The massage therapist who worked on me was not professional at all. I specifically asked him to be gentle and to apply light pressure, but he pressed very hard, even using his elbows with excessive force. Now, my neck and waist hurt a lot—areas that didn’t hurt before the massage. I can’t even turn my neck to the left side. Before the massage, I was perfectly fine, but now, after the massage, many of my movements are restricted. I’m seriously considering whether I should see a doctor.

They are the best massage place I’ve been to in NC! They actually apply the right amount of pressure when I ask for “hard” or “medium”. The prices are totally reasonable and they always have openings.

If I could give -5 stars I would. First time I waited and waited and waited. Decided to give them a try a few months later and today I get a rude “greeting” of we don’t have time. Too busy. Come back. I will NEVER attempt to patronize this establishment again.

Very professional & respectable establishment. I believe my massage therapist’s name was Wikee, very skilled & polite. She was able to work around my spinal cord stimulator and helped relieve a lot of back & neck pain. Highly recommend.

Average at best. The staff speaks little english which made it very difficult to communicate. The chair massage is conducted in the lobby which offers no privacy. The young lady that gave my massage is skilled at her craft however, I did not get the hot stones (pictured in the store front window) after confirming they were offered with the full body massage. She also left the door cracked so my bare butt was exposed for all to see who walked by. I always go to Relax Foot Spa in Raleigh, but didnt want to make that drive today. Big mistake! Relax Foot Spa sets the bar High. They are excellent. Didn't know just how much until today.

Annie was my masseuse. She did a great back, neck, shoulders and foot massage. The price for the amazing service is very fair. I will be a repeat and regular customer.

Walk in Accepted....Did Great job as was having trouble between upper back joints.....Ask Her to stand and Walk on my back she did the best, felt Great After massage......If someone looking for a Maasage other than different things in mind then this is a place give it a try.....Won't be disappointed....They try their best I can say as per my experience........

I wish my experience here was different. It was absolutely horrible and I sure wish I could get a refund which is something I never say.. Started with me calling hours ahead and making a 5:30pm appointment. I showed up 5 minutes early and was told to wait for 25 minutes. 25 min later, the person in charge told me to wait 5 more minutes. Rude and short too, didn't even try to be friendly towards me. The therapist was friendly but almost silent aside from the 6, that's right 6, phone calls she took WHILE PERFORMING THE MASSAGE.. The massage itself was poking, pressing, tickling, and rough. It was not painful but it was absolutely not pleasant at all. I've had literally hundreds of massages in my life and I've never left a negative review until now. This service was absolutely garbage and the whole experience was so bad that I will most definitely never return. I hope that anyone reading this can believe me when I say, you are certainly better off going anywhere else other than Lees Foot & Spa. I cannot believe this place has positive reviews and I seriously doubt their legitimacy. No way could anyone be happy with the gross, dirty, rude and rushed environment I experienced today.

Started off a little sketchy as we had made a reservation for 2pm. We arrived and we were told it would be 30min wait. Then she went and spoke to someone else and ended up taking us back quickly. Great foot massage, they offer full body as well but I did not receive one this trip. Only issue is girl doing the massage was listening to music on her phone which is fine, but half way through the massage she started watching videos on her phone which was very distracting for her and me as it was in Chinese so it was just noise to me.

I and a friend have been to Lee's Foot Spa and each time has been more than worth it. Soothing and aesthetic atmosphere, professional and friendly staff and management, and each treatment seems to be done with real care. I look forward to future visits at this new for me - Go-to spa. It really depends on who is working? The first time I left feeling limber, fresh, anew. The second time I was "talked into 4 hands" for half the time of my original purchase at only $10 extra...not knowing that was the case. During this time I was half beat up and half massaged while they talked to each other in a language I not only couldn't understand but couldn't pinpoint...and I'm decent with languages. Maybe this place isn't what it seems? I don't know. I wanted back pain relief and left with back pain, a headache, and an empty wallet. Proceed with caution.
