Came here for the first time and got a great haircut here. Got exactly what I wanted. A cute neighborhood hair salon with friendly staff. Plus complimentary soda waters and left over Halloween candy. What more could you ask for?

I recently got my hair cut with Tracy and this is one of the beat haircuts I've ever had. This was my first time switching stylist ever so naturally I was skeptical. But as Tracy was getting ready to cut my hair, she was paying close attention to the natural flow of my hair in order to do what was best for it and that was the firsy sign thay he reallu knee what she was doing. I got bangs and layers, I am SO HAPPY with my results. Will be back for sure!

This salon is the best I’ve found in SF. I never received regular compliments on my hair until Judea gave me a bob, and now random strangers will stop me to ask where I got my hair cut. Everyone I’ve met at the salon has been kind and professional. Highly recommend coming here!

I love coming to Little Sparrow for my highlights + haircuts! Judea is amazingly talented and has built a great business; you can't go wrong with any of the stylists here. The salon itself is so cute and cozy, and Judea always curates a great selection of products.

Judea is a quality hairdresser and I love the personal attention. She is professional and friendly and my hair always looks so good when I leave the salon. Also she serves snacks which is cool. Salon is nicely decorated with plants and artwork. Prices are totally in line with what a good hairdresser is charging, in fact it might be a bit cheaper!

Megan is fabulous! She always slays with the root touchup and tone. Also, the staff is very much entirely friendly and the atmosphere/vibes of the salon is soothing and comforting. The salon is def LGBTQ+ friendly

Andrea is the BEST! She is a great listener and always cuts my hair exactly how I ask. I have really long and thick hair, and I’ve had some negative experiences in the past with other hair stylists. But ever since moving to SF, I’ve always gone to Andrea and I will never go to anyone else again! Not only does she do amazing work but I love catching up with her; she makes getting my haircut such a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

FINALLY a barber that knows how to use scissors! Do yourself a favor and get a cut by Judea! Rarely do you meet a barber that can do an immaculate fade AND scissor work but Judea nailed it. I got a zero fade blended to my curly top with a clean line up and couldn't be happier. I will be returning!

My go-to salon. Not only are the vibes impeccable but the staff is warm and welcoming and have all honed their crafts. I’ve had my hair cut and styled by both Andrea and Judea and loved it every time. Judea provides great color services. I love this salon and so should you.

They have drinks! Such a cool place, great vibes. I had my hair done by Traci for an event and she got my inspiration photo so well. I also came in for my first haircut in San Francisco (still with Traci) and she really styled me up, too! One thing I love is their website, they really make it easy to pick stylists and book online.

Two of my girlfriends gifted me a wash/blowout with Judea at Little Sparrow in advance of my wedding so I could see what my hair would look like with some styling. Judea was awesome and she even fixed the messed up layers in the back of my hair so that the styling would look better. She also recommended a great hairspray that worked perfectly on my wedding day. I have struggled to find a stylist I trust since I moved to the Bay Area, but the search stopped at Little Sparrow. I live in East Bay but I have zero qualms about trekking in to the city when I want to get my hair cut from now on. Thank you Little Sparrow!

You could not find a better salon in the neighborhood or San Francisco. The stylist team is the friendliest and the space is the most relaxing, yet on-trend and artistic, yet kid-friendly and that is truly remarkable. You feel like you’re in an institute beyond a hair salon for tranquility and peace and it is so cozy, welcoming and comfortable. Judea, Traci, Audra and Andrea each specialize in their own styles yet can handle any style, cut, color, barber cut or kid cut. I’ve seen it — I was waiting for my appointment and was completely impressed by the level of detail, craft and proficiency they put into each client’s look. Each literal snip of the shears was done with the greatest of care. And it is just a fun place to be also, with light and great music, plants, or a beverage if you need. I could not recommend Little Sparrow more for their professionalism, competitive offerings, kindness and coolness. Even the merch and mini product shop is rad. Go see them you will love it.

Megan has been doing my hair for over a year now, and she is a true artist! Her technique and attention to detail is what makes her a blonde and balayage specialist. I love that she provides a free consultation before your first service to understand what you are looking for so she can share pricing with you accordingly. As an artist, Megan walks you through every step of her process and explains all of the different products she chooses to use on you to achieve your desired outcome. I am personally very specific when it comes to my blonde hair and am SO happy I found Megan at Little Sparrow Salon! I could not recommend her more!
