I recently visited Level 5 Hair Salon and was shocked by the experience. The salon was dirty, with hair clippings and dust everywhere, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority. Even more disappointing was the owner, who was incredibly rude and full of herself. She showed no respect for customers, acting as if she was doing us a favor by simply being there. This combination of dirtiness and arrogance made the visit very unpleasant. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend this place to anyone. This rude, arrogant, unapologetically bad ladies name is Rosa Carretero-Fung. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this “stylist” and salon.

I went to Level 5 for the first time and got a cut and blow dry from Peggy. Booking online was super easy. My hair texture started to change about 10 years ago and I haven’t gotten a haircut I loved since. Until yesterday! I brought in photos and Peggy asked what I disliked about my last cuts, which was a great question. The whole thing took about an hour which I loved and I now have a haircut I can wear down or up and it looks cute. It frames my face and the layers are cut perfectly. Thank you Peggy!

Always friendly staff, recommended making an appointment as these ladies are in demand. Dana is sweet and personable and I walk out knowing my hair is healthy and I look great. She remembers me after 6 months which is super nice.

I have had positive experiences as this Salon. Stylists are friendly and open to wearing a mask based on customer comfort. I have had Dana cut my hair and my kid's hair, she is so kind. I recently had Michelle cut my hair and she was great too!

Irene is great! I have very little style vocabulary to tell her what I wanted, just a couple of photos from the internet to give her an idea, and she gave me a gorgeous short haircut which was pretty much exactly what I was envisioning. Also super nice and easy to talk to. I will be back.

Peggy did my hair and makeup for a holiday party at work and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. I’m a complete novice for all things hair or makeup-related, but she was patient with me, checked in to make sure I was good, and spent all the time needed to get it perfect. I received plenty of compliments! Very reasonably priced as well.

John is great, and is very precise about cutting my hair just so. He is also careful about making sure I'm happy before I leave. I drive a convertible, enjoy being able to get out, knowing my hair has fallen back in place, and looks great, not at all like it's been blowing in the wind.

Everyone in the salon is super friendly and welcoming, and I always look forward to coming and relaxing for a couple hours. I see John, and I'm always happy with my color and cut. I bounced around to a few other places when moving to the area and once I came here I knew it was my new go-to salon. Also you can book online which is a huge bonus for me.

I've had about 3 sessions with Sue and the haircut is only part of the package. That's why I said session because along with a rockin' haircut that stays looking fantastic throughout all the stages of growth until the next haircut, Sue is a ton of fun. Her quick, witty humor, amazing sense of service, and ability to butter me up with lots of great compliments has me feel uplifted and cheerful after a haircut. Awesome!
