Mackey at Linfox is an amazing stylist! We moved to Alabama in January of 2024, and for anyone that does not know, it is hard to find a good hairdresser! One that will not only listen to what you want, but will also tell you if that won’t work the best for you . He is very honest and transparent, and has been the best haircut I’ve gotten since I moved here!

I have been using Kara since she started doing hair! She's so easy to talk to, patient, and will work with you to give you the exact results you're looking for. Part of these crazy hair styles is being realistic with your type of hair, and your color. It take years, lots of schooling for the techs , and skill to do these kinds of trendy cuts and colors. So I absolutely don't mind paying for that amazing service! Definitely don't wait to book with her (like I do sometimes) as she's so popular her books stay full!! Me and my husband both love her and will never use another. Thanks Kara!

I have spent years going from place to place looking for the perfect hair stylist. I can say with confidence that my search is finally over! The staff at LinFox is professional and so welcoming from the minute you walk through the door. I had a poor experience getting my hair colored at a different salon and Lindsey fixed their mistakes and made my hair look better than ever! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Recently had my first appointment with Kara and I had a wonderful visit! Everyone I encountered was super pleasant and the salon was beautiful. Kara listened to my (many) concerns with my last stylist and did a wonderful job with my hair.

Wanted to take a moment and share my experience yesterday with Cameron. When I walked into my appointment, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair, just knew I needed something different. Cameron was able to provide several options she felt would be flattering. As a result, I have an amazing new look! She does amazing work and took such great care of me. Thanks so much Cameron!

I am so extremely happy that Chad is back and now at LinFox! The salon as a whole is extremely well kept, clean, and very comfortable - I've never felt rushed nor unattended while hanging out here before my appointment. As for the haircut? Chad is the best I've ever had. I had never never been particularly fussy when it comes to my hair, nor ever been one to get a professional haircut. That being so said, I am so glad to have been recommended Chad! He's a professional, through and through. He's able to explain to me what's going on up there, and give me advice (that really works) on how to maintain and style my hair, all based on what he sees. He's kind, extremely professional, and a real pleasure to spend time with. Thank you Chad!

I absolutely love the folks at LinFox Salon! Being new to Birmingham, it was really important to me to find a salon where I felt like I fit. Lindsey, Derek, Kerry, Rae and the entire staff are SO friendly and they make sure you feel comfortable and leave the salon looking and feeling better than when you walked in. If you're looking for a salon to call home, look no further. Love this place!

My experience at LinFox has always been exceptional. Derek listens and aims to please. He is an artist when it comes to my hair and I love him!!! My hair is fine and kind of thin, but he makes me look like I have a head full!!! Plus, he knows I like wild & kinda crazy hair, and he's a natural at wild and crazy!
