Horrible customer service and very rude. They rip your nails off—no soak off. They seem to be in a rush to accept more walk-ins, rather than spend time on those who had made an appointment. They also couldn’t even do most of the designs I wanted, so I ended up just getting french tips… which was rushed so it looked horrible. Don’t come here.

Made an appt...and couldn't figure out who would do it. Never removed initial gel..filthy equipment! No sterile equipment here!

Came in for a nail removal and a gel manicure. I asked if there was availability and they said yes. So I waited and Nancy came over to start to take them off and says I can only remove the nails as I have a client waiting. I told her I would have went elsewhere if this was the case. She didn’t seem to care and rushed me out. My nails are very damaged and my hands have melted acrylic all over them. By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I don’t usually share negative reviews, and I wasn’t sure I would for Lee’s… But if I had known what I do now I wouldn’t have gone there. I went a couple days ago, they did get me in last minute for a full acrylic set and gel pedi. I asked for the basic pedi which was $31, gel +$10 but it came out to $51 I think because she removed the smallest dot of polish. Everyone thing they did felt very rushed/sloppy. My gels are already peeling off my toes 2 days after, and the nails were not good. Again she was rushing and being very rough, I left with a bunch of small cuts from the filing. I asked for a classic French, she had painted all of my nails on one hand white, and put me into the UV lamp. I don’t do nails, so I assumed she had some kind of process I didn’t know…? I tried to kindly ask what her plan was for the French tips, and she realized she forgot. She then seemed frantic to correct the issue causing her to move even faster, and be rougher. It was at times painful. After restarting the polish I asked if she could apply a nude pink under the white tips. The nails are transparent, and you can see where my natural nails end. She put another transparent layer on and at this point I just wanted to be done. I tipped 20% though I kind of wish I wouldn’t have. It came out to $140 total, my nails are still sore, my gels are peeling, she didn’t trim my cuticle's or anything. My nails aren’t the worst but they look sloppy and rushed since they where. Same as my pedi. I would have rather been told they couldn’t squeeze me in, than have my service be rushed.

This place is a joke! Had appt for 5pm they booked to many ppl for the same time, waited for 40mins. They had way to many customers for the amount of worker!! Got feed up and left.

I have tried many places but Lee's is the best in my area. Nancy is who I always go to and she never disappoints. If you need a great pedicure ask for Nancy!

Excellent service. I booked an appt(same day) and had the pleasure of Kim giving me a wonderful deluxe Pedi with gel polish! She did a fantastic job of getting my toes cleaned up, and getting the callouses off my heels. The massage was the best.It was $51 + tip. They do ask for cash if possible. I highly recommend Lee's Nails!!

It's been a bit since I had been to Lee's nails. Once new ownership took over I felt it was time to give my nail beds a breather. When I went back to getting nails done I went to a couple other places first. Then eventually went back to Lee's nails. I had always had good service there before. Wow!!! Katie the new owner had turned the place into such a beautiful little nail spa. Redecorated and made it feel so much more. She is amazing and takes special care in getting to know her clients and providing the best service with attention to detail for each clients individual personality. It's nice to be home. Come see Katie and the rest of the staff!!! Ask for one of their absolutely heavenly pedicure and Katie for her special nail treatments. It's worth the time!!!

I had a horrible experience at another nail salon today and was super bummed. On my only day off all I wanted was to get my nails done. After my nails were ruined I went to Lee's and Katie completely fixed everything that was wrong with my nails. She was patient and made sure they were just what I wanted. Lee's has my business for life.

Lee's Nail Salon in Spanish Springs is my favorite place to get my nails done. The woman, Katie, who runs the shop is an excellent nail technician. She's quick, she's friendly, she's easy to talk to, she's very skilled. she gets so excited when I show her the new styles I want to try, and she gets it right every time! My nails always look amazing. for pedicures,ask for Angela she is the best!. She is very good! her attention to detail is amazing, she's so friendly and sweet. She just wants to make you feel pampered and beautiful. if I could give this shop more than five stars, I definitely would. the prices are very affordable and the atmosphere in the shop is like no other. just trust me This place will be your favorite nail shop too!

Their work is ok. Too pushy by means of upsales. If I say, I want something,I don't want to be asked and felt "cheap" if I don't want to spend more money on something I don't want or need. Very annoying to the point I won't go back!

Worst pedicure ever, $31 for spa service that listed cutical removal, massage, paint etc. .. I got NO massage no cutical removal.. worst paint job.. totally disappointed.. when you work hard and try to do something nice for your self, you expect to walk out feeling good... $31 for a 15 minute service... I walked out feeling way worse than I did walking in.. WASTE! I also brought my daughter.. we waited forever, I asked for just a paint and cut.. they charged $26 for a spa again 5 minutes of a pedicure, the lady changed her color then put stickers on her toes.. she was so upset.. all that money!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Did the upgrade with message to include hot stone. NOT WORTH IT!!! A splash of oil and a dab of lotion on your legs. Didn't even do my feet. Very unhappy and will never go back.

Horrible service. My mom and I made an appointment at 1pm. i was sitting waiting to be taken are of for 30 minutes, not even soaking yet, i asked one of the employees if i could soak while i wait for someone to help me. One of them came over very rudely and filled the tub a quarter of the way with luke warm water, didn’t turn the jets on or anything. The employee that was doing my moms pedicure, left mid service to go wax another customers eyebrows. Then another employee was arguing with another customer because they were unhappy and proceeded to tell them is was the customers fault that their nails were messed up. I do not recommend this place to anyone and won’t be coming back. They do not take their time on you and are very rude.

I agree that with Katie as the new owner things are not as good. I used to have Tom do my nails. When he left Katie took me on. In the 4 appoitments I've had she's called me to change my appointnent time 3 times. She overbooks herself rushing me out of her station chair and off to another where she slaps on my polish. Shes rude snd rough with my filing. Twisting my arms and fingers which no one has ever done with me, then tells me I am the one who isnt compliant. She leaves my nails with ripples and uneven lengths.

I’ve never written reviews before but I’ve never been taken advantage of because I was young and shy and this feels too outrageous not to bring attention to. I 100% don’t recommend coming here to get anything done, I’m a student and went to get some acrylic nails that were simple because I have a special occasion coming up. I just got clear polish and some small rhinestones. She wouldn’t tell me the price as I was getting them done and when she finished she charged me $100 for my nails. Their full sets cost about $50 and I’ve never had to pay anymore than $70 when I had previously gone. When I had gone before I have always gotten more intricate designs so it made sense that they charged me an extra ten or twenty dollars, but I haven’t been in about a year. It completely drained my bank account and my nails are chipped, crooked and she got glue underneath almost all my nails so my nails got glued to my skin. Do. not. go. here.

My daughter is visiting from Washington DC, and it’s become our thing to go out and get a pedicure and lunch early on in our visit, wether it’s here or in DC. This time I wanted to try some place close to home and Lee‘s is less than a mile up the street. They did a good job and the staff were friendly and even better, we didn’t have to wait for an appointment. I called and within 45 minutes we were sitting having our toes done. I was a little taken aback by the cost. I am used to paying $35-50 for similar services, a pedicure, when we left I had shelled out $200. Will I go back? Probably. I liked the service and the friendly staff, and that makes a lot of difference to me.

Please don’t let Angela touch your eyebrows! I have waxed my eyebrows for the last 3 years of my life and NEVER had anyone ruin my eyebrows the way she did. I usually have Quin do my eyebrows who does great but she was on vacation and my birthday is this weekend. She left me with two eyebrows shaped completely different and ruined the shape I took so long to have. She also said it was 15 dollars which I knew it was 12 and when she noticed she jacked up my eyebrows she said she would give me a “discount” which was a complete lie. I have been here many times and always tip well but they definitely lost my service I will not be back and I recommend finding another salon in sparks. The mani pedi was okay but super unsanitary!!!

The service is good and the place is clean but don’t come here if you have any expectation of time management. I called ahead and was told that they can accommodate me. Waited for a much longer while than promised. Finally got service, just to have it interrupted midway for some unclear reason… Disappointing customer service!
