I’ve been a client of the LifeSpa for the past 7 years. Paula, the nail technician is a great nail stylist, very detailed and always pleasant to be around. The spa also has great hair stylists who are always providing great advices, doing an awesome job each time and use the best products! My go to stylists are Renata, Anna and Lindsay!

Lifetime, a beautiful facility with a modern innovative design and a promise to address all your health,fitness and wellbeing needs. After almost 8 years of being a member and lifetime enthusiast , it deeply disappoints me to witness its core values and principles of customer service and integrity become undermined by its employees. Evidently the company’s management particularly the “ Lifespa” has lost touch with Lifetime’s mission of excellence in helping every guest receive what is requested, compensated and expected of . As a former member I do not recommend this location . I unfortunately had very difficult, displeasing , uncomfortable, nonsensical experience with the Spa manager , Milia . While Milia is quick with her mundane tasks and speaks with well manners , she severely lacks morals, integrity, compassion and rather indulge herself in juvenile behavior . Lying to a long time , regular client (myself) for her own financial gain is unacceptable and extremely distasteful . Milia attempted to charge me twice the amount of my service and was extremely unprofessional and rude when I questioned her motives. After four long hours of listening to her belittling and devaluing me as a weekly customer, she finally gave up her unwarranted stubbornness and admitted she wasn’t being honest with me about the extra charges and fully admitted that her intentions weren’t fair and that she was fully taking advantage of me. To cheat a customer for chump change is really sickening. I unfortunately had to continue to refuse payment for a service I never received . Milia admitted she wanted to charge me two massages for her and for her massage therapist to cash in . Mind you I only received one massage… I took the high road and rescheduled a few weeks later because I was experiencing a tremendous amount of pain and discomfort and she called me explaining that she was taking me off the schedule for a issue with me that wasn’t verbalized . Out of genuine concern I would hope that upper management requests her to be evaluated. After this disturbing experience with her its unclear whether she is mentally, emotionally and psychologically capable of continuing her Spa management position. If you decide to visit the Life spa I highly recommend and trust Lynn with getting you on the schedule , checking you in, and for check out. As for the massage therapists I highly recommend Alicia. Alicia is professional, kind, and has an excellent work ethic. I would avoid Marcella at all costs, while Marcella’s technique is excellent her personal manners are unsettling-if you will. Personally I didn’t enjoy Marcella gossiping about other employees and guests , asking me very personal, inappropriate questions that made me extremely uncomfortable and more tense than when I first walked in. I didn’t appreciate Marcella emotionally dumping traumatic experiences on me during my session when it was absolutely unnecessary . Unfortunately she lacks social skills and cues for if she actually possessed those key skills she would have had the awareness that she is making her client feel uncomfortable. Hope this helps guests navigate through lifetime and make the best choices that fit for them.

Pam at the hair salon is the best . She is a very talented Hair stylist . I traveled 45 minutes from Morris county and she is well worth the trip .

Previously went to Pam at a different salon, followed her here yesterday for an appointment and I am so happy I did. She is amazing with color and listens to everything I have to say. I am super indecisive and horrible with hair upkeep and she made me look and feel amazing! Can't say enough great things about her!

The spa is amazing! Such a great atmosphere...the entire staff is so friendly and professional. My stylist Pam is truly the best!! She always does a flawless job with my highlights and haircut.

I've been a member for 3 years (1 year after they opened). I go when there is the minimum number of people there - between 11 and 4pm. When the outdoor pool is open (Memorial Day at end of May to Labor day at the beginning of September) the place is much busier. During the fall and winter, I usually find a parking spot with a short walk. I am a swimmer, slow, so I am in the lane for almost an hour. Almost all the time I have the lane to myself. Inside there is a lap pool with its own filter system and 4 degrees colder so for an hour swim is very pleasant. In the summer, the lap area is part of the leisure pool. The club is a little expensive for NJ but there are all sort of classes and facilities, like a climbing wall and gym and a huge variety and quantity of aerobic and strength machines. The dressing room has most everything to paper yourself- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, hair spray, dispoablerasors, q-tips, mouthwash... I've asked the director to stop chlorine neutralizer to soak my suit in after the swim but so far no luck.
