Came here for my daughter’s first time. Said they were rough almost ripped her nail off. Not to be rude but the nail application was horrible especially the design. Dents in the nails not cut right. In my opinion I would never come back. Listen to the reviews they are right don’t come when I say listen to reviews I mean listen don’t ignore them. I do nails and I know better even my daughter does it to does very good work going to redo nails at home.

I asked for ombré. Tell me why the lady is doing my “ombré” with polishes… at the end it was just one color in clear lmao 🤣 no attention to detail could have just told me yall couldn’t do it. Everything was so uneven

Buyer beware the quality has gone downhill! Tech left white polish on my toe and dropped white polish on my slides!! Have come here since 2008 but they suck anymore!!

They used to work well but second to last time I went there older lady didn't use sterilized cuticle cutters and I got a fungal infection.

Disappointed, after reopening from being closed during Covid, yes they put plastic covers in the water bins but you could tell they had been used before. They did put plastic shields up but I used to spend about forty dollars for pedicure with callous remover and a paraffin wax and a gel polish manicure. This time after tip it was over seventy dollars, I won't be going back, I will have to go to the beauty school down the road a mile in Tolleson. I'm sad to leave them as I have been loyal for years but money is tight and I just can't afford them and I don't like used plastic covers being used.

Terrible dip job- the top coat came off within a day and she only did one layer of color. I even went back for a redo and it still came off again the next day. Not going back.

The worse dip powder work I have ever seen... lady skipped steps and my nails looks so ugly and uneven. I wish she would have just told me she didn’t know how to do dip. I will never be back.

Anisa and her team were so welcoming to me last minute.. and she even offered to stay after closing to get my pedi done because it's Valentine's day and they'd be booked! We both walked out at 8pm n they close at 7. She was wonderful and did a lovely job..I think I found a new home. I give them 5 stars for service and quality 🥰💅

Went to this place for the first time today for a pedicure and full set. The pedi was great cant complain but I had the worst experience when it came to my nails. First she told me she could do what I wanted (nude ombre) when it came time to do my nails she did the white and pink ombre only you could see the line I told her this isn't what I wanted then she tells me she ran out of that color, I could go on and on long story short she messed up my nails 3 times before we just painted them. I will never go there again EVER and I dont recommend anyone wasting there money there either.

I only wear pink and white and the women doing my nails 1st did not match color so you were able to see where she file my old nail Thur the pink making my nail looked crack, they did not clean the under nail. And try to get me to polish on the white. Not a good experience for me.

My nails came out alright, but the lady who did them were removing my cuticles and actually made several of my fingers bleed. It was very painful and they lost me as a customer.
