Do not go here if you have short nails! I am a busy mom of two and wanted to treat myself to getting my nails done but sadly, the nail tech was extremely rude the entire time because of my short nails. She was even talking about them to the lady next to her. I wanted to leave so badly.

My husband and I got pedicures there today & we’re very pleased with our experience overall!! They really took their time to provide great service that was priced accordingly and reasonably.

Normally i like going here. They are great at pedicures, but i had an appointment for acrylics today with Michael at 11 he informed me they were a low staffed and that i would have to wait a bit. I finally sat down with a tech that wasn't Michael an hour later, and she told me that the colors i wanted to do were tacky and she wouldn't do it. Then she proceeded to tell me she was going to do the gel x thing, which wasn't what i had asked for. After putting the fake nails on and cutting my nails, the tech then said she would "be right back." Then she went and sat with another customer and started to do her nails, which were acrylics. This whole experience was so unprofessional, and whenni complained, they acted like i was in the wrong and rushed through the rest of my service, leaving the paint lumpy and the edges of my nails jagged. I literally cried when i got home. This is something i do to relax, and it was just a really bad experience.

I went about 4 days ago. It took the lady Sally about an hour and 45 minutes to do acrylic nails. She made one nail longer than all the other ones and had to get them Filed down and when I when in to do so a different man called another nail tech over to look at my nails like they looked bad. The first day I had them they looked grown out and I have a feeling the guy knew they looked bad and didn’t want to do anything about it. I am very disappointed and will never go back.

The best nail techs in Nashville!! I always get nail art and they always copy the picture I give them. They take there time and are very nice and very talented! I’m always satisfied when I leave.

I am in LOVE WITH MY NAILS ! This is the second I came to this wonderful nail shop. Tinna was very great, I get my nails done by her all the time. She is very wonderful and friendly and respectful. Also Tinna takes her time and make sure it’s perfection to perfect. I love her. She makes me happy when she is done with my nails. Very satisfied, I promise! First shop in Nashville Tn I have went to and so far so good!

Went here earlier this week for a simple gel manicure. My technician was working on me and another woman who I guess was a regular. Because she was switching back and forth my manicure was rushed and done poorly. I had to keep telling her to hit the UV light button and she seemed annoyed by it but she kept forgetting to turn it on. When I got home I noticed she only put a single coat on one of my nails so the color is completely different than my other nails and is streaky. Also after two days 2 of my nails had chips in them with GEL. And on one there was a black dot (dirt or something) that got painted over so there is this weird black dot by my cuticle. I do not recommend and will never be back, horrible experience. Also none of the equipment used on me came from a sterile package.

I took my 2 girls. It was reasonably priced, clean. Everyone was super nice and does quality work. Lots of colors to choose from. The pedicure massage chairs actually worked and gave me the best massage.

Very clean and the girl who did my acrylics did a great job, took her time and made sure they looked good. Will be going back.
