I made an appointment for a consult and was met with a very friendly and professional staff. Lisa was amazing with her very detailed and in depth discussion of what the procedure I was considering entailed. She took all the time I needed and never once pressured me to move forward immediately. I am happy to recommend this facility!! I highly recommend anyone who wants to look and feel beautiful without surgery go see Lisa and her team. They are incredibly caring, compassionate, professional, and excellent at what they do. And the results are just amazing! I’ve had several procedures so far such as botox, threading, and lip filler, the results of my procedure were excellent! Although it was a bit of a painful recovery for me, it was so well worth it and I’m loving the results!

I recently went for a consultation with Lisa Topham to see what treatments would be the best for my face that is starting to show signs of age. I was not happy with previous doctors that did Botox. The frowns were back in a months time. Lisa and I came up with s solution of her administering botox, as well as a Profound treatment done by highly skilled Meredith. I am almost 2 months out, and my face looks amazing. I would highly recommend this practice. They have the latest technology and know what they are doing.

Lisa is a magician…so gifted, skilled, and you are in safe hands. She turns back time! I have had several services done with her but my favorite is her PDO threadlift. She magically made my jowls disappear and took away serious insecurities I have about my aging face. Laxity that could use a facelift made magically better with threads and no recovery. It’s painless and she is an EXPERT at threadlifts. She is constantly training other providers and pushing the needle forward with PDO threads. She also gives the best Botox I’ve ever had and I’ve had it done by so many providers for decades. My eyes which could use a bleph surgery were made SO MUCH better by her Botox skills and somehow made it so I had movement without wrinkles or exacerbating my hooded eyes. Hard to do!! I didn’t even know it was possible to do certain things with Botox to the eyes that she can do. And I’ve been to so many aesthetic providers in the past before coming to her. What I love about her is she wants you to look natural and like yourself. No overfilled puffy faces here. Just takes a decade off your face. If you want to look like your younger self, go see her!! I fully trust her to take care of my face and on top of it? She is just a lovely person and works so hard to be the best in her biz. In her free time she is constantly learning and teaching. She is talented, kind, wonderful and makes you look younger. And has the loveliest team. I’m super thankful to her and look forward to her caring for my aesthetic needs forever. When I went to see Lisa & Meredith about the volume loss in my face, they explained that I had lost volume at my temples (I never knew this happened when we age) and a little of my cheeks. I did Hyperdilute Radiesse to my temples and high lateral cheeks. I cannot get over the huge difference it made, balancing out my face! Thank you, ladies; you are amazing!!

I went to Split Rock with an idea in mind of what I thought I wanted-instead, I took the advice of the beautiful talented staff and started with some Botox/Dysport in my upper face. No pain, no swelling no bruising whatsoever. There was an immediate lift to my upper face, even my eyes look lifted. Results should improve over the next few weeks, and I am happy. I trust Lisa, Meredith, and all the staff at Split Rock completely with their expertise, knowledge of what works, what doesn't, and their skill at doing their work. This was my first time at Split Rock Aesthetic. The office is in such a beautiful location! My mother and I went together and we had the most amazing experience. Lisa and her team were incredible! We were greeted warmly by Pat and Sarah and quickly brought into meet Meredith for our procedure (dysport). I have had this procedure done several times elsewhere and Meredith was by far the most professional and gentle I’ve ever seen. She explained everything in great detail and paid full attention to what we wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Amy assisted, sat by our side and made sure that we were comfortable during the entire process. Overall a complete VIP experience!
