This place sucks. Nails turn out crappy and the women who work there are pretty rude except right before you have to pay they will start being nice. One of the ladies left my toenails too long and when I told her I would like them shorter she said "they are prettier this way". She didn't make it shorter until I said something like, "okay I guess i'll just do it myself at home". They also did not tell me there was a charge to use card. we paid $200 for nails and toes and I gave both of the women $20 tips and then they made me do a separate charge for a 10$ fee to use the card.... Trash place--you would be better off going somewhere else I promise. I have given this place 3 chances and each time they just were worse. last time I went the nails on my hand were different lengths and one was shorter in the center. They are not worth it since there are so many other, better nail places in the area.

They did my daughter's nails . One had a manicure and a clear coat and the other daughter got a set of sculpted nails and plain color. They charged 95.00 plus. That's crazy too expensive. They tried to talk to the manager but the lady said he was to busy. Bad bad service and too expensive. NEVER going again!!!

Waste of $35. There were 3 people total in the salon when I arrived, and I was rushed. I went in for a pedicure with gel, which was $35 plus $15 for the gel. The lady had me soak for less than 2 minutes before she started pulling out her tools. When I asked her to do my cuticles, she got irritated and began to rush even more. I decided not to go with gel, and thank goodness I didn't. The way my toes were painted, I could've done a better job at home! Save ur money, find another spot! I was in n out with 25 mins!

Worst place ever my nails broke after 3 days with my original nail stuck to it the lady just kept hurting me when she was drilling. Save your money and go somewhere eles

Front desk girl was very welcoming and nice. That's where the good experience ends. The lady who did my pedicure was in a rush and I was done in 10 mins. I did the mid package. It was so hot in there too. Turn some AC on. Lastly they hit you with a 5% Credit Card fee which is Robbery. The most a merchant charges is usually 2.6% so they're even making money off of that. Never going back here again. Such a waste of $35.

I had a dip replaced. They were much better than the previous shop. They were very attentive and the shop was clean. Everyone was nice & polite.

I’ve been going to this Legacy nail salon for about an year now and I can say it’s a very great place I recommend they give very good service, my pedicure last up to 2 months.

I Stopped into legacy nail & spa for a quick set while on vacation and had the pleasure to have Nicole do my set. She was absolutely amazing! Quick, detail oriented, and plus she’s so funny and nice 10/10 recommend

I go here regularly. Staff is friendly. I have never seen them be rude to anyone. No one has ever been rude to me. I do see that people always want a ton of services and want to haggle over the prices. Nicole does awesome work.

I love this place! They are very friendly and great at doing nails. I get the dip! I get tons of compliments on them and they never break.

I took my granddaughter for acrylic nails. When I was asked which service I wanted I said the $40 full set. She said ok and walked her back. Afterwards, the gentleman who did the nails said $55. I said $55? He said yes, she bites her nails and asked for almond shape. I know many people who bite their nails and almond shaped and never had to pay extra for acrylic.

My daughter and I got our nails done here last weekend. Three days later, my daughters acrylic had already started lifting at her cuticles. I got dip and one side is thicker then the other and one has already chipped. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Overpriced. Under delivered. I want to like them because they are close to the house but the services were underwhelming and they are more expensive. I have never been to a place that charged for tips? Dip was 12.00 more than other places.

recently visited the salon and had a mixed experience. While Brandy provided excellent service and did a great job on my nails, I encountered a troubling situation with Tiffany. During a previous visit, Tiffany's service fell short, and I received a 30% discount coupon for my next appointment. However, when I returned, Tiffany confronted me at the payment stage. She not only refused to honor the discount but also tore the coupon in front of me. Her behavior was unprofessional and included yelling and rude gestures. To my surprise, she claimed to be the owner and advised me not to return. Such conduct is disappointing, especially from someone in a leadership position. Brandy's service was commendable, but Tiffany's actions left a lasting negative impression. I hope the salon addresses these issues for the sake of its reputation and customer satisfaction."
