My third visit to the L’io spa was, once again, amazing. Calla has created a fabulous space and what a sweetheart she is! I’m no novice to having facials and was eager to begin 2025 with a fresh face. Lorna’s cozy room was warm, inviting and immediately, I felt relaxed. The most comfortable spa bed was my first clue that this was going to be a special ninety minutes. Lorna is fabulous at what she does! She is knowledgeable, has an amazing touch and somehow was able to blend a clinical and luxury European facial seamlessly into one. Perfect in every way. The result of that facial was better than I had imagined and this morning, after using the sample products she gave me, my skin looks and feels amazing. Will I return for another facial with Lorna?!? Absolutely. Love Love Love what L’io has to offer. ♥️ And I can’t not mention Helen! Another lovely member of the L’io Ladies!

I had the pleasure of getting a facial done by Lorna, at L’io, yesterday. The experience far exceeded my expectations and I have never felt more relaxed and refreshed in my life! My favorite treatment, although it’s hard to choose, was the alginate mask and my face was literally glowing when I left. Additionally, I learned so much about my skin and how to properly take care of it. Not to mention, the space was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was a wonderful group to be around.

I loved the dermaplaning treatment, brightening peel, and aginate mask. Highly recommend Lorna and I got a relaxing arm, hand, and scalp massage! She was supper informative as well

I really love this place and Calla, she is so thoughtful and professional and explains everything so well. Also, had a wonderful facial with Lorna, it was relaxing and honestly my skin is feeling better than it has in years!! Even the table was the most comfortable I have ever been on...I have some back issues, and usually am uncomfortable after about 20 minutes, this bed is adjustable and was so comfortable I could have stayed for a couple hours! It is also an incredible space, lovely, open, and spotless! Elevator as well if needed!

I recently had lip filler at L’io Beauty & Wellness and I can't say enough good things! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, which made the whole experience enjoyable. Cala really took the time to listen to my needs, and I’m thrilled with how my lips turned out—full but still natural-looking. If you’re considering filler, I highly recommend checking her out. Lorna gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! I loved the alginate mask and the cryo wands. I left feeling refreshed, hydrated and noticed an instant reduction of redness. I highly recommend Lorna for any custom facial- she was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Calla is someone I trust that takes time to answer questions, make me feel comfortable, is thorough and doesn’t sell me on other items or services I’m not interested in. I really value someone who will say no if something is too much.

It’s a beautiful place with excellent service! This was my first time visiting for Botox, and the results started showing quickly, which was exciting. The clinician was fantastic and put me at ease, even though I'm not a huge fan of needles. She also has some great suggestions for other areas that I never thought of. They also offer great skin products and facial services, which I’ll definitely try next time.

Seriously, we don't have to travel out of the berkshires to get the quality services we need! The results were fantastic— I love that they offer a variety of women's wellness services too. I recently visited L’io Beauty and Wellness for a microneedling procedure, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, bright and inviting atmosphere of the newly designed space. The high ceilings and fun decor instantly made me feel at ease and excited about my visit. Calla, who performed my procedure, was outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining the process and answering all my questions. Her professional yet friendly demeanor ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The spa was impeccably clean, which further added to my comfort. Calla used the SkinPen for my microneedling, and I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the procedure was completed. She frequently checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience at L’io Beauty and Wellness was top-notch. Today was my second appointment with Calla. She, once again, did an amazing job. She’s incredibly well versed in her craft, and takes her time explaining and making sure you’re 100% comfortable. Her space is absolutely beautiful. Warm, inviting and full of light. Very highly reccomend.
