Claire is just wonderful. I went in for full upper body wax and was pretty nervous with it being my first time (thanks to the infamous 40 year Old Virgin waxing scene.) She was extremely personable, professional, and worked SO quickly! Claire also has a wonderful sense of humor and that definitely was a main factor in curbing my anxiety. I look forward future visits!

Highly recommend! Clair is just amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I have done monthly facials and eyebrow design with her and can see the difference already! My skin feels soft and glowing. This week I had for the first time Indian head massage and it was so relaxing and refreshing.

I am so glad I found Claire! I recently moved to the area and have been looking for an experienced facialist who knows how to do extractions properly. She did a wonderful job giving me a cleanup as well as a nice relaxing hour. Her space is cozy and lovely. Also - my dog had gotten hurt that morning and I asked last minute if I could bring him with me, and she was so kind about the whole thing! Thanks, Claire, happy to meet you and see you again soon!

I had a wonderful and relaxing facial with Claire. It was a great way to start off fresh in the new year. The studio is so cozy and Claire is a lovely person, as well as very skilled at what she does. I plan to make facials a monthly treat for myself.

Had my nose, ears, back, and bum waxed. Claire was very nice, fun to chat with, and provided an excellent waxing experience. She was very knowledgeable and also checked up about a week later to make sure no skin irritation started to occur. I highly recommend Lil Brit of Wax and Facials 10/10!

Claire is amazing! I haven’t had many experiences with facials, so when I came in I didn’t know what to expect. Claire was so helpful and explained everything she was doing. She also helped me learn how I should care for my skin in general with various tips. The extractions didn’t hurt at all and I have a very low pain tolerance.The appointment was so relaxing and I look forward to coming back!

I booked a facial for my husband and he went reluctantly, hes had facials in the past, but after having a facial with Claire he actually feltl comfortable enough to make his next appointments at lil brit of Wax, The room is spotless, very clean and he felt extremely comfortable, I love the way the skin felt and looks and he's looking forward to his next facial, in fact I've also booked him to have some waxing done too.. in need of ear and nose, in and out, when did he grow hairs that look like a tree branches hanging out of the nose, not very attractive, and no one told him until now, it's a thing ...get it removed.. JUST DO IT. I would have no problem recommending lil Brit of Wax to anybody that wants to feel like a million dollars.. Robert S

I went for an eyebrow wax & tint today & had a lovely experience. Claire did a nice job with the shape & choosing the right tint so it wasn't too dark or too light. She was very friendly & gentle. I thought the face massage at the end was a nice touch. Her pricing is very fair, especially in this area. A true gem, & glad to of found her. I can’t wait to try a facial. I will definitely be back!

Just moved back to Darien after four years in London and was ecstatic to have a Lil Brit here in town :) Claire is the loveliest person, so warm and welcoming and she exudes such passion for her work and perfecting her skill. I have had two divine facials - I will call them experiences — with Claire. My skin, was unbelievable. Not to mention how relaxing and enjoyable everything is. Having lived overseas with all kinds of treatments in many countries, I can’t say enough good things about Claire’s technique and what sets her apart from all the rest. Her “bells and whistles” and gentle hands, inviting calm studio and warm cozy bed, and absolutely adorably pleasant persona make it the ultimate experience. And I loved her little nods to the UK in making her space such a haven for self-care — “keep calm and wax on” and “laugh until you tinkle in your knickers”. For regular facial care, specific problem areas, professional hair removal or a much needed tranquil pampered escape - and a caring cheeky friend, Claire and Lil Brit of Wax and Facials is my new obsession!!!

Claire is truly amazing at what she does, a master of her craft and an all around beautiful person! I am a former client who saw her for waxing, brow tinting, and facials. Claire is absolutely wonderful. I went in yesterday for my lift ever eyelash lift and it changed my life. I added on the gold undereye treatment as well. This service brightened up the look of my usual tired, dull eyes. I woke up this morning just ecstatic that I don’t have to do anything. I was a long time user of eyelash extensions but Claire changed my mind, I love how natural eyelashes look now. Claire is just so personable and really knowledgeable about what she does and it’s amazing to see that passion. Thank you Claire for really being great and providing me such wonderful service!

I’ve been going to Claire for about a year now for a monthly facial. Her place is in a great spot near Park Ave and is so cute and clean. Lately she’s been doing a dermaplane facial, I just the results..my skin feels so clean and radiant. She does great lash lifts too, I’m addicted ..it completely opens my eyes and I feel so much more girly.
