Loved every part of the experience. Staff are welcoming. Seating is comfortable. Temperature is perfect. Lighting is easy on the eyes and the open windows let in a bunch of natural light. Massage and facial were awesome leaving me feeling extremely relaxed. Thank you!

Been here twice with my husband for the facial with a friend and we had a relaxing time! Felt very refreshed afterwards and the ladies who did my facial were so kind!

I came here to treat myself for my birthday and it was exactly what I needed. I got a massage for the first time and it was SO good. This is also the second time I’ve received a facial from here and the products they use smell so good and the estheticians always take their time and are so kind.

Just had a wonderful experience at Lex. Angela was so sweet and answered all of my questions. The space was clean and private rooms kept out outside noise. Pricing is very reasonable and I feel I got much more than what I paid for. I will definitely be back and will be referring friends who need some pampering.

Lex Facial Bar was great for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! They were so lovely to work with over the phone when planning and we had a great experience the day of. The place itself is also so pretty! It was the perfect space for everyone to stay together while taking turns getting our facials. I would highly recommend their services!

Overall, the experience was underwhelming. The spa and estheticians were very nice and knowledgeable. However, we did the "facials with a friend" which included cleanser, face mask, toner and steam, but we were left sitting there with the face mask on for over 10 minutes. It would've been nice to have a neck or arm massage while we waited and relaxed. Felt like we paid for a face wash and mask and that was it

I came in hoping to find a new Esthetician after my pervious Esthetician moved, and I am so happy that I gave Lex Facial Bar a chance. My Grand Lounge Facial was with Angela and it was perfection. I have been getting facials for 10+ years and Angela is definitely the top 3 best facials I have ever had.

I just had a facial at Lex and it was top notch. A relaxing environment, soothing and refreshing aromas from the cleansing products and the facial itself was thorough and so enjoyable. My self care routine will continue to include a facial from Izzy at Lex. 🫶🏼💝

Isabelle was so gentle and kind to my friend and I! It was our first time here - we reserved ahead of time for 'facial with a friend ' during their happy hour pricing. There are a few different personalized add-ons you can choose for yourself. I did the jade roller face massage (cooling) option and skin scrubber. I love that the consent form also takes into account the person's medications and conditions to aid their overall experience. Price is fair to the high quality of products used and care received. My friend and I cannot wait to come back!

I’ve had the Bliss facial, the back treatment and the Stress Relieving one as well. My husband had Isabella and I usually have Angela. The girls there are good vibes and welcoming and do a great job. Such a nice relaxing experience and you can’t beat the price. Very convenient location and easy peasy parking is a huge plus. When I’m done there, I usually walk right across the street to the Ionia market for lunch and coffee. A great way to spend an afternoon. Definitely love going to Lex Fascial Bar!

Love this Spa!! The Grand Lounge Facial with a Friend is one of our favorites!! Not only is it a great deal for two bestie's to get a facial done together to unwind but the pampering is wonderful and it's a full hour! The steam feels great, along with the high frequency treatment, finishing with the cooling globes, and everything in-between!! You need to try them out if you haven't already. Lastly they also they have some great CBD shower scrubs up front, I've tried two different ones and they both smelled great and were very calming as described.

Went in for a wax and tint and a happy hour facial. The esthetician was very friendly and created a relaxing environment. I was pleased with how my skin looked after the treatment and thought the prices were good as well.
