Courteous staff, very friendly and helpful. Salon was very clean and we'll organized. We we're traveling from out of symtate. I arrived early and they took me immediately. Would go back!!

I’ve been here twice and I’ll be back again and again. It’s quiet on weekdays so I get to relax while getting the best pedi in Vegas. Go here you won’t be disappointed.

AMAZING! Is the best way to describe my nail salon experience today with Michelle. I had a really bad experience at another salon but she renewed my faith that great customer service and top notch skills do still exist! I have not had a pedicure this good in a very long time. SO Highly recommended!!!!!

Big space with lots of spots for manicures and pedicures. I would imagine it would be an awesome spot for a bday party or bridal party. They are quick and efficient. My daughter and I went for an early mother's day treat. The tech was patient with my 5 year old.

I had an appointment here a few days ago. My appointment was for 545, I show up at 537. Let me start by saying I was not greeted and the lady who was supposed to do my nails stared me up and down with a look of disgust quite a few times, I thought she was a bitter customer. Anyway, I spend five minutes looking at colors and when I’m finished I take a seat. At 545 on the dot, my nail tech walks by and says she’ll be back. She just leaves. No sign of her. I waited five or six minutes and just walked out, I can’t handle rudeness. The whole time I was in there she was just gossiping and sipping coffee, the moment my appointment starts is the moment she walks out. I’m new to this neighborhood and was looking for a new home salon. The treatment here was disappointing and disgusting. When customers make appointments, stick to them. If something comes up, say that but don’t want until after the fact.

I waited 15 minutes even tho I had an appointment. I also did not get the person I requested even tho I made my appointment weeks in advance. My water got cold waiting.. very unfortunate. I wanted to like it here

I went in and the lady told me she doesn’t know how to do a French tip, only knows how to paint one color. The most basic nail design is a French tip, how did you get a license? As a nail salon , you should hire people who can do a basic white french tip, that should be one thing you should know how to do as s tech. Not a good experience.

Janette is the best ! I always love the shape of my nails and how she has an eye for detail . She’s very gentle and caring as well with my nail beds. She’s the best nail tech I’ve found in Las Vegas!

Long review ahead. I chose this place because it had better reviews than another salon I was looking at, but my and my grandma's experience here was so bad. I called ahead to book an appointment for noon, which the lady said would work. We were sat down in our chairs with water in the basins at noon sharp, and someone came right over to start on my grandma's feet. 30 minutes go by and I still have no one working on my feet. Also, the woman my grandma had did not even know what all is included in the luxury pedicure, so several times we had to tell her what was needed next. I finally called a manager over, who explained that they were short-staffed because another woman needed her nails fixed. I wasn't told there would be such a long wait because of this. I was just made to wait. We told the manager about our bad experience, and I decided not to even get a pedicure and pay $65 for this bad service. The manager told my grandma she would only be charged $50, which is the price of a deluxe pedicure. I still thought that was too much and she should pay way less, just because of the bad customer service and the need to tell her nail lady what was next in the pedicure. The manager was barely apologetic and even walked away when my grandma was still talking to her. Needless to say, I will not be coming back and will make sure I tell my family to not come to this salon either.

Used to love this salon, every manicurist was great I had no preference. Recently though, I’ve not had the best time.. my nails barely last 2 weeks when I take good care of them, they just pop off. I also got a fungus under my middle finger due to lack of of nail prep, water got under my nails almost instantly. I hate to say it but, I won’t be returning due to lack of care.

Very nice group of people here. The pedicure was fabulous. Relaxing, my leg massage came with my pedicure and lasted at least 20 minutes. I was greeted at the door , everyone was all smiles. I do recommend this salam in southern highlands. It’s really the best!!

You have to know someone there, to get good service. I was a walk in, it was my first time there, I was looking for a nail place closer to our new home. Nobody walked up to attend me. I was asked from afar what service I wanted. I wanted a full set. They then went on to talk in their language and was finally told to take a seat in a station. I was NEVER asked what I wanted as far as nail shape, design, color, etc. She started on her own. Luckily I wanted squared shape, which is what she did, but when she asked me "what color" I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she said "I don't do designs"😳 She said she could do the " V tip, but not the design." So I tried to cope and told her it's ok to just do V shape on ALL the nails. She did not know what she was doing! I had to ask for the manager, the "manager" came and in their language, again, I guess told her to remove the polish and then told me that once it was removed she would take care of me. I had already been there for 2 hours!! And i had to wait for the "manager" to finish her client. I was already late so I told her to just do a simple design, so I changed what I wanted AGAIN 🫤 and even at that, she did not do a good job. She was upset that she continuously has to fix the same person's work all the time. And at the end she asked "do you want me to remove again?" 🙄 Like, it's not my fault!!!! I was not there with that intention! The other nail techs were busy attending appointments with people who regularly come to them. In a review I did see someone say something about a lady there who "didn't do designs" and there was a response saying that the issue would be taken care of, well it hasn't!!! I was told by the manager to request someone next time, well how do I request someone when I'm new and second of all I should be able to walk into a SALON and receive SALON quality service, regardless of who attends me. And to top it off, I was still charged FULL PRICE!!!! which i paid, because i am not that kind of person, i was already upset of what I was put through, but will not be returning. Not even the manager was willing to pick up the mess this lady had done, I wonder if that first lady even has a license!! I don't understand how she would get her license if she isn't able to do basic nail requests. And if they want to have her working there, they should atleast advise the client that she isn't licensed or just doesn't do any design

After bouncing around from nail salon to nail salon, Life Nail Bar has become my go to spot! They are so attentive, welcoming, and positive. I like to try a lot of designs that I see on pinterest/instagram and they are always open to trying ideas that I like. If someone isn’t able to do a design, they ask someone else to try. Which isn’t expected, but makes it feel like they are going the extra mile && is greatly appreciated! :)

Wonderful service and they offer a discount program where you can use points to lower the cost. I've been going for over two months now and my favorite show or movie is always playing. A nice bonus 💜🪄 they also stay open late-ish too which rocks for us that work and get off late.
