These guys installed our pool 2 years ago. Their customer service is beyond compare. The owner has always responded to my questions the same day, whether it’s late evening or weekends. The technicians are always friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Leisure Life Pools over most major pool companies in the Lexington and Irmo areas.

5 Star Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Leisure Life Pools & Spas... Jason - (the owner), truly cares about the relationship he builds with his customers. He is a great listener, honest man and down to earth. The guys at the Lexington store are always so welcoming, friendly and quick to help answer any questions. Brice kept us informed with every detail and helped make 'purchasing day' such a breeze for us. Install was quick and easy! The employees who came to our home for leveling and clearing ground, and during install were such a joy & very respectful. After install, Jason has been readily available without any hesitation to help answer questions we've had as new pool owners. Jason was also very quick to come to our home to address and fix a couple of minor issues we had after pool install. We are SO thankful to Leisure Life Pools & Spas and their excellent customer service! Our family is looking forward to enjoying many years of fun and memories in our lovely 24 ft × 52" pool. This was the best purchasing decision and we are very happy!

Thank you very much to Jason to fix my spa. He came and was very nice and professional. Had it going again and my foot was back to walking better and swelling was back to a good normal. He came quickly knowing I rely on this to help me walk.

Absolutely the best purchase we have made in awhile! We bought a 27 ft Oasis from them and it’s amazing plenty of room easy to take care of and manage chemicals, we added the ionizer to our package and wow so easy to maintain water clarity and chemicals! The entire purchase from grading to installation has been great too wait time was just as they said! Everyone has been 100% helpful from the pool store to Jason answering all of my questions anytime I text him he is right there to help! We read the reviews and decide to go with Leisure Life. Paid the down payment which was half of the cost of the pool. They accepted the signed check and said it would be 6 to 8 weeks and when the pool was installed then the rest of the payment would be due. Well we received a call last week from Jason and they were ahead of schedule and the guy who grades would be here this week but…they changed their policy. We would now need to pay the balance up front. In SC this is known as breach of contract which does not have to be written. The acceptance of the check constitutes an agreement. Seem like nice people but when you accept a customer you do not change the agreement in the middle. Terrible business practice. Needless to say we now have a membership to Top Spin. Jason thanks for your “Good luck in getting a pool comment” it was an eye opener.

Excellent service. My wife and I went in to buy a pool, staff was very professional and showed us our options and told us a date when installation would take place. They were there on the date and time they stated and quickly went to work. I have put up and down a pool every year for over 10 years and knew it was time to make an investment in a quality more permanent pool and Leisure Life made that easy. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

I have yet to purchase a pool from Jason at Leisure Life, however he has held my hand for months now with assisting me along the way with a purchase. He has been patient, has explained all recommendations and non-recommendations. The fact that he has treated me with kindness, answered every call and email has helped me to make my mind up and chose Leisure Life. Thank you for everything you have helped me through and I hope we will close on this project in the next week.

We are seriously considering a 27 x 52 inch above ground pool with Leisure Life Pools & Spas. They have a nice outdoor set up complete with decking, choice of stairs - it really gives the customer plenty of variety to make a good choice. We will make our final decision this Thursday May 7th

We love our pool, and the pattern on the outside is unique it is a nice addition to our home. It is the easiest pool we have ever had to take care of with the ionizer. The guys helped balance the water first time and then easy. Thanks

We bought from a different company because leisure life didnt tell us that we could have a 'deep end'. I spoke to them later, and they said 'oh yea, we couldve done that.' Too late, ive bought on elsewhere.
