Purchased a Groupon... they won't call back. Their hours show they are open until 8pm but were gone by 4pm. Met someone but they stated they had left. I left my contact info but haven't heard back. Don't buy Groupon.

Wow wow wow. I had a massage at Live Aqua today and I don't have enough words to describe how amazing it was. I expected a back massage yet it was actually a full body massage. Literally from head to toe. It was so relaxing I can't wait to bring my kids next month.

I bought two Groupons for my friends and I and set appointments for massages and facials a month ago. We had very busy stressful months, and planned ahead to have a relaxing day together since like is crazy and we only see each other once or twice a year. We took the days off work and were so excited for a relaxing day together. An hour, literally one hour before or appointments, I got a call from the doctor that she was cancelling our appointments today but wanted to reschedule. There is no rescheduling after planning like this. We can't just take days off work because she can't get her act together and schedule a staff properly. I needed a relaxing massage, and I'm not stressed than ever. She is a terrible business owner. Do not recommend.

Long story short, they stole my money. I paid for a service that I never received. When I asked to get a refund, I was given excuses. I continued to press for my refund. Then the owner and employees disappeared like the place never existed. The spa was closed during regular business hours and the phones weren't being answered for weeks.

Go somewhere else. They gave away my wife's appointment time. They claim they called to confirm, but we never received a call or a message from them. On top of that they were short staffed, so they couldn't accommodate her for the entire day. They didn't even make any attempt to make things right.

I'm not one to normally write reviews, but feel that my experience should be shared to help others. First and foremost, I just want to say that they are very nice here, I have nothing bad to say about their character or customer service or anything of that matter. When I saw their Groupon deal for the glowing goddess spa package (1 hour facial and 1 hour massage), I thought "What a steal!" and asked if they would honor the Groupon price, which they did, so that was awesome. The esthetician (I'm not sure what her name was) also did my massage. I've had multiple facials and massages so I pretty much knew what to expect. However, this was kind of different. First, I've never had a facial where the esthetician wore gloves throughout. When I've gotten facials at other spas in the past, the esthetician usually talks me through everything she's putting on my face. For this facial, I'm not sure what products were used during my facial except for a mask. However, I will say that the esthetician told me at the beginning that her English wasn't very good, so maybe she was just uncomfortable talking through everything. When she finished my facial, she let me know it was time for my massage so she left the room so I could get undressed. While I was changing, I noticed on a small table the products that were used: nothing super special and all products I can find at the local drug store. My massage wasn't awful, but it wasn't great either. She used A LOT of lotion so majority of the time it just felt like she was rubbing in the lotion, not necessarily giving me a massage. There were hot towels on my feet, neck, shoulders, and face at the end, so that was nice. Overall, not a bad experience but not an experience I would rave about. Had I paid the actual price listed on their website ($119) instead of the Groupon price they honored ($60), I would have been kind of disappointed. But I will say again, they are very very nice here!

Disgusted at the owners customer service. She not only didn't answer multiple calls to schedule an appointment but also 30min after scheduled appointment still has yet to show or contact us (the customer). This is a facility you should avoid at all costs! Unless you schedule an appt directly with Marina who was beyond kind and gracious as we sat and waited on the owner.

I didn't even get to try out this spa, but I won't ever be a patron of theirs. I saw their deal on Groupon for a spa package. I called to find out reservation information and got a voicemail. I called several more times that day, only to get a voicemail again and again and decided to leave a message. After two days of hearing nothing back, I called again. I finally got a person on the line and asked her about availability for their Groupon deal. She didn't know the services that were included in the Groupon, even though they are the exact same packages that are available on the website. I asked her if I needed to purchase the Groupon, or if they would give me the same price in-house, and was directed to purchase the Groupon. After asking further questions about what was included in the service and getting mixed answers and confusion, I asked the receptionist to check with someone else and call me back. After 5 more days, I still heard nothing. I'm so glad I didn't purchase the Groupon, as my mom, sister and myself ended up going to a very luxurious day spa nearby and spending our money there.

I have had many massages through the years. The owners here are very attentive and try to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I use a young lady Ann who works for the spa and she does an excellent job and is very thorough. I would highly recommend this spa for a good massage.

I've been here a dozen times and the owner is very nice. My therapist is Dunia and I haven't found anyone who can top her. Every time I go to her for my problems she fixes them first. If I have a knot then she works on it till it's gone. She is very good at squeezing me in last minute or the next day. Her massages are very professional and you can tell she truly cares for her clients. You can shower before and or after the massage in a private room. I will always request Dunia above all the rest. SHE'S THE BEST!!!

There were so many issues with this business, overall due to a severe lack of professionalism. I had purchased the one-hour massage using LivingSocial, and booked my appointment over the phone immediately after buying my voucher. The receptionist did not put my appointment for a one-hour massage in the books, so thank goodness I called the day of to confirm my massage. She didn't have my appointment in the system (which I had called to book two weeks prior), but had an opening due to a cancellation that day, so she put me in a 3:00 slot. When I arrived, I noticed envelopes for tipping the therapists, when I asked if I could tip with a credit card (since I did not have cash on me), she said no and directed me to the ATM at 7-11 across the street. After paying a $2.95 fee to withdraw a $20 bill at 7-11 and walking back, I waited in the reception area to fill out the paperwork provided. The paperwork I filled out was copied terribly and cut off at the bottom. The therapist didn't even read it to see where my pain areas were, or ask me any questions before the massage. The only thing that happened was the receptionist showed the therapist my sheet and pointed to what I filled out saying, "She wants you to work on shoulders, back, and feet." By the way, I waited for the therapist to come out for 20 minutes. My appointment was at 3:00 and she emerged at 3:20, and then began speaking to her receptionist in Spanish and pointing to me anxiously. I speak Spanish, and could overhear that the therapist DID NOT KNOW that she had somebody booked in this slot. Evidently, the receptionist did not even tell her that she had booked me. Thankfully, she still saw me, and when I went into the room, the massage table did not have a sheet down...so I laid on the bare table...is that even sanitary?? She told me to get under the one sheet laying on top of the bare table. This all made me wonder if even the sheets were clean that were draped on top of me. Did I mention that I didn't have to sign any release form when completing my paperwork? If I get some sort of staph infection from the bare massage table, I could sue them without any problem. After the mediocre massage, I went to check out and give her a tip. I had the $20 on me that I got from the ATM and asked the receptionist to break it for me. She went looking in her own personal wallet and told me that she couldn't. Then she asked some people sitting in the waiting area, and they couldn't. Then she went and asked the therapist and she couldn't! I then just asked if I could give the $20 and get $10 back. They were thankfully able to at least do this. Despite the horrendous service, the massage was fine enough to tip, and it wasn't the therapist's fault that all of this occurred--it was her inept, unprofessional receptionist. Plus, she was kind enough to still give me a full hour massage despite not planning to see anybody then. What kind of spa is this??? Absolutely zero customer service, professionalism, organization, etc. If I come for a relaxing massage that is intended to benefit my health and well-being, how does all of this insanity serve that purpose?? This is a terrible, TERRIBLE business that does not deserve any more inconvenienced customers!

After a long holiday season of shopping and work my body was tense to the point it hurt moving. I tried heating pads, sleeping with many pillows, muscle relaxers and nothing would make me feel better. These remedies would only mask the pain. I then was talking to a friend who told me I need a therapeutic massage and referred me to Live Aqua Massage. I scheduled an appointment, but things kept coming up, but I finally made my way into the place. When I arrived I was really feeling down. I was drained of energy, in pain even feeling slight nausea. I wasn’t even in the mood to fill out a little form which only really took me 40 seconds. I then was brought into a tea lounge and as I walked through the hall the aroma and music already playing, but I wasn’t in the mood for sounds as relaxing as they were. I had some water then went into the shower room and changed into a robe. A few minutes later the massage therapists told me my room was ready. I entered the room as they waited outside for me to get under the sheet. I was laying down on my belly with my face in through a pillow with a breathing hole beneath it as spa music was playing. The massage therapists knocks on the door and after my acknowledgment proceeded to give me a massage. I was very moody and honestly everything was bothering me. She then began to massage my right arm and I began to slowly relax as I escaped to the music. She then massaged my other arm and my neck and back and slowly was releasing all of this built up tension I had. I couldn’t believe I hadn’t done this long ago. She then was massaging my legs and had me turn around and continues to massage my neck arms and hands. She also put a hot towel on my face and massaged it and my head and saved the best for last. My feet were aching so much that just by lightly touching them I would cramp up. She then put hot towels on them and massaged them and I felt so much relief. This experience was so powerful I felt willed to share this experience with all of you. When I got up I was a bit dizzy and the massage therapist educated me on how massages detox your body. I went home and woke up the next morning feeling very rejuvenated. My body felt cleansed. I'm telling you if you feel tense or stressed a massage is the best gift you can give yourself. Thank you Live Aqua Spa for rejuvenating me.

So many wonderful things to say about this Spa. I love the ambiance, so relaxing and positive. This Spa is very sophisticated yet you feel like you are at home. The owner, Bibi, greeted me and she was very polite and professional. She gave me a tour of the Spa and the rooms. My massage therapist was Debbie and she was great! It was my first therapeutic/deep pressure massage and she was kind to ask me during the session if I was comfortable with the pressure. When it was over and I was walked to the Tea Lounge, I felt weightless. All my tension was gone and she was able to take care of the areas I was feeling discomfort. Bibi greeted me again at the Tea Lounge and was kind to ask for feedback on my experience. She offered me complimentary wine and I told her that this was a wonderful experience for me and I will come back. I am now a Member and have had several sessions of Massage. I can honestly feel the benefits of having a routine massage to help balance me with my busy lifestyle.
