My experience here was great! The stylists here are very nice and extremely skilled! Abby picked the exact hair color that I needed and gave me a beautiful cut and style. Lynn did a great job too. They kindly served me beverages and there is a lovely view of the trees in the back through the large windows.😊

Bry is absolutely amazing! She always spends quality time discussing what I want for my hair and giving me awesome tips for maintaining my hair. I truly believe she goes above and beyond for her clients. She gives me the most awesome hair cuts hand down best I have ever had. She not only is an amazing stylist but a great and warm personality. Took both of my granddaughters to her. She was very patient for a very anxious 3 year old. By the middle of the shampoo, the 3 year old was in love with the "Hair Doctor" Granddaughter has very curly hair, not only did ABBY HART take the extra time to soothe her fears, she did an amazing cut with the curls. The 5 year old thought the "head massage" (aka wash) was the best

I don’t typically enjoy getting my hair cut but Felicia at Lifted Salon is so warm and welcoming and immediately makes me feel comfortable. She can transform my hair into something I feel really good about. The salon is friendly and spacious, easy to find right on Folsom-Auburn. It’s super easy to book online, and the price is all-inclusive. (There is even an option to indicate you’d like a quiet session if you don’t feel chatty!) I highly recommend Lifted Salon!

I adore this salon! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They have me hooked on the Davines hair product line- my hair feels so much healthier since I’ve started going here. I also appreciate the inclusive pricing as figuring out gratuity always makes me feel awkward. Zodie is a hair cut and color genius. She is able to make the purple coloring blend so well with my natural brown and gray. My cuts leave me feeling like a new person. Going to see her is always the highlight of my week. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoy talking and laughing with her when I visit. My daughters (11 and 13) see Abby and she is also amazing. She’s able to tame the thick and curly hair my youngest has and helped my oldest daughter get her hair back to health after she was done with a permanent vivid hair color she had for a few years prior to coming to Abby. She is so bubbly and helpful, she really makes my girls feel comfortable with her and we all love their finished haircuts.

I went to the salon after having a really bad experience at hoshall in Folsom which did a horrible job and was so rude to me. I asked if they could correct my orange hair color and make it more blonder and they said no problem they were very patient. And my hair came out so beautiful thank you so much

I wasn’t able to leave a review on Lifted’s website (technical difficulty). I would though! This review is LONG overdue - I went to Lifted for the first time Aug. 13th. How did I end up with Zodie? I chose her based on my appointment needs actually. But it was fate at its finest. This review is to congratulate Zodie on her experience, technique, friendliness (bonus 🥳) and results. It’s also for Lifted- more about that later. BUT- even more than those two, this is for the curly haired “girls.” I’ve always described my hair as challenging. When speaking to other curly haired people, one can easily come to the conclusion that most of us have a love-hate relationship with our curls. I have been soaking up curly hair advice for the last ten or so years. I’m Mexican American, and over the years I have learned that most of the advice (Videos) which has helped my hair look its best has been sourced from Black women with curls similar to mine. I need to style my hair wet and out of the shower. Most of the time. When Zodie began to style my hair, I instantly knew that she knew how to treat curly hair. I know - I should not have been shocked. But I was. Maybe people with curly hair have this experience too? I ❤️ LOVE ❤️ the dimensional color combo she produced. It’s brown and light brown. Or brown and caramel. I guess I loved the results so much I didn’t bother to ask more details about the color. They use a product in the salon called Davines. Ultimately , I chose Lifted Salon because I live in Folsom. But after that I chose it because of what it said on their homepage: Inclusivity + Sustainable Beauty. It also said: we’re not typical. After being in their space, and learning about the products they use, I can say they’re not exaggerating when they say they’re atypical. I really love my new look, and have received so many compliments on my hair since my session with Zodie. This is my new go-to salon! I’ve been looking for a hair salon that I feel comfortable at and does a good job with my hair since I’ve moved to this area last year. Claire was able to fix the mistake the last salon made and the environment is relaxed and comfortable. Prices are reasonable and everyone was super friendly. So happy I found Lifted!

This review is long overdue, but I just needed to shoutout Bry! I’ve been going to her for the past few years, from her previous salon to Lifted, simply because she is an expert at what she does. I am one of many who trust very few with their hair, and having moved here from another state, I’m so happy I found her. She is always honest with her feedback/suggestions, while also listening to what your vision is to bring it to life! I appreciate her intentionality with her art - it shows in the results. I came into Lifted with a haircut from another salon that I was really sad about. I wasn't sure how salvageable it was. I have been going to Abby for about 9 months after answering her model call for someone wanting extensions. I’d been stalking her on instagram and was intrigued by her work. I am SO happy I messaged her! She has been such a magician with my hair - after having gastric bypass, a bunch of kids and then bleaching my hair platinum blonde for most of my life, my hair was pretty pissed off. Abby has been instrumental in giving me my dream hair while maintaining and restoring my natural hair’s health. My hair is gorgeous, luxurious and most people don’t even realize it’s not my own. Abby & Zodie did an amazing job with my hair! I truly felt taken in and seen. Not only was my hair amazingly done and colored, but the longevity and health of my hair was considered, making me feel well taken care off and going in the right direction for the overall health of my hair. I have naturally curly/wavy hair that I'm, growing out to natural gray/white from chocolate brown. I don't like to fuss with my hair so I usually do a wash and wear. I was fortunate enough to find Tiana who is a specialist in curly hair . She knew exactly what to do to cut down on the frizzys and she created a beautiful shape and style. I've gotten so many compliments from family and friends and I'm so grateful I found Tiana.
