Very disappointed… I made my appointment 2 weeks prior. I texted an hour before my appointment….to confirm… “oh I can’t do it today”. No apology , No offer to reschedule. Just dead silence. I WOULDN'T recommend to anyone… unprofessional and just plan disrespectful of my time.

I got box braids by her and I loved them. So I decided to bring my daughter. Originally LOVED her hair and style on day one 2/26. By 2/28 my baby had puss and bumps around her edges. Today is 2/29/2024 and you can see how my child’s hair has been pulled out! I tried calling and contacting her but no response. I would take them down but $100 would be to waste on my 4 year olds hair. I recommend that if you do get braids do something with a lot less tension.
