Where do I begin? The Atmosphere is Amazing.. The ladies are very friendly and professional... I have been having Lena do my nails for more than 4 years and continue to drive from South Windsor because I appreciate her attention to details and her great quality of work. Lena and other ladies in the salon always make me feel welcome. I highly recommend Lena and her staff whenever I get compliments on my nails.

Tried to book an appointment online through their website for waxing services. The appointment was confirmed through text message. They then called me to tell me their waxing person is no longer working there. They offered to do threading instead, and asked me if I could come in earlier. I told them that’s no problem I would do the threading. 10 minutes before my appointment when I was already on the way there they called to tell me they were too busy and that I should call back and book another day. Ummm okay? Why do you set up appointments on the website if you don’t follow through with them? This seems like a horrible way to do business and I was really disappointed with the way they handled this whole thing. This would have been my first appointment ever at this salon, but now I won’t even consider it in the future. Do better.

Leensbelle is the best place to be! They provide multiple services, it’s a one stop salon. I get my nails done with Lena and she is amazing, she goes above & beyond to make your experience unforgettable. Everyone at Leensebelle is a pleasure to be around, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Ban is the best hairstylist. I've been going to her for 5 years. I Always feel beautiful when I leave the salon. I got a pedicure today as well. The best pedicure I've ever had. So relaxing and the hot stones was amazing. Love leensbelles salon and spa.

I have gotten my nails done at the salon specifically with Lena multiple times and she is an amazing nail artist and I would never go to anyone else. She perfects my nails everytime.
