I really enjoyed my experience today! The nail tech was accommodating offered drinks and gave free lotion as a holiday gift ! Great customer service and I love my nails.

NEED PRICE LIST UP ‼️‼️‼️ ALWAYS CHARGING YOU DIFFERENT PRICES WHEN YOU GO GET THE SAME THING…. ALMOST PAYING $100 JUST FOR A FILL IN WITH YOUR REAL NAILS …. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL‼️‼️ YOU PAYING ALL THAT MONEY AND THEY DONT EVEN OFFER U A WATER BOTTLE GUYS COME FROM OUTSIDE SMOKING AND DONT EVEN WASH THEIR HANDS AND I TOOK MY DAUGHTER WITH ME N SHE GOT A NAIL ISSUE N THE LADY DIDNT ASK DID SHE WANT A FAKE NAIL NO NOTHING… PLS SEEK ANOTHER SHOP…. ONCES AGAIN NEED A PRICE LIST UP THATS HOW YOU KNOW THEY GETTING OVER ON PEOPLE ‼️‼️‼️

I went to get my nails done and the customer service is awful. I would not recommend anyone going if you love good customer service and your nails done correctly. They are horrible!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would, my mom and I have been supportive this business for 4 years and our patronage is not valued there. Im tired of giving the benefit of the doubt when these people constantly show that white money is more important than my black money. It’s no wonder why the spa is almost empty every time we go.

This place is the BOMB!!! They do suck an amazing job and take their time best pedicure I had ever had my sweet mother in law recommended me to this fabulous place they do miracles here!

They are so awesome. I very ticky about my nails. They listen and did what I wanted. The pedicure was to die for. So much went I to my pedi. This is an awesome place. Thank yall so much. I keep going back and This is why.

They are very rude and hate for you to correct them on mistakes they made on your hand. It was so bad I didn’t even want them to finish my hand.

The experience is ok for me. I dislike that I pay as much as I do just to have to come home and fix things. Nails should be even, there should not be acrylic all over, shouldn’t have to clean up polish.

HORRIBLE!!!I will NEVER go back.Most of the workers there had attitudes for absolutely no reason and their prices are BEYOND ridiculous.I feel like they were not as nice to the black customers.Horrible place!

I was not pleased with the pricing. I went in for a fill-in and asked for my nails to be cleaned up (shape). I was charged $40 for my nails and $15 for my toes to be polished. The total was $65. When asked why so much, I was told that I was charged $5 for reshaping.

The nails are subpar at best and the quoted prices do not match the posted prices. I was charged $105 for an uneven, poorly painted set of nails. I requested white tips and was told polish would be better, this is what I left with (see photos). Definitely will not be back.

They are receiving a 3 because of the atmosphere. The communication was a struggle. They wouldn't entertain the color I really wanted just said they didn't have it. When I did settle on a color, I told them it didn't match, but he said it was the same number. You can clearly see its not the same shade. My hands were not cleaned up from the residue and I could still see the yellow around my cuticles from the last dip.

I’ve used this spa 3 times. I like the eyebrow and facial waxing but the manicure I received from the owner two weeks ago was the worst ever. It lasted 2 minutes and took 30 to complete, as she would start, move to another customers feet, come back and start again, go to the front desk. It was a poor manicure. The second time I went I swore to never go again, it was busy and the owner was frustrated and she spoke with that frustration to myself and the other customers, her tone of voice was unwelcoming and unpleasant but needless to say, I went back for that mani and pedi because it was last minute. They’re okay. But I know there has to be some place better in the area

Nice clean people are nice but when employees are having conversations with each other in Vietnamese talking very loud and when getting feet done the lady didn't understand I have a bad knee and kept turning my leg hurting my foot but nails look great

When I walked in the lady at the desk greeted me, but the lady that did my nails did NOT speak when she sat down. She acted like I was bothering her every time I asked a question, it felt like she was rushing also. Also the pricing was too expensive in my opinion. I thought I would be satisfied when I walked out but I’m not. Do not recommend this nail salon.
