I love to have Vivian do my nails. She is always nice and she asks if you are ok and makes you feel comfortable. The one star is because her sister Lynn the face of the shop is very phony , her work is not A-1 and shows favoritism to certain customers. Her attitude sucks!

After trying almost every nail salon in town and being disappointed(over-priced, poor quality nail polish and barely lasted on my nails or made my nails break) , I finally found this place! I've been coming here religiously for about 5 to 6 years, all I can do is sing their praises!!! I adore the staff here, especially Lin! That's my GIRL! She caters to all my crazy and wild designs and if she can't Vivian does. Henry gives the BEST foot massages and paints my toes immaculately!!! Awesome staff!!!! I sometimes go over a month with my SNS and still arrive with nails intact but you see the growth. Recently I went from before May 5th to July 23rd( Lin was going to kill me for waiting so long lol), I arrived a HOT MESS! I left glamorous. I ❤️ this place so much, that whenever someone asks me; "who does your nails"?(which is quite often) ...I state Lily's Nails!!!! I get a lot of services done( waxing, paraffin wax treatment[feet and hands], high end pedicures[over 6 different choices])and I feel it is well worth it. You get what you pay for! I went to get my gel polish and tips taken off. The person made deep dents on my natural nails with a nail drill. I waited for it to heal maybe but it’s been a couple weeks and the marks they made are still visible. The service wasn’t professional and ended up damaging my natural nails. I haven’t had this problem before.

At first I was setting appointments with Vivian and she was great but sometimes she wasn’t so great in her workmanship. So I stop getting my nails done by anyone. Now I went back the other day (6 days ago)but went to see Lynn and this is the outcome. You spend all this money and you want a great experience every time and I feel that I shouldn’t have to keep wasting my valuable time going back for corrections to be made and if you speak up about it; they get an attitude and upset about their quality of service. I am going back to no nails or press on’s…..All the money spent in these nail salons; are we asking for to much. Nail polish chipped and lumpy

I have been going to this salon for years with my mom and sister. They are always so kind and courteous. My nails turn out great every time. They’re upfront with prices and don’t try to overcharge you. I 100% recommend them if you’re in town!

I have lived in GA for a year and a half now and FINALLY found an amazing nail salon! I’m obsessed with my nail design. I had three people work on me today and they were all helpful and amazing! This is definitely my new spot!

Ms. Hiaua she was very polite, patient, and she is very creative. She made sure the nails were to my liking and she kept checking throughout my visit to make sure I liked the finished product. I will certainly recommend her to others and I will be back in the near future for additional Services.

This was my first time at Lilys and I enjoyed my experience but I they are a little overpriced. One of my nails has a weird texture to it and some of them have weird holes from the cure top coat.

Will never go again. Had my nails done on Thursday and Saturday 3 nails broke in half bc the acrylic was really thin and on Monday 3 more broke. So within a week I had 6 nails broken.

I like going here. They are always busy but they are fast. They do quality work. The location is close to a lot of stores I shop often so on my nail days I can run a few errands while I'm in the area. The nails they do are pretty and they actually last long
