Specific services include facials, Wella hair color, hair extensions, and smoothing treatments, CBD massage, lash extensions, waxing and more.

I just joined LifeTime, and got connected with Amy as my hairstylist at the LifeSpa. Amy is wonderful to work with, she’s pleasant and very friendly. She gives me a great cut everytime and is happy to make suggestions for cuts. She listens well to clients requests and makes helpful suggestions. Amy is a real gem and will not disappoint.

BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE?... Yes. Yes it was. Every massage I have had here has been exceptional but Michael at San Clemente Life Time Spa was so incredibly good. My sister went to him last month and told me he was the best but the experience surpassed what I had hoped for. He was so informative and hit every spot I needed. I have zero tension left in my entire body and feel like I am walking on a cloud. I hope he stays at this spa forever! This will be the Christmas gift I give for every family member this year!

Hands down the best facial experience I’ve ever had! The spa is absolutely lovely from staff to treatment area. Super clean, well appointed furnishings and an overall relaxing environment. My aesthetician Diane was attentive to my every need and request. Her professionalism and skill level far exceeded my expectations. I already have my next appointment!

I’ve had two massages at LifeTime and both were just mediocre. The first therapists was so sweet so I won’t name her but she just seemed very new and unsure of what to do. My second appointment was booked with a different therapist who ended up calling out and the first therapist I had filled in. I didn’t want to be a pain about it and was already there so just paid for another less than average massage. The third massage I had booked no showed without warning and the front desk staff basically told me this is a rare occurrence I’m sure it won’t happen again but offered nothing in terms of x amount off my next treatment or even an apology. I had coordinated childcare to be there but even then left without complaint. Against all reason I booked a fourth massage but unfortunately had to cancel within the 24 hour window due to coming down with the flu. I explained that I’ve never cancelled so late and wouldn’t be doing so if I wasn’t so sick with a high fever. In this case they of course choose to uphold the policies they themselves don’t follow and say they are charging me 100% of the fee. If this was even my second time cancelling within 24 hours of the booking I would understand but for my first and only time after they completely no-showed on my last booking? I feel that’s pretty unreasonable. For such average treatments please just go to a real spa that isn’t managed by the LifeTime team. I certainly won’t be back.

A huge part of 5 star customer service is good communication and timeliness. If your policy is to not provide massage for your clients until atleast 2 days after they have been vaccinated, then I expect to know that ahead of time, not when I am already in the therapy room anticipating the beginning of a service that I have been looking forward to. The therapist was also 10 minutes behind, when the spa had already called me to move my appointment up, which I did, rearranging my schedule and coming half an hour earlier then I had originally scheduled.

Got a hydrafacial done with Brandee and I absolutely love how amazing my skin looks! Now I'm booked once a month for a hydrafacial and I am already obsessed with the results. I absolutely love this Lifespa!!!!
