Light & Tight MediSpa is absolutely the best. Laura and Afsha are incredible at what they do, and they make you feel very comfortable during the procedures. I’ve had injections done by a dermatologist in the past, and she didn’t come close to the abilities of these 2 girls. I walk out looking and feeling even more beautiful each and every time!! I highly recommend!!

I love this MediSpa and only wish I had found it years ago!!! Sweet and incredible staff- beautiful and clean spa/ salon- value prices! I met Afsha and she took her time with me- explained any and everything including my questions and concerns- and really cared! I am so grateful to have found such a gem in Richmond and look forward to my next visit! Highly recommend and Afsha has my loyalty! 🫶🏻

Light and Tight Medispa has helped my skin tremendously. I was breaking out with cystic acne and didn’t know which products to use for my skin and was lost in the process. Val the aesthetician has been so patient and has guided me in what products and treatments I needed to do to help my skin. Vi peel has been “ the magic peel” for my skin and was one of main things that helped my skin very much. The products they provided me which is Isclincal cleansing complex, Isclincal Hydro cool, active serum and Pro heal has made my skin glowy, less texture, less breakouts, and helped with hyperpigmentation such as scars. I recommend checking out Light and Tight because they have helped me with my skin and could definitely help you with yours too.

A great experience at Light & Tight every time I’ve visited. Afsha does an exceptional job making sure you are comfortable during your visit and addressing any of your issues/concerns. I have visited several times for dysport to help with fine lines and I will continue visiting this medspa. Their facials are also great. I’ve visited for a hydrafacial and it was very relaxing and my skin looked great afterwards.

Would like to give zero but cannot. I will definitely not be going back! The old owner would have never treated any of her clients the way I was treated today. I went in for a consultation for tattoo removal and was told we would be doing treatment... not sure how when I didn't have a consult nor did I know what the pricing would be. After I was told $600-$800 per session and I might need 8-10, I obviously declined. After knowing I wouldn't pay that kind of money, they were no longer interested in me being there. I have been going to this spa for years and services they offer can be found at a spa where people are valued in general.

I’ve been going here since Anna opened her spa. Anna is great, been with her since’97! It has become much louder the last several months during treatments, makes it slightly more difficult to relax. Will still come to see Anna!

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all, went in for a consultation they give me one price and then the manager gave me another price then then she said she would follow up with the tech to see what price she gave me. Which I was fine with waiting but they never call or msg me back to even tell me the price. They are so unprofessional!!!!!
