I had a wonderful experience at Lilith's Lair! It has been a long time since I have had my hair professionally done, so I was very nervous to come in for my appointment. However, Aleasha was very communicative and put my mind at ease! She made sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and she executed it beautifully. She consistently checked that I was comfortable, and that I was informed every step of the process. Aleasha even gave me tips on how to better care for my curly hair, and recommended me products to use that have helped immensely. After both dying and cutting my hair, it ended up looking so much better than I could have ever expected! I highly recommend Aleasha if you are looking for a stylist!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lilith’s Lair! It’s an LQBTQIA+ owned salon with so many amazing artists working there. I get my hair done by Maddie and I just got my nails done there for the first time by Katy. This place has such an amazing atmosphere and I feel so at home there. Since their expansion, Lilith’s now has more than just hair service options including nails, massages, permanent makeup, tattooing, waxing, facials, and other esthetician services. I will never go anywhere but Lilith’s!!

I had never dyed my hair fully before so I was a bit scared but after coming here, I will never do it again. I had completely natural medium length wavy/curly hair and it was so fried by the span of two days. The person doing my hair was talking about using a new solution on me and a lot of it and I understand my hair is dark but if I knew it would of took multiple sessions instead of 1 and a half to get my hair that light I would of came in for multiple sessions. Months have passed I’ve bought so many hair masks, products that I was recommended and nothing. My hair is completely fried and I had looked on the website looking for a bleach and tone by Hunter which on the site they’re a bleach specialist. The site says 190 for bleach and tone but I think I was changed to a 230 package (bleach tone and color) something ended up happening because I was charged 400 dollars. I had stayed silent for a while due to seeing if I could revive my hair but it’s been months and im thinking of cutting it all off and never making my mistake ever again.

All the stylists I've met are so welcoming and positive, and they make sure to get a clear concept of what I want. The salon itself also has an adorable cutesy-goth vibe, I love the energy 🩵

I have an undercut all the way around my head and long hair on top. I have trouble finding a place that will thin my hair well enough so it flows without looking chunky/blocky. Emily did a great job blending my cut to flow well!

I just left the salon, I had an appointment today at 11am for a Redo color with Bailey. I was there previously on November 26th and had a great experience despite the color not turning out how i had wanted it. I walked in at 11AM and was greeted by another stylist and was told to have a seat. 10 minutes went by, then another 10 and i was still waiting. there were 2 other stylist that had clients and a few other stylists lingering around. at this point i had been waiting 30 minutes and nothing was said to me and bailey was nowhere to be found. The other stylist would just look at me as they walked by and i felt stupid just sitting there. I work in this industry and I understand things happen and people are late but to expect me to just sit there and wait with nothing being said to me or letting me know the situation is ridiculous. everyone was just staring and i felt uncomfortable and like i was just in the background. This salon is supposed to be about “inclusivity and making people feel comfortable” and i felt the opposite. its hard enough for me to go into salons because every time i do i am treated the way i was today.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. What a fantastic salon, and my hair looks awesome! Rylee gave me one of the best cut and colors I've ever had, and the best part is, we had fun! Rylee listened to what I was looking for and talked about special challenges I was having with my hair, recommended some great ideas, and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Both she and her trainee Autumn were helpful and such a blast to spend time with. Can't wait to come back!

Only been to Lilith’s twice now with Lore and it’s the cutest AND coolest shop ever. Everyone is super sweet and chill, definitely a judgment free zone. It’s nice finding a shop that doesn’t feel “sterile” or tense. everyone’s always laughing or joking and creating amazing hair/nails/tats/etc the Lair will for sure be my one n only salon from now on

Sister got her hair done recently, which is no easy task! She has more hair than anyone I've ever known. The stylist was great and fearless. Sister's hair turned out just amazing! And the vibe! Wow!What an awesome and inclusive place! I highly recommend them!

had Rylee as a stylist to do my partner's hair. they were accommodating, professional, and super friendly. they gave a lot of valuable and honest knowledge about managing hair growth and texture, and was quick to recommend special services from other stylists they share the studio with. the inside of the studio is cozy, colorful, and they provide free coffee, tea, buttons, stickers, and even condoms! just a heads up -- the entrance of the shop is down the stairs on the side of the building, their sign is above their door so it can't be hard to miss (just don't try to enter through the door on division that says "25", despite what Google Maps may tell you). each stylist has their own prices, so if you're looking for a budget-friendly haircut while exceeding expectations, Rylee is your person.

I cannot stress enough how much I loved this salon. The vibes were perfect ans everyone was so nice. chairs are comfy, big mirrors to see everything, and although it's like underground, it still feels bright and fun. I got a peekaboo dye done and my stylist even squeezed in some trimming for me even though I hadn't mentioned it before going in. I will absolutely be returning. my one thing would be if you're nervous about driving and parking, I'd take an Uber/Lyft or ask a friend to drive you the first time so you can get a feel for if it's a drive you can manage! I love my hair and feel amazing. Thank you Lilith's Lair!

After a horrible experience at a different salon (being over charged and not getting what I wanted) I was scared to try to go to another salon. But the vibe of this place is so warm and welcoming. When requesting what I wanted they explained the process and options for my hair. I loved the clear and open communication. On top of everything else, I finally got my dream hair. Thank you so much. I am so in love! For sure my go to place now 🫶

I enjoy the aesthetic and indie almost goth-punk vibe in this space. I came in for a massage, and Loren was supremely professional. The deer skull in the massage room was a very unique and cool addition. I felt comfortable during the session. Conversation was pleasant, but didn't distract from relaxation of my experience at all. My needs and requests in terms of massage pressure, areas of discomfort, and temperature were definitely heard and accommodated. As a master level massage therapist myself, I appreciated her efforts. I'll definitely recommend her, especially to my LBGTQIA+ friends who want to relax in a space that is queer friendly and safe.

I had a very fun and satisfying experience with Stacey (who also goes by Kay). After searching for a hairdresser who understands what I want for almost two years, it feels great to just go, sit down, and tell them the mullet you want, chat and laugh the whole time, and then, when it’s done, think, 'That was fun and exactly what I wanted!

I’ve been going to Loren for my massages for the last year and I couldn’t recommend her more! I’m a hairstylist so my shoulders, wrists and back have always bothered me. My pain has been much more manageable since going to her :)

This is, hands down, the best salon I’ve ever been to. They have a stylist for literally anybody. Emily cuts my hair perfectly every time. The atmosphere is super welcoming, friendly and chill. 10/10. I will always get my hair cut here.

After feeling like my previous stylist at another salon and I didn't mesh well together, I decided to take the plunge and try this place out. Since trying out Lilith a year and a half ago, Ive come to this salon more times than any other salons in the past. While I may not be queer, the openness of the stylists and owner of Lilith's lair is greatly appreciated. I don't feel outcasted for having hair ideas outside of the norm. The stylists here know exactly what they're doing for any work you want done. I also feel that I am much more connected and can communicate with everyone at Lilith's lair which is why I keep coming back.

We took my stepdaughter here for a haircut with Bailey. Our girl has very thick hair with tight ringlet curls and we’ve yet to find a stylist who’s been able to master her style. Today we found our new hair home! Thank you Bailey for working with us and giving her a cut that makes her feel like the tiny badass she is!
