a couple of restrictions due to a pre-existing abdominal injury, Lucas developed a program specifically to work around my limitations, and not just mine, there were others that required modifications, and the whole team communicated what the alterations were and no one felt singled out. No matter what your "limitations" may be the team will make sure to maximize your benefits and progress through the process. While I was there we had a Lady in her 70s, and one in her 80’s, they both worked hard and had great results. I promise you, regardless of your condition when you arrive, you WILL leave healthier and feeling much better. You will also make new friends. I was blessed to have crossed over with many wonderful friends and we still keep encouraging one another. This, along with the 30 day App, has kept me on track (for the most part LOL) and helped me loose that extra inch. When you leave the "Bootcamp" you will have 30 days of videos to show you how to make your meals AND your 2 daily workouts AND your Yoga/stretching. I also found a meal delivery service that hits my exact Carb, Protein, Fat Ratio based on my RMR and goals. I am planning My next visit and will pay extra for the Flexibility/Mobility "track". I will also purchase the personal Training sessions. Eric has a Mind Muscle connection built-in to the training sessions. My daughter who attended with me, said she really benefited greatly from this approach. It helps to get to muscle failure much more efficiently. If you decide to WORK this program you WILL have Great results, regardless of your current condition. GO FOR IT!!

I had such an amazing experience at Live In Fitness! It's a holistic program that goes well beyond just exercise. The workouts are intense but the trainers recognize your strengths and offer modifications when needed. The nutrition plan is tailored to your specific goals and the meals are delicious. The support you receive from coaches and peers is immense. I left with tools and resources to maintain physical and mental fitness and achieved over 10 pounds of fat loss in two weeks. Life is about choices and consequences. The choice to participate in this program is one I will never regret. The positive consequences are beyond measure.

I have spent a week in living fitness and have never had better instructors in any classes I have taken like all of these. They all truly care about each and every person. They go beyond making sure that we get the best and most out of each one. I took muscle training with Lucas, Mel, Lisa and Michelle.Great, great workouts by each of them. They were very serious that I got the most out of me that they could, even when I complained they pushed and I succeeded! Love all of them I can not say the same about the accommodations. I expected to have a room with my friend and our own bathroom. We had a room for us and had to share a bathroom with another women! Three women sharing a bathroom???? There were no towels in the gym. We are all here to work out and sweat, No towels??? I would love to come back to work out with the trainers, but because of the living accommodations I can't. I want to say thank you to Michelle, Lucas, Mel and Lisa for all they did to help me feel great.

Just completed my 1st 2-weeks Retreat here! Literally “Life Changing” experiences!! I mean it! As soon as l talked with Eric, l FELT CLEARLY & DEEPLY, HE IS TOTALLY & COMPLETELY ALIGNED WITH “THE TRUTH”, so l signed up right away! Everything was exactly what Eric & his KIND & CARING staff, Jermaine, explained before the Retreat, so as GREAT-PERFECTLY BALLANCED & INDIVIDUALLY-CULCULATED Meals & snacks all days that they never make us Hungry, so our Bodies’d never become “Starvation-Mode” to Lock our FAT firmly inside!!✨👍🏻✨ Above all, all of our COACHES WERE BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!!! During our Personal/Training, THEY TRAINED US WHOLEHEARTEDLY & WON’T WASTE EVEN A SECOND TO WORK ON OUR MUSCLES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WITH TOUGH BUT TRUE-L💖VE!!! YEAH!! l MEANT TO BE HERE!!!! My son and I both went for the weak stay. Truly an amazing experience. We both had fantastic results. In five days I lost 6 pounds and 3% of my body fat. The knowledge that you will gain during this camp far exceeds the results I received in the stay. The tests they give you are top notch. Based on that information, they will give you a workout plan along with a food plan. The workouts are no joke. All of the trainers were super friendly and extremely helpful. I never felt hungry on the food plan as you eat every few hours. The food is also delicious. The morning hikes were phenomenal and a lot of fun. I gained a lot of knowledge from the lectures. We actually booked our next trip before we left and by doing so you get a small discount, which is really nice. Super excited to see my next test results now that I have a game plan. Thanks again to everyone on the team.

First off a big salute to Eric for designing an amazing program that really works for all shapes and sizes! I came to LIF as someone that works out all of the time, but with issues with not eating the right foods, the right amount & I couldn't get my macros right. I decided to give it a try at the recommendation of friends who had gone before and I admit I was a bit skeptical. I just checked out after staying here for a week. The trainers and staff were all amazing to work with and Chef Jason whipped up outstanding low cal meals that even this picky eater loved! After 5.5 days of really hard work and good, clean eating I lost 11 pounds and 4.5% body fat while also gaining lean mass. I am blown away by the results & definitely feel like I finally have a plan for food going forward. I can't thank LIF enough for helping me on my journey! Best of luck to everyone and if you need help, LIF has a program that is fail proof, literally. Do what they tell you to do, have a great attitude and give effort and watch the pounds come off. Not water weight mind you, LIF focuses on losing pounds while gaining or maintaining lean mass, which is another selling point. They aren't just trying to have you sweat out a bunch of water weight and calling it a victory. They are teaching you how to maintain when you leave!

3:7/5 overall a good experience. I stayed for 2 weeks (5/13/24-6/1/24) and have lost 12lbs total (15 fat mass down and 3lbs of muscle gained) I don’t have my results for my third week but I am writing this review early than my next set of results. So I did burn a good amount for this program. The biggest issues I have with this program are: - poor orientation and first day experience - Heat will whoop your A and reduce your performance - equipment is fairly beaten up and performs poorly - food is good but forgets to season every now and again - Instructors can forget that they are working with fat people - other people are poorly regulated (literally had a person calling people names and being combative with instructors in front of the whole group and she was not removed from the program 🤯) other peoples energy will affect your results so make some friends or bring them. - hidden up charges for an already spendy program (they are optional but it’s discouraging if you thought the athletes program came with it and it turns out to be an additional $130 a day) Couldn’t expand on these as the character limit was met and I had to cut it down. Positives about this program - diet is catered to you and they are flexible about getting it tuned in for your results - some phenomenal trainers that do have passion for their work - decent living accommodations for your stay - diverse exercises through out the day - pretty good timeliness between events - great nutritional knowledge - good after care program through their app that is free after your stay - great people that can make the stay worth it Some of the phenomenal trainers, Michelle is someone who truly understands the struggle of being overweight and not only demonstrates her resolve on a daily basis but happily shares techniques, plans, and tips for your success. She can empathize with your struggle and help you see the light of a brighter day. She can push you, help you, and lift you up. Her exercises are very accommodating and she is mindful of the limitations of others without having to ask her for a modification. She is quite perceptive and encouraging with everyone she works with. Her motivational speeches do genuinely come from the heart and will be real with you if need be. Mel (I think melinda???) has some great knowledge and personal capabilities, but will quickly demonstrate advanced moves that many will not be able to perform. She is definitely someone who has little experience working with big people and often sets them up without modifications unless you ask. Her approach seems to be “let’s have you try to do something you haven’t done” but can sometimes discourage people when they have to face their bodies limitations. I think her approach would work better if she started with the extremely modified work initially and then went up to the advanced forms. She is huge into energy and will quickly show frustration or disappointment with the group is defeated or spent. She will try to raise the groups moral with compliments but by that point they feel forced and don’t have to intended effect. Her motivational speeches will also fall a bit short as many don’t feel like her words come from a place of shared empathy and understanding. Lisa is a positive and outstanding coach. She will use soft pushing methods and address you to encourage engagement but without negative force. In the classes she leads, she is always encouraging movement at any level and leads with modifications without having to ask for much else. She likes to see you hustle and will quickly acknowledge your hard work. Sinclair is another straight up instructor. She can have a chill and relaxed demeanor but will quickly call out the energy in the room if it is down or negative. She can come off a bit hostile at times but is coming from a place of sincere concern for your progress and goals. When you push, she will see you, and when you don’t, she will address it. She can be very “go with the flow” in some of her workouts and it can make them interesting and fun.

Have been training with Lucas for 2 months now. The main focus has been legs because I am recovering from an ACL surgery next year. His workouts have helped tremendously and continue to do so. Have strength in my legs I haven’t had in a long time! Great environment at the gym too! Would recommend do anyone who is trying to improve any part of their fitness!

I recently completed the entire body composition testing, and I was absolutely blown away!!! I was nervous at first however Lucas made me feel comfortable and encouraged me throughout the whole process. Lucas explained the science and accuracy of all the tests to me and answered all of my questions. He then found a meal plan specific to my needs! I left feeling empowered, guided and full of new knowledge. I would 100% recommend this company!!

I recently had back surgery and have fallen off training and staying in shape. I have been looking for a place to help get back my focus. I was able to set up an appointment with Live In Fitness Retreat for initial body testing. I was a little nervous going in, but Lucas immediately made me comfortable. He thoroughly explained the testing so that I could clearly understand the results. I was very impressed with Lucas's professionalism and look forward to working with him and Live In Fitness Retreat.

I was looking for a mental reset after a hard couple of years. I was so excited when I found Live in Fitness. It’s a total package. I’ve never been happier or felt better. I’ve also never worked harder. I have had lots of issues over the years as I get older. And I love how this program is forming a healthier lifestyle with habits and knowledge. I also went through the Culinary Experience with Chef Jason. Probably the best food I’ve ever eaten and it was a huge bonus that it fit into my macros. Yes, it takes time and work and dedication. But the Culinary Experience was very informative. The behind the seems of how and what. The cherry on top. Each day I’m challenged to aim high to hit my calorie burn. And no one can doubt the amount of sweat that I exude — especially during my training with the Live in Fitness trainer ladies — Michelle, Mel, and Sinclair!! ♥️🥵

I will be forever grateful to Live In Fitness! Life changing! I was looking for guidance & education in the fitness field. I needed a push to get me out of my negative rut I was living. I needed help mentally & emotionally and hoped thru physical movement I would start feeling better. Live In Fitness covered it all! The moment I arrived, the environment, the staff, and daily routine was consistently positive and motivating. They customized my meals and workouts for me to successfully achieve my goals. I was able to accomplish so much everyday. Each week I progressed with my strength & endurance & my desire to achieve more. As I saw my results change immediately, my fat dissappear & gain muscle I felt like I had control of my life again. I've continued reading Eric's book - Power of Four/ Blue Method to stay inspired & positive with my accomplishments I was able to lose more than 30lbs and the muscle I gained changed the way my body looked, smaller yet stronger. It's a beautiful thing to experience the changes that I went thru during my time at Live In Fitness. It's about connecting the mind & body as a whole, thats what the my experience was at Live In Fitness. If you're reading reviews wondering if you should book some time with Live in Fitness, DO IT. Don't hesitate, it will change your life for the better. I needed some inspiration after a bout of bad health that led me to gain a bunch of weight. My confidence was down in my ability to exercise and lose the extra pounds. The trainers at Live in Fitness were encouraging and knowledgable. They pushed me to my limit but never in a way that felt like I couldn't - they made me feel like I could. The friendship and encouragement of others in the program was a huge bonus. I've come home with a support system, an exercise and food plan and loads of inspiration and knowledge to carry me through to my goals. I haven't felt this great in years.

LIF lives up to its reputation. I’ve been here since 1 April 2023 and 6 weeks in I’m in the best shape of my life. The staff here are very dedicated to the client’s goals to reclaim their lives and increase their physical capabilities. The meals are incredible made by in-house chef Jason. He also provides in depth nutrition education so you will be prepared for your return hone. Coaches Lucas, Lisa, Sinclair, Mel, and Michelle are motivating, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I’m glad I chose LIF over the other fitness retreats.

The testing is my favorite part of the program. It helped me set up the perfect plan for at home so that I could keep achieving and maintaining my goals. The trainers are all super positive and supportive. Lucas broke down the testing results perfectly for me to understand and would always go the extra mile.

Very surprised about the amount of body fat I had than I thought. Having to go from 169 pounds to 142 pounds to make 10% body fat is crazy! Learned a lot from Lucas about each test and how it shows how many calories I burn in a day.

Weight Loss and Physical Fitness Program. If you are committed to improving your physical, emotional and maybe a spiritual self than this is the program you should give serious thought to. You will be pushed to achieve your goals, so if you make the choice to improve your life, come prepared to sweet and be sore. I spent 3 weeks here at LIF. I weighed 262 lbs..I left at 247lbs and gaining over 6lbs of lean muscle. Come and beat my stato and put me to share. Take this challege for the rest of your Life. Blessings Albert

If you want to learn how to live your best, healthy life, then say yes to Live in Fitness! I learned to eat well, compete against myself, and I got results! The staff challenged me to push myself while also encouraging me to listen to my body. It was wonderful to have both the staff and so many positive folx cheering me on as I continued to increase my physical mobility. And I strongly recommend the culinary experience because you get an opportunity to see how easy it is to maintain healthy eating habits without sacrificing flavor, portion control, and your wallet. And even though I didn’t do the athlete’s program—it would have added some personal training focused on building muscle mass—I’m extremely proud of my results. This was a life changing, memorable experience!

My 8 week stay at live in fitness was great. I am 20 years old and came to live in fitness at 240 LBS and leaving at 215 LBS. I feel great and can physically see a difference. Live in fitness will help you meet your goals mentally and physically! Expect working out all day and good meals. Chef Jason is great at his job and prepares delicious meals to your specific macros. It all starts in the kitchen! Eric, Jermaine, Lucas, Melinda, Lisa, Michele, Sinclair and Britany are all great and have pushed me to reach my goals! Thank you isn’t a big enough phrase to express my gratitude and thankfulness to Eric and the live in fitness staff. This program is hard but nothing YOU can’t accomplish. If I can do you YOU can do it.

Live in fitness is a great way too plan your future for exercising. They give you a lot of information on your own body, and what is required for you to actually lose weight. If you need a place with highly motivating coaching and guidance I would recommend live in fitness. The coach's treat you right and push you hard!

I came to “Live in Fitness” looking for a retreat to kick start me back into a healthier and more active lifestyle … something that had been lacking in my life since Covid. What I received were experiences and memories that will last me a lifetime. Each day was very intense but packed with interesting and often fun activities for strength training and cardio. The days were long and we had very little time to ourselves but I can honestly say I feel amazing after completion of the program. I am returning home a new and changed person. We began each morning with a hike where we were able to watch beautiful Arizona sunrises, often from decent elevations. The hikes were generally two hours but there were plenty of options for individuals not comfortable doing the hikes. The food is prepared by a chef with remarkable culinary abilities which made breakfast, lunches and dinners something to look forward to. In addition there are four amazing trainers : Michelle, Lisa, Mel and Lucas - each with their own niche abilities and vibrant personalities which made the experience that much more memorable. I will not forget Lisa’s spinning classes, Lucas’s boxing workouts, Michelle’s weight training circuits or Mel’s “butts and guts” classes. All four personalities contributed to an awesome time and a fun way to workout. Throughout my 3 week stay, I met many people that I have stayed in touch with and now call friends. All in all an amazing experience!

In my first 2 weeks here, I've lost 18.63lbs of body fat and gained 3.63lbs of muscle. More importantly, I've gone from not even being able to walk a quarter mile to being able to walk over 4 miles without any problems. Again, this is with only 2 weeks of training. Regarding the measured results, they give us 2 tests (RMR and VO2 max) on arriving and a weekly hydrostatic body composition test (aka "dunk" test). The RMR test tells you how many calories you need to consume to maintain your current weight, the VO2 max test tells you what your heart rate range should be to burn the most calories, and the weekly dunk tests show you your actual fat loss rather than a nebulous weight loss. More importantly, all of these tests give you the values for YOU, not some theoretical person with your height and weight. The trainers are amazing. Mel is the most positive person I know and always gets us excited, Lisa is an inspiration with her dedication to living a healthy lifestyle, and Michelle is always able to pick us up when we're about to give up by sharing her own experiences and showing us that we can do it to. As Lucas and Eric always say, this is not a resort. We come here to do work, and the biggest piece of advice I can give anyone considering coming here is to make sure you're ready to push as hard as you can. You will get out so much more than you put in. Also, huge shoutout to Chef Jason. He is an absolute magician in the kitchen. If I told myself a month ago that I'd have a fruit parfait for breakfast, pizza for lunch and steak for dinner, I'd probably think I was binge eating again. And yet, somehow, Chef Jason manages to make it all healthy and fit within our macros.

Live In Fitness was the BEST experience I have ever had. Granted I have never done anything like this but I cannot stop thinking about how much I enjoyed and needed this program. Although I have fitness goals and was interested in transforming my body through fitness, my main reason for going to Live In was for mental health and soothing my soul. The staffing was amazing and all the trainers are truly passionate in helping guest achieve their personal goals and changing their lives for the better. From the moment I called to inquire about the program, to the lead up of arrival day and the final day of my week long stay I felt so motivated and excited about what they were offering. Chef Jason provided amazing meals that were not only flavorful but satisfying and completely tailored to each person. I never felt hungry or unsatisfied with the amount or quality of the food provided. As for the rigorous schedule, it was tough and the guests were actively involved in some form of fitness for 5-7 hours a day but it did not feel like too much. Don't get me wrong, it was incredibly hard and I am pretty sure some days I felt like I needed to be peeled off the mat. All the guests were encouraged to push to their limits and as a result it was truly satisfying to finish the day knowing how hard I worked. Never in my mind would I have thought I could do that much fitness in one day let alone for a full week. Live In fitness has a culture of positive encouragement and really focus on fostering teamwork. This is definitely not a spa (as they repeated say), instead this is a lease on life for anyone struggling with their bodies and minds. If you are unsure about doing this program DON'T BE. It has changed my life. My only caveat is be prepared to work harder than you ever have before, but the most important thing to bring is a positive mindset and realize this is an incredible opportunity to change your life. Thank you for helping me get my life back! When I came to Live in Fitness I was in rough shape. Had been dealing with health issues the last few years and barely sleeping a few hours per night. Gained some weight, especially during the pandemic. I felt like I was in a slump and lacked the focus and motivation to get better. I knew I needed to hit the "Reset" button to help get me started again. I finally made the commitment and signed up for this program. Shout out to Jermaine and Sammy for taking my calls, emails and answering all my questions before I took this journey. This really helped me to take the first step. After a little less than 3 weeks at Live in Fitness I'm down 23.8 pounds of fat and have gained 5 pounds of lean mass. My body fat is down 7.7%. I feel 10 years younger, have a ton of energy and my mind is sharp again. This program is a lot of hard work but worth it all. There are no short cuts but with Live In Fitness I found the platform, structure and tools I needed to make the change. The food here is amazing. Chef Jason is a culinary master. I was shocked at how much they fed us and how much I enjoyed eating the right foods and the proper balanced diet. The lectures and information I received on nutrition and food from Eric, Jason and the entire team at LIF are invaluable. At first, I was surprised at how much time we spent focusing on mental fitness as well as physical fitness but once it clicked for me how important this was, I started to see and feel real progress. One of my favorite things about this program is the morning hikes. 6 days a week we had the opportunity to hike different trails in the Arizona desert and mountains. I took advantage of every chance to hike and this helped me tremendously with my fitness goals. This part of the country is beautiful and exploring the numerous parks while the sun rises every morning was a treat for me. The best thing about Live in Fitness is without a doubt, The People. My peers in this program were welcoming and everyone worked hard to help motivate each other. The trainers are inspiring. Every trainer here helped me push past barriers and helped with the right type of motivation I needed at the right time. Lisa, thank you for the best playlists on the planet. And for the inspiring speeches on loving ourselves. Mel, thank you for kicking my butt when I needed it. Thank you for your never-ending positivity and energy. Lucas, thank you for pushing me past limits and for always being open with your knowledge. Michelle, you are a master-of-training in the gym and thank you for the heart-to-hearts on improving life for the better. For anyone reading this who is considering a journey with Live in Fitness. Stop waiting and just do it. Commit to a better life and you won’t regret it!

The Energy! The Fun! The People! The food! The Mission. My first week is done. I feel great. I want more. It is very hard work but I am changing my life style and getting healthy. I will post results as they occur I am here 3 more weeks. There is a lot of knowledge here on how to get everything you want out of life. I am 65 and I for one am starting my improvements now!

The thing about this place is that the staff truly care. I can't count how many times the coaches have described their roles as their "dream jobs", not to mention the amount of passion you can see in Eric, Lucas, and Mel every time they speak. This program is a reset or an enhancement for your fitness journey, but it is important to know that you get what you put into it. So long as your a team player, and truly want a change in your life this is the place for you. I am not sure where those few negative reviews stayed but it for sure is not the same place I did. Went back to live in fitness Aug 2023, last time I was as there was June 2020 and it still remains to be the best decision I have made when it comes to progressing my fitness, any one at any fitness level can come here and be challenged, you just have to want it, the coaches are outstanding, they push you but also are understanding and you feel how they truly want you to better your self, I got excellent care for all the staff, I was treated so kindly by the other campers, the food is so delicious, the chef does an amazing job in making it wonderful, and the accommodations were awesome, i was comfortable in my room it was clean and all prepared for me, and the personal training is something they also offer, I highly recommend it, all the coaches kicked my butt and being in the Marine Corps before I was use to working out and lifting weights but these guys made me go past any limit I had, and the stretching that is a must, it kept my flexibility, mobility and stability up during my stay there, if you are on the fence on coming here, let me be the person to tell you that it’s well worth it and you deserve it, I highly recommend it!
