First time going to this spa & it was a wonderful experience. The spa is clean, intimate, & relaxing. I went for a deep tissue massage, Thai foot care & a Body Glow treatment. It was all wonderful and a great value for the prices they charge. I will definitely be returning & checking out their wonderful manicure & pedicure room overlooking the Detroit river. It's always iffy when you try a new establishment but my niece and I decided to give it a go at Litrosi Day spa. And we are ever so elated that we did!!!! The spa is perfectly set up to be intimate personable and quaint!! AK the owner and her lovely employee / masseuse Melanie were ever so delightfully pleasant and very professional!!! We had a salt scrub /wrap done along with a Swedish massage and reflexology. It was pure heaven from the time we walked in until the time we walked out of the door!!!! The Establishment was extremely clean and the perfect place to Let yourself Go and relax!!!! I can't say enough good things about this place we just had the best day ever!!! Gift certificates are only valid for 3 months - no exceptions even for serious medical issues. Very poor business practice! Refresh spa honours gift cert. for unlimited timeline.

I was in town for a wedding and this spa was in walking distance from my hotel. The night before I booked an appointment online for 10am. When I arrived I was informed my nail tech was having trouble getting to work on time so I was offered a complimentary salt cave experience. It was very sweet of them to do this and they were very apologetic for the wait. The staff were all very kind and made the environment comfortable. The receptionist offered to grab me a coffee even! It was a very nice experience and I would highly recommend!

Booked half day spa package last minute on a Sunday for my girlfriend’s birthday. AK was extremely accommodating & we had a very pleasant & welcoming experience from the moment we walked into the spa. The massage was amazing & she was able to relieve an incredible amount of tension in my back. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment with this spa.

Absolutely the coziest, relaxing and inviting space I have been to. I struggle with a lot of chronic pain and I’m always so weary of trying something new. But I couldn’t be more glad I did! AK had absolute magic running through her hands, I haven’t felt this great in YEARS. Don’t question yourself, just book!

Had a lovely massage today with Rajah. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Rajah is every polite, knowledgeable and listens to what you want & your body. I highly recommend her.

Had a very refreshing and rejuvenating facial. The Salt Cave helped me feel better (the tightness in my chest all loosened up). The icing on the cake was the warm welcome I received from AK. She was patient and very understanding as I had a 4 month old baby and had to nurse in between. I got home feeling destressed and happy. I'll definitely be back here whenever I visit Windsor

I am a happy repeat customer for their nail services. I usually go for a gel manicure and I've had the pleasure of getting a pedicure as well. The atmosphere is most welcoming. Every one is super friendly. The quality of the nail service is top notch. I love my nails! I feel very pampered at my appointments. I appreciate having such high-quality service in the heart of downtown Windsor.

I made an appointment here and showed up at the correct time (5pm) and the spa was supposed to be open, but the doors were locked and nobody was there. I called and there was no answer. It cost me a $30 Uber to get to the spa and I was stuck in the pouring rain trying to understand why this spa ghosted me. I don't recommend.

I suffer from post-nasal drip which causes me to cough frequently. I did three days of the salt room treatment, and my coughing has considerably lessened. I will do this treatment on a monthly basis to maintain this progress. I'm so happy this has come to Windsor. Salt rooms are very popular in major cities.

My family scheduled for the half day spa package, and we were initially excited to get many services for a pretty good price. However it became evident that some of the staff were a bit inexperienced, especially when it came to the manicures and pedicures. A few times they had nicked our fingers and toes, even causing one of them to bleed. The manager was obviously apologetic but it would have been nice to have been compensated through a discount or other, but we received none of that. The manager also seemed unsure how to do a basic manicure/pedicure from the way she was always asking questions to the other nail tech. We also upgraded to a shellac manicure but the polish started peeling after one day. Also, one of the massage therapists had his phone always vibrating and was using his phone DURING the massage session. Though the staff was nice and kind, their inexperience and lack of care/knowledge of basic services didn’t make our experience very relaxing and we left disappointed and sore.

Very amateur "skills" here. If you're going to massage somebody, the least you can do is massage the actual MUSCLE & not press on my BONES (ouch). On top of that, they're encouraged to upsell their other services to you.. during a massage??!! Not relaxing at all. As I was getting my slightly prickly legs massaged, Rajah said "do you find it annoying to shave sometimes?" which felt a bit embarrassing & shocking until the convo continued & she let me know that they do waxing there.. I'll leave my review to be strictly about the service itself. I'm not even going to get into the rest.

What an amazing place to get pampered. The owner has gifted hands 🙌🏾 and she is helping me regain back my life through massage therapy after a bad accident. My family uses the salt room and it is amazing 🤩. Please come and get pampered.

AK is very professional. She explained to me the different massage techniques and their effects on the body. Immediately and two days after my session I am feeling less pain in areas that were causing a lot of discomfort. Aside from the pain relief, my massage felt amazing. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I attended Litrosi Day Spa on November 1, 2022 and experienced something like nothing else. I entered the Salt Cave for Halotherapy ... Relaxing on a gravity-free chair for 45 minutes, You inhale and feel the salt landing on your body. Your body enters a deep relaxed state ... it definitely is something EVERYONE should try at least ... once!!

You go in for one thing and find that they offer so many more services than you could imagine. I went in for nails and walked out booking an appointment for the Salt Cave.

This spa has it all! I went to LitRosi while on vacation, it was such an amazing place to relax and rejuvenate with a massage and facial. The ladies made me feel comfortable and fabulous. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my day!
