I've done a few ice baths here and I really like the set up and environment. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their prices were also lower than several other local places I called. I will def return.

This was such a great experience, we took the family and we did a combo of red light therapy, hot sauna and for the grand finale, the cold 🥶 plunge! We loved it and felt immediate relaxation 🧘🏻‍♂️

I absolutely love this place!! Everyone is always so welcoming and every time I go in I really enjoy talking with Torris about philosophy, life and health. Not to mention, the ambience and cleanliness of this place is perfect. From the relaxing music to the essential oils in the air, and of course the red light therapy, sauna time and ice baths, I look forward to every visit. It's had such a powerful and positive effect on my health as a whole. I highly recommend checking this fantastic spot out!

I just want to begin by saying how much I love Lineaedge. I have been to many wellness studios and by far my favorite has been here. To start, the Founder Torris and Mikaila are extremely warm and welcoming and help answer any questions you may have about the services/experience. They offer red light therapy, infrared or traditional sauna, and an ice bath. Their services are the most affordable and accessible I’ve seen - I drive out from North Hollywood to attend because it’s that worth it for me! I know wellness services can be a luxury/investment but the cold plunge alone being free with booking the sauna or red light therapy is something nowhere else I’ve seen is doing. I love the attention to detail they have -the guiding lights to help you navigate through the services clearly and seamlessly, the calming ambiance with mood lighting, lots of plants everywhere, bird songs playing overhead to help shift you into the parasympathetic state, the bed to lay in for red light therapy (other places you stand for 20 minutes in front of panels), your choice of essential oil scents for the sauna as well as mood lighting and binaural beats played with many different choices (both unguided or guided meditations offered) during the session, and lastly the ice bath with a selfie stick conveniently placed in case you want to record yourself plunging. I just feel like they really thought of it all in the space to provide a great well rounded experience. Overall Lineaedge provides a relaxing and calm atmosphere to be able to allow yourself to unwind and recover. It has given me so many benefits not only physically but mentally as well. My skin has been clearer, my anxiety has been better and my sleep has improved as well. I love this space and highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in their health! This is the place to go 🫶🏼

Visiting Lineaedge for a session of red light therapy, sauna, and ice bath was truly an Amazing experience. The energy within this space is incredibly beautiful and rejuvenating. The owners have created a unique environment that allows for both relaxation and revitalization. The red light therapy was both calming and invigorating, leaving me with a sense of overall well-being. The sauna provided a deeply cleansing experience, helping to detoxify not just my body but also my mind. And the ice bath was a refreshing and energizing way to end the session. I appreciate the thought and care that the owners have put into creating such a wonderful space. A+ experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about their services. Had to sign up for a membership to get my money's worth it's been such a boon to my health and overall mindfulness. Tranquil and peaceful. It's an ideal way to finish a day of any type of work. No complaints from me, they are extremely attentive and don't try to sell snake oil.

I've been going to lineaedge for a few months now and the experience is ALWAYS great! The entire staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable which elevates the experience! I have been so pleased with each service they offer (Red Light therapy, Saunas, ice bath) I've been to a few other places similar and nothing compares to lineaedge! You'll be so happy with the entire experience! So happy I found this GEM of a place!!

This is my healing place in Santa Clarita, especially after heavy workouts. There's nothing like walking in sore after a hard week, getting red light, sweating, and then cold plunging. It makes the difference for me and keeps me going.

Went for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! Did the sauna and finished up with the ice bath. It was intense but for the rest of the day, I felt renewed. Can't wait to go back again and again and next time try the red light therapy! Along with my regular assisted stretching, I will be a regular here.

I recently visited Lineaedge and had the pleasure of using their ice baths, red light therapy, and sauna. From the moment I walked in, Torris was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the treatments they offer. The atmosphere is very cool and relaxing, with a well-maintained and pristine facility that was a pleasure to spend time in. The ice baths and red light therapy were incredibly refreshing and invigorating, and the sauna was a fantastic way to unwind and relax. I went to try the ice bath. I’ve heard it is so good for you. I made an appointment but then instantly regretted it. When I got there I was greeted in such a friendly matter. She explained everything and helped put me at ease. She also tapped into my inner fierceness that helped me stay in longer then I had planned. I feel great and will be back. Definitely worth giving a try!

LINEAEDGE is such an amazing place. As a heavy equipment mechanic I'm usually very sore 98% of the time. Going to Lineaedge has really helped my body recover from a hard work week. The red light essentially removes all soreness from my muscles. Followed by a visit to the sauna with your choice of essential oils and it really brings you back down to earth while getting rid of so many things in your body. Relaxing between sauna and ice bath in the beautiful calm space is amazing. The ice bath.....that's a whole other level of intense. It's very difficult but it's so worth it. The way I feel leaving Lineaedge is unmatched to any experience I've ever had. Torris, the owner, is very kind and extremely knowledgeable and makes the experience that much better. I couldn't recommend going and experiencing it for yourself enough. You'll find the piece your life has been missing.

Lineaedge is a special place with quite an ambient and healing energy. Truly feel in entering this space, that I am able to take a moment away from the hustle and bustle of my days. Absolutely love all of the plants and lighting in the oasis upon entering after checking in at the front desk. The nature sounds surrounding correlate beautifully. The gentle sounds available via tablet and into the infrared saunas are a wonderful addition, along with the choice of lighting. The circle of chairs set up in the center of the room is a serene way to take a moment post service and integrate. I have only tried the infrared sauna but look forward to trying the red-light therapy and cold plunge! Torris is the owner and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his businesses and health offerings. His heart and hard work shines and is loving, true, and evident. Happy to support a fellow small business and like-minded setting. Thrilled we have connected and can't wait to grow in this journey together!

My only problem with this place is that I live 2000 miles away from it. While in town visiting family, my cousin insisted I go here with her. I've never been to a place like this that truly felt clean and also one that helped me understand the uses of the sauna, red light therapy and the ice bath. The owner did a great job at explaining the benefits to me that I was very unaware of.

I had been waiting for a Sauna place with this ambiance. Very calming with offerings of essential oils for your private sauna session, to the calming music and sounds they have playing in the common space. Treat your self to an ice bath after your sauna session to leave feeling completely calm and balanced. Highly recommend!

I wish I found this place sooner. Hottest sauna in town. Goes up to 190°f. They also have an ice bath, which will change your life. Too many benefits too list. Visit this place soon! 6 stars if it was an option.

It is hard to describe in words my experience at LINEAEDGE, it is more of a FEELING! The first time I came to the spot, I was blown away. Immediately upon arriving I felt my heart felt settle into a calmness. Torris is very engaging and helpful, making the whole process very smooth. He answers any and all questions one may have about the different services... he is very knowledgeable about the science behind the benefits of Red Light, Sauna and Ice therapies. After getting an in depth briefing on the benefits of each, I was escorted to the "oasis"- a completely different vibe than the front of the establishment. I moved from each service to the next with ease, enjoying the privacy of my own enclosure. What I really appreciate about Lineaedge, and what I believe sets it apart from all the other businesses in town is the honoring of one's individual journey. I came to heal, and I felt that was respected and given the proper setting to do so. Having the time I needed to integrate my journey was much appreciated. My whole experience was amazing, and I will most definitely be returning! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a deeper understanding of their mind, body, and soul to check it out.

Today I have been wowed my first experience at LINEAEDGE. I did red light therapy (20 minutes), Sauna with meditation & light therapy (30 minutes), and ice bath (10 minutes). Yes it’s cold, but I feel reinvigorated! The services were all wonderful, but what will bring me back is the top tier customer service and inviting atmosphere. I felt very comfortable. I can’t wait for my next session.

I did all 3 services today (ice bath, sauna, and red light therapy) and it was such a great experience. It’s exactly what I’ve needed. The space also feels so peaceful. It’s definitely my new favorite place in Santa Clarita!
